"Pursue Your Voice" | The Topper

Your voice is your identity. Your voice is your power. Career Day taught me—never stop pursuing it.

Host Michael Stewart-Isaacs delivers a deeply personal and inspiring episode about finding your authentic voice, childhood dreams, and why the journey from where you started to where you're going defines everything.

In this episode, we pursue:

Dividend Income Thursday: The 7 Day Game Plan Continues
Day four focuses on Dividend Income—where your strategic investments in businesses, stocks, and ventures pay you recurring returns. Michael breaks down how to build a portfolio that generates passive dividends, creating financial freedom while you pursue your true calling and amplify your voice.

Headline Breakdown: Microsoft Innovation & Big Tech's Trillion-Dollar Moment

  • Microsoft Rolls Out App Builder and Workflows in Copilot: No-code revolution accelerates. Michael analyzes how Microsoft is democratizing app development, allowing entrepreneurs to build sophisticated business tools using simple prompts. Your voice can now command technology to build empires.
  • Big Tech Kicks Off Earnings Season Amid 'AI Bubble' Fears: Is AI overvalued or undervalued? Michael breaks down the fear, the hype, and the reality as tech giants report earnings. Smart entrepreneurs separate signal from noise.
  • NVIDIA Becomes the World's First $5 Trillion Company: History is made. Michael reveals what NVIDIA's unprecedented valuation means for the AI economy and how entrepreneurs can position themselves in the ecosystem of the world's most valuable company.

CHARACTER MASTERCLASS: The Second Chance Theory / Life's Victory Formula
Michael continues the Life's Victory Formula for Character Development with the next transformative principle: "Pursue Your Voice."

"Pursue Your Voice":
Your voice isn't just how you speak—it's:

  • Your unique perspective
  • Your creative expression
  • Your authentic message
  • Your contribution to the world

Michael teaches that pursuing your voice means:

  • Never silencing yourself for comfort or approval
  • Finding platforms where your voice amplifies
  • Developing your voice through consistent practice and courage
  • Using your voice to create opportunity, connection, and impact

Career Day at My Kids' School Was Pure Magic:
In a touching personal story, Michael shares his experience speaking at Career Day at his children's school. Watching young minds light up with possibility, asking questions, dreaming big—it reminded him why pursuing your voice matters. When you share your journey authentically, you give others permission to pursue theirs.

The magic wasn't just in what he said—it was in showing up as proof that dreams become reality.

The Topper: When I Was a Kid in New York
Michael takes us back to his childhood in New York—the origins of his entrepreneurial journey, his immigrant family's sacrifices, and the dreams he carried as a kid who didn't yet have a voice but knew he would find it.

The Topper represents the moment you surpass your childhood dreams. It's the realization that the kid who once had nothing now stands at the top—not by accident, but by relentlessly pursuing his voice until the world had no choice but to listen.

From New York streets to boardrooms. From silence to influence. From dreaming to doing.

Pursue your voice. Honor your journey. Become the topper.

Tune in now for another brilliant, deeply personal CHARACTER MASTERCLASS episode.

What's going on, everybody? This is Aunt Begin and I'm your
host, Michael Stewart Isaacs. So excited to give you another
phenomenal episode of Aunt Beganda.
I hope you all have been out here enjoying the show.
We enjoy creating these episodesto continue to empower you to be
the best version of yourself. We're excited to bring that
energy to you here at Aunt Beganda.

(00:23):
Again, I'm your host, Michael Stewart Isaacs. 3 first names,
MSI, your favorite guy. People love to create people
love to build. And in 2025, Oh my goodness, so
many amazing things have come tolife.
Today is October 30th, 2025. Oh my goodness, Can you believe
it? Where did the month go?

(00:44):
We just got the podcast going tostart off the fourth quarter and
now we're super pumped to go into the what we call the 2/3 of
the fourth quarter. So essentially you go through
each part where the first part is the first third that you deal
with here in October. Now you got November stretch and
then you going to prepare for the holidays with the no

(01:06):
December. So like you build out each of
your quarters and here in entrepreneur, we break that all
down for you. For the last few days, we've
been really breaking down our four pillars, which is about
your mindset, you know your character, we talk about your
habits and then we also talk about the structure like today
is dividends Thursday, yes, dividends Thursday.

