(00:02):
What's going on, everybody? This is Michael Stewart Isaacs,
and this is your next edition ofEntrepreganda.
Yes, Entrepreganda, the favoriteof millennials as well as Gen.
Z who are trying to figure out how to fill in the gaps in
regards to their repertoire and building what they're growing as
entrepreneurs. And so Entrepreganda, we're
always excited for you to be here.
(00:22):
Today is October 18th and we're so excited.
Today is Capital Gain Saturday. Yes, Capital Gain Saturday today
and we have a great episode for you today.
We're really going to dig into some great concepts where every
day here in Orange began to we celebrate our game plan.
Yes, each day we have a different form of income that we
talk about that help us to constantly understand how money
(00:45):
wants to find us and show up in our lives.
And so with Capital Gains Saturday, we talk about how you
can gain capital gains, which isbasically money that is gained
off of an asset that appreciatesthat you own.
So essentially just for the virtue of owning something, you
can have an asset that appreciates.
So that is capital gains and that is basically making money
for having money. And that is something that we
(01:09):
all should study and figure out how that can work and show up in
our lives each day as entrepreneurs.
So each day we always try to talk about a different topic.
But today our topic is so important because yesterday we
had a phenomenal episode. We were talking about show
people what the unexpected yes. So that's a part of our
prestige, which we're talking about in our for series.
(01:30):
We talked about our 4 main pillars within AUNCH began to,
that's your mindset. That is the actual character
that you have, your habits as well as your structure.
And so we're focusing to really drill down on the mindset piece.
And we've been going through a series where we're breaking down
each portion of the system of Aunch began to.
And of course, we have the five PS of self determination.
(01:52):
And we go a little bit deeper and drill into what that means
so we can talk about power and how power shows up in our lives.
Now we're discussing prestige and the drill down into prestige
a little bit more. Yesterday we talked about show
people the unexpected. So today we're going to talk
about what power of the written word, the power of the written
word. How does the written word show
(02:13):
up in your life? How are you building yourself as
an entrepreneur to make sure that your legacy is not just
something that's spoken, but it's something that is actually
transcribed somewhere someone can read and really understand
the manifesto of what you're building, Whether you're out
here building in your public relations image, how do you go
out here and talk to the public? This is about the power of the
(02:35):
written word. And so many people who were
always asking, Mike, how do you make your money?
How do you grow? I make deals and what I do is
they're strong deals that are built off of contracts.
And with those contracts, my lawyers, my team, what we are
able to do is use the power of the written word to orchestrate
the destiny that we're trying toshape.
One side of the party has certain objectives and
(02:56):
obligations. They have.
We have our objectives and obligations, and so with that,
we're able to craft words that basically outline what everyone
is looking to get out of a situation and part of your
prestige being a part of the power of the written word.
Sometimes the more people know who you are, the more leverage
you're able to create for yourself and the more you can
build and grow. So we're really going to talk
(03:17):
about the power to the power of the written word and how we can
leverage that as a concept. As always within arch began, we
go through some brief headlines so we can discuss all the
different things that are happening across the the
marketplace. Of course, I've seen that a
Dollar Tree is expecting some growth.
(03:37):
So Dollar Tree is a store that normally whenever the economy is
starting to do a get a little tight, people are finding ways
to have to spend their pennies. They tend to show up in stores
like the Dollar Tree, and the Dollar Tree is a good indicator
to let you know that the countrymay start to see a little bit of
financial tightness because of what's going on with the shifts
(03:58):
in so many different areas in politics as well as in the
business ecosystem. But this is a perfect time for
you out there as you're buildingup your momentum.
That's what this show is about is how do we maintain our
momentum? How do we build a brand, How do
we build our personal brands? And how do we really run a
business in a way that we are the new person that we need to
be to really show up in a space that we can build our business
(04:20):
to the next level? And as we're growing ourselves,
as our name reputation is out there, we're able to utilize
written word to really orchestrate that.
And so we give a little tips here and there about ways to
keep your eye out on the economybecause we love our tribe here
at Entrepreneur and we want you to be the best version of
yourself. Some other things that I saw in
the headlines that were pretty cool is that soccer is seeking
(04:42):
the score with licensing. So FIFA, the 2026 FIFA World Cup
for soccer is set to land in theUS and licensing will once again
take fashion to the sport. And so FIFA is coming to the USI
believe it's going to be down inAtlanta, GA, if I'm not
mistaken, and they're going to be doing some amazing things in
regards to making sure that there's a lot of great
(05:04):
opportunities out in the marketplace.
People here in the US are going to be able to benefit local
businesses. But if you're looking to get
into the space that I love the most, which is licensing, where
you're able to take a concept and idea and partner with the
organization. If say you make a teacher or if
you make any type of widget, youcan take other people's logos
(05:24):
and basically put them on your item.