(01:27):
So each day is assigned a particular value that allows for
us to understand the way money wants to come to you as an
entrepreneur, as an individual here at Entrepreneur, we don't
chase money. We make sure money wants to
chase us. Why?
Because we're creating value outof the ideas and the thoughts
that come from our minds. And we show ourselves as a tribe

(01:48):
how to take ownership of that value and allow you to be able
to grow to the next level of what is meant for you to be as
an entrepreneur. And we're excited you're taking
this journey with us. You trusted me to get you this
far along the path. Hopefully you're coming in not
as your first episode, but you're here on your 30th episode
of Entrebaganda. I'm so proud.

(02:09):
I'm so happy to be able to give you all of these different
episodes to showcase what it is to be a part of this tribe, what
it is to live the best version of yourself, what it is to let
your voice roar out here in the world.
And today's episode, we're really going to deep dive into
some great things that we can really help to really boost
where we're building. We've been in our series where

(02:31):
we've been talking about your character.
We did the mindset a few days back.
Now we're focused on your character and we're at the final
kind of threshold of building within your second chance of
your character. We talked about life's victory
formula and life has a victory formula to it.
And so we've been going through the narrative of that over the
last several days. We've been talking about

(02:53):
redefining your vision. We've been talking about
affirming your values. And today we are going to talk
about, yes, pursue your voice. Yes, we want you to be able to
pursue your voice. And that is the core tenets of
life's victory. When we're able to redefine our
vision, when we're able to affirm the values that we grew

(03:14):
with that made us the person we are at any given moment, and
then from there we're able to pursue our voice.
Then we don't feel those tightness feeling like are the
knots of building your neck because you're not getting the
chance to say the things that you know you need to say or
expressing the thoughts that were in your mind.
People go crazy. People get sick in this world
for simply not being able to express the mighty creativity

(03:37):
that's within them. And we want to make sure that
here at the tribe of Anja began to you're not one of those
people that fought succumb to that type of fate.
But real quick, I want to take amoment because today has been
such a phenomenal day. I'm glad to give you this
energy, but I have to take a moment to shout out my bonus
son, Lo Mari. It is his 21st birthday.

(03:57):
Yes, happy birthday to you. I'm so proud of my son.
He is grown to be a phenomenal man.
He's a a dad that's a growing asa young man.
He's a entrepreneur building hisbusiness.
He's a DJI mean just doing so many phenomenal things.
So I have to take a moment to shout out my son, who I'm proud
of and everything he's doing. He's 21 today and it's just so

(04:19):
much when our birthday season here in our family.
So definitely want to take a moment to do that.
But yes, as we sit here and we're talking about pursue your
voice, yes, we want you to know how to sue your voice.
As we build, we're building our second chance.
We're building that character that we truly want to be in the
world. In this world.
We know of the legends that we talk about all the time.

(04:40):
Steve Jobs, Martin Luther King, you know, I mean Gandhi, you,
you name it. Why?
Because they are characters within our mind.
There are people who have been archetype that we should look up
to based on things they did, things they said, the way they
made people feel. And what we're trying to do here
at Aunt McGann is ring the trumpet that gives you the same

(05:01):
standard that these people walk with in this here life.
And we want you to grow to the standard that, you know, that
could really define everything that you're meant to bring to
the world. There should be nothing about
who you are that should be left anywhere else but here on earth,
Right? Hear me now, when you leave this
earth, you should have left everything behind, thus giving

(05:22):
you the immortality of your truth and who you are for what
you left to contribute to mankind.
Oh my goodness, do you not realize you still have a chance
to contribute to all of mankind? That's what we want you to do
when you go out here and pursue your voice.
You go out here and find the words that have never been said,
find the phrases that have neverbeen put together.
You ChatGPT that thing if you need to, but what you need to do

(05:45):
is express yourself at any giventurn and every point.
And that's what we want to champion here at Otropigan.
There's no point of holding yourself back and pursuing your
voice towards your life's victory is what's going to truly
make you feel that resonant frequency, that light will come
out of you because you're not holding back anything.
And you, I promise you'll get less knots in your neck and you

(06:06):
stop feeling less pain in your body because you fully express
yourself here on earth. And that is the point of life.
And that's what life's victory is all about.
So again, we have to redefine our vision, affirm our values,
and ultimately pursue our voice to help us define the character

(06:26):
that will give us the life's victory that is authentic to who
we are. And we're not feeling as if we
have to put on a play. I'm not telling you to be
theatric out here. I'm telling you that you can
live a beautiful life being exactly who you are, however you
exist and grow to the levels of opportunities you couldn't
believe. So I'm so excited to really just

(06:47):
express that and share what we're building here with Aunt
McGann that we have so many great things in store.
As always, we like to touch on the headlines to really show how
pursuing your voice can be activated.
We've been saying on the tune ofwe've been talking about
technology because there's so many things going on.
Oh my goodness, in Wall Street, earning reports are coming out

(07:08):
left and right from all these tech companies.
And I mean, you all have have tostay tuned.
So we have some great things we want to announce here with our
headlines. But first we have to take a
quick moment to shout out our sponsors.
Yes, our sponsor is Chi Max. Yes, God's greatest game.
Yes, Chi Max is a phenomenal game set is the 40 card deck

(07:30):
that you can place a series of different types of games that
allow for you to work on your cognitive ability as well as it
helps you with your memory skills.
It helps you build up your math comfort.
It's so many things that this game allows for individuals to
be able to start to grow to the level of their full potential.
And if you don't believe me, definitely check out their

(07:50):
YouTube channel. G Max has phenomenal videos out
there showing people how to playthe introduction game they call
Order. Order is the showcase of their
thirteen unique face cards that allow for you to look at numbers
in a whole new way, telling a story that strings life
together. We had the pleasure to show up
here and myself, my family, my wife, we went to our children's

(08:13):
school and did Career day. And if you don't know, the
founders of Chi Max are my 2 wonderful sons, Max and Chi They
are five and eight years old. Can you believe that?
They're entrepreneurs who have been building and they've been
building enough that they can sponsor their own father's
podcast. Isn't that amazing?
So we're doing so many unique things because why?

(08:36):
We want to do things that have never been done before.
That's one of the tenants here at Entrepreneur.
I want to show people something they never seen before.
And you know that you can do that and that's how you build
and you have to make sure your voice is heard.
And that's why we pursue our voice as a family and a business
unit and how we operate. But yes, Chi Max is the game

(08:56):
that will really bring some great energy.
We had the pleasure with this career day.
We went to our children's schooland I mean, it was pure magic.
We were able to get so many young kids engaged with this
game. For those who know, kids are so
obsessed nowadays with the tablets and wanting to be on TV
and sometimes hopefully with their watching the right things

(09:16):
on YouTube and here and there. But I encourage you out there,
those who have young people thatreally want to challenge
themselves, go ahead and get yourself AT Max Deck and check
out some of these videos we haveshowcasing people enjoying the T
Max game and what is able to do.It is something that is amazing,
but I had such a great time as aparent just to be able to come

(09:38):
to my child's school and be ableto talk to his classmates and
tell them about us being entrepreneurs.
Explaining to young kids who want to be firefighters, who
want to be doctors, who want to be lawyers, the things that they
heard from television, but not enough people.
Tell people you can be an entrepreneur and what that
really means. What it means to be someone who

(09:58):
puts together capital, someone who understands how to move
finance, someone who understandshow to be risk averse, someone
who understands how to dig deep and invest.
Someone who understands how to partner with people, someone who
understands how to build a team, someone understands how to dig
the ditch, somebody who can get it done.
That's what it means to be an entrepreneur.
And that's what it means to be what we define as an