So save your local bar and FIFA's coming to you.
You get with FIFA and say, hey, we want to do a FIFA themed
drink based on a particular person or individual.
Then you reach out to their people and then you now have a
customized drink and voiced by aparticular athlete.
That's just a random, you know, example, but just want to show
you how we like to use our IP, our intellectual properties and
(05:48):
be clever and creative. And that's what I do as a
entrepreneur and as a living is that I get to live in my
imagination and then turn my imagination into a different
leverage point that each individual finds what they want
to benefit from. And then we put deals together
and we put the right people together for opportunities to
flourish. And that's what we want to seek
here. And that's what entrepreneur is
about is how it can I become that person who can structure
(06:10):
opportunity, structure finance and capital structure people.
And so that's something we wanted to touch on today.
Today's topic is going to be super awesome because I really
wanted to go deep today with theshow and talk about the power of
the written word. And So what I wanted to do is
look at a source that goes back from yield time that will really
(06:30):
help us as entrepreneurs understand how all of this
started. So one thing I believe in firmly
is an entrepreneur. If you don't know where you came
from, you can't know where you're going, right?
So I know you've all heard that Cliche in the past, but one
thing is true. If you're entering a realm of
understanding, like you can't just step into entrepreneurship,
starting a business, say, because I want to make money,
(06:52):
right? You have to have a impact
mindset. How do you make an impact and
how do you grow? And part of that is the written
word. So sometimes you might have like
a business plan, right? We have business plans that tell
people what we're building. Some people are authors out
there. They're listening to
entrepreneur and you're part of the tribe and you're trying to
build your business or make income off of an ideas that you
(07:12):
wrote within your your book or any other kind of, you know,
leverageable concepts like that. And so ultimately, the power of
the written word has so much connotation and how it shows up
in our lives, whether it's contracts, whether it's our
authorship, as we talked about in previous episodes, the things
that we're producing and pushingout there.
One thing is I realized is that with the power of the written
(07:34):
word, it comes from the space offreedom, right?
And sometimes we can take freedom for granted because we
make freedom such a generalized concept.
But sometimes freedom is something that we really have to
cherish and understand how precious it is because sometimes
someone can be free and do some of the most wonderful things for
the world. And then someone could be free
and do some of the most heinous things in the world.
(07:55):
And even with that freedom, you still didn't have to bypass and
understand laws. And those laws then change what
actions are doable, which actions are acceptable or aren't
acceptable. And guess what?
Those words are words that are powerful words that are written
down, right? Laws are powerful words written
down that show us the power of the written word.
(08:15):
So when we're talking about our books, we're talking about the
law, we're talking about contracts, we're talking about
so many things that really basically impact our life from a
day-to-day process is words. And so we have to understand the
power of the written words as they are and how you you can
contribute to writing new words that set the manifesto, set your
destiny in order, and really transform your life.
(08:37):
And that's what we really talk about when we talk about the
prestige side of the power of the written word.
So you can really drill down into the mindset of what we're
building here as a tribe with Aunt Paganda.
The other part I would also say is that we really have to
cherish our freedoms, right? Cherish the ability to have what
we have here in the United States is the First Amendment
our ability of freedom of speech.
(08:58):
Well, that speech doesn't alwayshave to just be spoken.
It can also be written. And being able to commit your
speech to a writing really changes the environment around
you and it really shows people the level of seriousness and
readiness you are when you show. But the right business plan,
pitch deck, whatever it may be for your business, having it all
in order, having the words together, having your numbers
together, all these things matter and to the perception of
(09:21):
how people see you. And here at Anspaganda, we're
all about controlling perception, but we're not doing
it off of any type of illusion or tricks.
What we're trying to do is make you the real deal.
How can we get you to be the real deal?
Well, you do that by listening to a show like Anspaganda and
being a part of this tribe. With that being said, I want to
take a moment to shout out our sponsor.
Our sponsor today is always Chi Max.
(09:43):
Yes, Chi Max is God's greatest game.
We are always grateful to Chi Max.

Definitely get you a deck and you'll you'll thank me later.
As we continue with the show today, I want to take a moment
to talk about a book. The book I want to talk about is
(10:49):
called The Wealth of Nations. Yes, the Wealth of Nations by
Adam Smith. The Wealth of Nations is a book
that was written back in 1776 and written in 1776 and
particularly in March of 1776, The Wealth of Nations was
published and put out into the world as a almost the the
(11:10):
manifesto of what we call modernday capitalism.
And another thing that I want tocorrelate today with you all is
it was something else that that you may recall that came out in
1776171776 is a year. And not only do the Wealth of
Nations come out, but also the Declaration of Independence here
in the United States of America. And so with that, I want to help
(11:34):
you out there as an entrepreneurreally get to the root cause of
what it means to be a capitalist, what it really means
to really be someone who takes opportunities and shapes them
around capital, shapes it aroundresources, individual people,
and how that all comes together. And the bulk of the Wealth of
the Nations will really break that down for you.