(10:20):
entrepreneur. And we're taking this to the
next level. And that's the whole point of
what we're building. And that's how we're pursuing
your voice. You do that by pursuing your
voice. You build at a level ever.
And This is why we're we're encouraging young people through
what we do both in how we speak, what we're building.
We have our I am Brilliant organization going around the

(10:41):
country, empowering. We have Chi Max helping to
increase the abilities with yourskills of memory and so many
things. Think about that.
Everything that you should be building should be cohesive and
it should be aligned in the samemessage.
And that's what we're building. So if you're interested in
everything we're saying, of course, you can check out all
the platforms Avanchi began to, but I encourage you to go to

(11:03):
mosaic.com, mosayk.com and you can learn about the world of
Mosaic, what we have going on with the Chi Max game.
We have some great things we're about to announce soon.
Going into the next month, we'regoing to give some discount
codes. So if you stay tuned to the last
episode of this month, which will be episode 31 by the

(11:23):
beginning of November, we're going to be doing some some new
with the format, but we're goingto be announcing 2 discount code
for those listeners of Entrepreneur to get your hands
on this coveted T Max deck. So stay tuned for that.
With that being said, let's jumpinto the day's headlines.
Oh my goodness, so many things have been going on in the world.

(11:43):
I mean, you know it, I know it. But of course I, you know, I
could talk about world issues, but there's so many platforms
that do that. And I mean, at some point y'all
may bring me to talk a little bit about politics and other
foolishness like that. But he is an entrepreneur.
We set our own destiny. So I don't get caught up in that
stuff. I stay focused in building my
lifestyle, my world and the teamaround me.

(12:05):
And I make sure the people that I'm responsible for supporting
are supported at the level they need because I stay focused and
driven even on what I'm building.
And I hope you all can take thattype of temperament and what
you're building and not get distracted by what the world is
doing. Be aware, don't be influenced.
Make sure you're always the influencer.
And that's the key. And that's what we're building
here is the way you get to that path.

(12:27):
So let's talk about some cool things and technology.
As always, we talked about AI. We're talking about today's
theme, you know, again, pursuingyour voice.
And this is the the time that you can do that with the tools
that are out there. So let's talk about it.
Microsoft rolls out App Builder and workflow and copilot, so app
Builder lets you create and editfull stack applications using

(12:49):
simple conventional prompts, no code knowledge required.
So again, we've been making thisvibe coding a real thing.
You of course, you have to pay your monthly fees to use the
tool. But if you know what you're
building and you know how to protect your IP intellectual
property, it is time to move forward.
It is time to put the foot on the gas and make sure that
you're using the best technologies with your protected

(13:11):
brand and you take it to the next level.
You owe it to yourself. It is built for you today.
I mean, it's like putting Legos together now to use the
technology out here, CRMS, whatever you need to stay
organized and build, figure it out, find out what works for
you. You don't need everybody's
suggestion, but you find the right tools that really build
what you're building. Next we talk about big tech

(13:32):
kicks off earnings season amid ais bubble fears.
So Meta spooked investors after the company unveiled plans to
notably ramp up AI by spending through 2026, causing shares to
plummet 8% and wiping out about $160 billion in the market
value. Oh, my goodness.

(13:52):
I know people out there holding their Meta stocks are clutching
their purchase, right? You know, now or some people
might see this as a buying opportunity.
It's all up to you. Today is dividends Thursday.
So I may let you make the call. When you see these moments when
stocks of companies like Meta that kind of you can't really
sleep on them because they have millions if not billions of
people engage with their platform, they're really getting

(14:14):
their revenue down in regards topeople spending money on
advertisement. So on the platform, they've
really become more competitive with video formats to go against
YouTube. I would consider you all to say,
even if Meta is going down rightnow due to this shock by current
investors, be clear that this could be a good buying moment

(14:34):
for you. So look at the numbers, look at
where they're at in their 52 week low, see what's how it
matches with the percentage. See if there's some gains you
can fine within the stock, but definitely jump out there and to
give yourself an opportunity that this could be a good buy
opportunity as people are getting, you know, dumping a
little bit of meta. Give it some time, pay
attention, look at the numbers and see if it makes sense for