Wealth of a Nation is something that was written in a tone that
(11:57):
has still been able to exist to this day.
It's a book that sets a foundation on how individuals
are able to put together resources in ways that in some
minds may seem manipulative, butfor a lot of people has built
society. And so we have to really look at
these types of manuals and toolsto understand how the power of
the written word written so manyyears ago not only was effective
(12:20):
in the biggest system of the world, which is capitalism, but
also a part of the biggest nation in the world, which is
the United States of America. And with that, written words
have changed the whole game for years and years to come.
Do not think that you still cannot contribute and build
something new with the power of the written word.
I don't care if you're coding out there.
(12:41):
I don't care if you, like I said, you write in your book,
your manuscript, your memoirs, your script for a movie,
whatever it may be. There is always power and
written words and you need to understand how to build that.
And the book Wealth of the Nation is a great way to start
to see how words have changed society completely.
And so I recommend the book Wealth of Nations by Adam Smith
(13:02):
as a means and then go back and look at what the Declaration of
Independence was trying to do. And you'll see the correlation
between this book as well as what they were doing towards
creating freedom or independence.
But part of that comes with the great responsibility.
It is hard based on what you puton paper to live it out in
actions. But once we attempt to put
(13:22):
something on paper and use our imagination, then the human
character starts to shape aroundthese things.
And that's why it's so importantwith the power, the written word
to our reputation, to our prestige that we get this part
right and really create a clear understanding.
So as we're building into that, I really hope that was something
that really hit you because we really want to touch on what
(13:43):
we're doing to build the leverage that we want within our
lives. Utilizing written words as a
means of building that leverage and really declaring to
ourselves that, yes, I am free to build myself up.
I'm in one of the greatest countries in the world to build
myself up. But now I'm must really start to
take that privilege and now start to build and build and
(14:04):
build. And I believe in you tribe out
there. I know you were working hard.
I know This is why you listen toEntrepreneur every day is
because you need that momentum, you need that that trumpet to
really say it is time. But it is time, y'all.
We're getting ready for 2026. We're building each quarter for
quarter. And here in Entrepreneur, we
want to give you the playbook, the guidance that you need, a
new language, new terminology that will help you not only
(14:27):
deserve to be in the room, not only deserve to be at any table
you arrive at, but you'll be able to do it every day.
You'll be taking those dinner dates and you'll be taking those
lunch meetings. And people want to be around you
because you were able to translate to them your
manifesto. And it starts with your mindset.
It starts with your character. It starts with your habits as
well as your structure. And when people see those things
(14:49):
in order and they see that you have a overview of what the
world is doing, then they start to say, OK, there's something
different about this person. And I need to go ahead and back
this person because they're growing, but they don't realize
that your secret weapon is here with entrepreaganda.
We will be your secret weapon. While other people are listening
to other podcasts, Hey, great for them.
But here in Entrepreaganda, heretribe, we're really building
(15:11):
strong. We're going to show the world
who we are. We're going to continue to
continue to ring the trumpet of what's going on.
We take this entrepreneur propaganda to the next level.
And like I said, today's capitalgains Saturday.
There's so much that you can grow when you start to have
assets that are making you moneyin your sleep.
And that's what we want to be able to position you in is
(15:31):
getting you ready for that. So we have to break each day
down. We have to break down each week.
We have to bring that into months.
Then we bring them into the quarter, then we bring them into
a great year over year returns and results.
And that's what we want as individuals.
If you come from nothing like myself and you come from parents
who came and gave up their wholeworld to travel across the globe
(15:51):
to be in a new environment, thenyou do not take this freedom for
granted. And part of that is the greatest
leverage you can have is understanding how precious
freedom is. Because sometimes when you don't
realize that something you have is so precious and it gets taken
away from you, then you really are going to realize that you do
need the power of the written word to keep you in position at
all times. And we want to help you create
(16:12):
that leverage. We want to help you create that
mindset shift so you can truly be the version of yourself that
you desire to be. And that's what we're building
here with Orange Baganda is the tools, the mindset, the
character, the habits, and the structure that'll get you there.

talents and know how our gifts and talents don't have to be in
competition with other people. If you have a dream in your
heart, you know, if you have a vision in your mind, then you

got to believe that other peoplecannot interfere with it.
And it's something that the God in heaven has given to you and
it's up to you to bring it to the world.
And we're evangelists is here with the entrepreneur.
We are evangelists. You have to believe in what
you're doing. You got to make other people
feel it and believe it and and then the power of the written
word commands it. With the power of AI.
You can take some of your notes and thoughts and prompts and
(19:47):
then take your words and make them even stronger.
But the point is there is no excuses.