(14:55):
you. But again, a little tip on
dividends Thursday also too, NVIDIA becomes the world's first
$5 trillion company. Yes, NVIDIA becomes the first
world's first $5 trillion company.
Now, you know, again, dividends Thursday.
Full disclosure, I am an NVIDIA shareholder.
So I am, you know, happy to hearthat they're at the place of
that level of valuation. As someone who's been in

(15:18):
business for over 27 years, I'veworked in several corporate
spaces. I do hope that within this whole
thought of it being a bubble going into this infrastructure
growth of AII, really hope NVIDIA can continue to sustain
that reasonably with profits to really start to grow different
types of business models. And I think that's the key that
a lot of people aren't seeing yet is that NVIDIA literally is

(15:42):
building with open AI and all these other other investors that
are looking at building out these data centers and all this
infrastructure. It's really up to the creative
culture like ourselves to reallyfill up the potential of those
tools that they're putting out there.
But we have to make sure as everyone is starting to emerge
into their own entrepreneurship, their own entrepreneur gander,

(16:03):
we have to ultimately make sure that we're we're still
investing, testing one another and we're able to grow and scale
businesses that can find reasonable exits, whether it's
mergers and acquisitions, whether it's a situation where
they can still find a road to goin public.
I mean, people don't even think about going public anymore
because the environment has changed so dramatically.

(16:24):
So again, there's so much opportunities with these mega $5
trillion types of companies likeNvidia's turning itself into.
But don't lose sight that as they're building this new
railroad train, ask yourself, are you building the trains that
are going to go on the track? Are you seeing someone else's
train that's being built and asking them, can you attach your
cart to it? Right?

(16:44):
You know, I hope that you got that right.
Those who understand how trains, railroad tracks, never, I hope
you caught that, but ultimately figure out your position in the
in the marketplace as this is starting to happen and make sure
you stake your claim early. Don't wait.
Don't keep waiting to see what other people do.
You've seen that in social, you've seen in other places.
And now you lost out on those advertisers, those sponsors and

(17:05):
you could have been this and that kind of person.
So make sure you go out here andyou go claim.
And This is why we talk about pursue your voice.
All these companies everyday they're killing the headlines.
Why? Because they're pursuing their
voice, they're building their team.
They're not giving you a chance to not hear about them.
That's how we operate here as full court press.
You have to get yourself in thatposition, right?
As we talk about these headlinesand so many cool things, we

(17:28):
always talk about the other sideof this episode.
And this is the master class. It's the lesson right here.
And this is about the Topper, right?
So as you hear NVIDIA becoming a$5 trillion company, the Topper,
right? Everyone wants to be the Topper.
Will anybody understand what I mean by the Topper?
It's the person who comes into asituation or a company or

(17:49):
somebody gives a big headline and somebody else got to get the
bigger headline. When your kid is the kid who
wants to start dancing, then another kid wants to start
dancing a little bit Wilder and crazier.
It's those moments that you always have the toppers that try
to come out. This is something I learned as a
young child. Originally.
I'm from Brooklyn, NY, and when I was growing up, I never
understood by me being myself, being creative, being

(18:12):
expressive, that other people would either feel threatened by
it or feel like they wanted to create some kind of beef or some
kind of negative energy. And one thing I realized is that
somebody would try to emulate the things I did.
And so I had to always be an original and make it where I
always did something a little bit bigger and a little bit
better because people would always try to emulate.
And that's what I call it the Topper, right?

(18:32):
People are always trying to top one another.
So here in Orange Begin, I want you to think about that.
I know as you're trying to pursue your voice, I dare to say
to you in 2025, you do not have to fear anymore that there's not
enough room for you. We are international, billions
of people across the globe type of economy.
You have space and you have opportunity to find your tribe,

(18:55):
find your audience. Never feel like the top of
spirit has to overcome you to the point where you lose out on
relationships when you lose out on building teams, be able to
continue to grow and thrive as abusiness person.
Yes, you want to build better and scale, but the top of
mindset can really be harmful ifyou don't use it in the correct
way. So be mindful if you are a

(19:17):
Topper out there, someone who emulates to see something else
that someone does and feels likeyou got to do a bigger and
better. No, do it authentically like
yourself, but yes, pursue your voice within that.
I want to unpack some other types of news because we always
talk about I would like to kind of relate things.
You know, we were talking about.I brought it up because of the
NVIDIA $5 trillion. Oh my goodness, now you know,

(19:38):
net on somebody else going to try here be a $6 trillion
company. Tesla's going to try to be a 10,
you know, trillion dollar company like you know, these
companies are going to continue to want to top one another.
So be mindful of the toppers that are out there and be
mindful of the ones in your lifeand the way you show up as well
too in life. Also too, I want to go ahead and
talk about something that was really cool within the licensing

(20:00):
industry. Lululemon and NFL team up for a
collection. Fan apparel collections in
Lululemon styles for men and women will be available NFL
shops, fanatics and team shops. So again, each season.
And I've seen people who know ofwhat the NFL shop does, it has
merchandise on there where people can purchase their

(20:21):
favorite teams of different logos and different types of
items. So there's been a lot of
partnerships I've seen over the years.
It's really orchestrated throughFanatics, which is a great
company. Michael Rubin, some people may
know him. He's been really live on social
media over several years becausehe throws the big parties, the
white parties and all that stuff.
But he he's been really buildingwithin sports culture do a lot

(20:45):
of collectibles. He has the fan books as well
that they're doing now in terms of doing the betting and all
this stuff. So Fanatics has been building a
lot of great products within therealm of sports and
entertainment. But really they've been doing
these cool apparel collaboration.
So I guess they orchestrated this one with Lululemon to
really take the NF LS logos and what they're building and really

(21:08):
start to take it in a new style way where they are attracting a
larger audience of women as wellas men to have a different look,
to have a different perspective, but still represent their team
and be stylish. So it's interesting to see these
types of collaborations. These are the things that
really, really get me excited when I see companies coming
together with different types ofpairings like Lululemon to the

(21:31):
NFL. In the the world of old, people
would think that would be strange.
But in this new mash up culture,I'm so excited and thrilled to
see how many people are finding ways to break in.
And that's why I love lights saying that's why I love using
my imagination. That's why I love intellectual
properties for all of what it can do for our creativity and
how we pursue our voice. So I encourage you all, don't

(21:54):
limit yourself. Don't think because someone else
hasn't done it, it doesn't need to be done.
If it's imagination within your mind, that means it's the
vision. And if you're able to take it,
will you unite people and keep the vision out and make sure
that people come together where there's no Topper spirit, where
people feel like they have to bebetter than the next person, but
no, people work in a team spiritand we're all getting it done

(22:14):
done and we're growing. And everyone is value for their
gifts and talents that they bring to the table.
And everyone is well compensatedand they get to pursue their
lifestyle and their life's victory.
Because I promise you just like a sweet dream, that my life's
victory is not like your life's victory.
And I promise you that, you know, no one's really going to
ever be able to interfere with what you really want out of

(22:34):
life. But we have to get those
illusions out of our mind to notdelay the potential that we have
deep within ourselves. And that's what we love working
with the Gen. Z.
That's what we love working withmillennials and that's what we
love working with Jen Alpha whenit comes to what we're building
with the partnership with Chimax, because there's so many
phenomenal things even today, like I said, being at a career

(22:55):
day, looking at all these young kids who want to pursue their
voice, Oh my goodness, some of them wanted to be NFL players.
Some of them wanted to be a business people.
Some of them wanted to be owners.
Some of them wanted to be more than what we limit our children
to. And we want to help them in this
new era of AI to grow. And that's what we want to
continue to pursue. That's why we create and partner

(23:16):
with tools like T Max T Max is God's greatest game, the martial
arts of card games. If you have not heard of it, I
implore you go to YouTube and goout there and check out T Max
under score game and like and subscribe.
