ENTREPREGANDA | Season 1, Episode 28

"Redefine Your Vision" | The Character

Your vision isn't permanent—it evolves. Sometimes you need a bulldozer to clear the old and build the new.

Host Michael Stewart-Isaacs launches a powerful new series—the CHARACTER MASTERCLASS—exploring who you must become to receive the victory destined for your life.

In this episode, we redefine:

Profit Income Tuesday: The 7 Day Game Plan Continues
Day two focuses on turning operations into sustainable profit. Michael breaks down how to move beyond just earning revenue to creating healthy margins that scale. Profit isn't just about money—it's about building a business model that works without breaking you.

Headline Breakdown: AI Investment Tsunami & Chip Wars

  • Mondelez (Parent Company Behind Oreos and Cadbury) Investing $40 Million into AI Media Tools: Legacy brands are betting big on AI-powered marketing and content creation. Michael analyzes what this massive investment signals about the future of advertising, branding, and consumer engagement.
  • NVIDIA Gets a New Rival in Qualcomm's New Chips: The AI chip wars heat up. Michael breaks down Qualcomm's challenge to NVIDIA's dominance and what this competition means for entrepreneurs building AI-powered businesses.
  • Mercor, an AI Startup Powering ChatGPT's Expertise, Reaches $10B Valuation: A unicorn is born. Michael reveals the business model behind Mercor's explosive growth and how specialization in AI infrastructure creates billion-dollar opportunities.

CHARACTER MASTERCLASS LAUNCH: The Second Chance Theory
Michael introduces the next evolution of ENTREPREGANDA—the CHARACTER MASTERCLASS—a deep dive into Life's Victory Formula for Character Development.

After completing the 5Ps of Self-Determination (Mindset Series), Michael now focuses on the second pillar: CHARACTER. Who you are determines what you attract, what you build, and what you keep.

The Second Chance Theory:
Life gives you multiple opportunities to get it right. But each "second chance" isn't a repeat—it's a redefining moment. Michael unpacks why entrepreneurs must embrace reinvention, even if it requires tearing everything down to rebuild stronger.

"Redefine Your Vision":
Your original vision got you here. But to get where you're going, you may need to redefine everything:

  • Your goals
  • Your strategy
  • Your team
  • Your identity

If it requires a bulldozer for you to rebuild, so be it. Sometimes the fastest path forward is through demolition and reconstruction. Don't be afraid to bulldoze outdated versions of yourself, your business, or your vision.

The Character Question: Who Do I Need to Become?
Michael introduces the central question of the CHARACTER MASTERCLASS: "Who do I need to become for the victory that I will receive in my life?"

Success isn't just about what you do—it's about who you become. Michael teaches you to:

  • Create a Dichotomy of Oneself: Understand the gap between who you are now and who you must become
  • Bridge that gap through intentional character development
  • Embody the traits of the person who already has what you want

Top 10 Global Licensors:
Michael previews an upcoming deep dive into the Top 10 Global Licensors—the brands and companies dominating the licensing industry worldwide. Understanding how these giants operate gives you the blueprint for building your own licensing empire.

Redefine your vision. Become the character who wins. Build with bulldozer energy.

Tune in now for the brilliant launch of the CHARACTER MASTERCLASS.

What's going on, everybody? This is Entrepreneur and I'm
your host, Michael Stewart Isaacs.
Welcome back to a brand new episode of your new favorite
podcast, showing you how to fillin the gaps when it comes to
what you're building as an entrepreneur.
And we're so excited that you'vechosen to join us again.
We call you our tribe because why?
We want you to feel like you're a part of something amazing Here

(00:24):
at Entrepreneur. We want to give you the energy
you need to grow to the next level of your entrepreneurship.
And I'm excited, as always. Be back.
Michael Stewart Isaacs, MSI, your favorite guy.
I hope you're enjoying my voice.I hope you're enjoying the
lessons that we've been teachingover these last several
episodes. Entrepreneur has been a
phenomenal journey that we've been building to really help

(00:44):
empower you all out there. And we're dealing with four
basic pillars. That's your mindset, your
character, your habits, and ultimately, we make sure that
you have the structure you need to be the entrepreneur that no
one can stop and everybody wantsto work with.
And today is October 28th, 2025 and that makes it profit income

(01:05):
Tuesday. Yes profit income Tuesday, yes
each day a part of our pillars, we talk about the seven day game
plan, which is a part of your habits.
So when we talk about habits, wemake sure that you understand
that you have a habit of making money in all different ways.
Most people think I have a brand, I have a service, I have
a product, I have a job, and that's how I make money.

(01:26):
But no, we show you all the waysthat money wants to come to you
here in begin to. And so each day we assign a name
to each day, a part of our tribeso we all can be on the same
page. And today again, profit income
Tuesday is always a fun day where a lot of great things
happen because profit income is amazing whenever you can buy
something for a penny and sell it for a dollar, ultimately

(01:47):
creating margins for yourself tobe successful.
And it's a relative concept, right?
You can buy something for $2.00 and sell it for $20.00.
But ultimately what you want to do is always have the skill set
of understanding that money wants to come to your hands.
You just have to find the opportunities, and we're here to
teach you that. Here at Orange, began to over
the last several days, we've been doing our breakdown of all

(02:10):
the different pillars. So we've broken down the
mindset, which is we have a system called the Five, five PS
of self determination. And so if you've gone over the
last several episodes, we've discussed each and every one of
the five PS that was power, prestige, principles, profit and
protection. And that in itself helps you
make your mindset towards your own self determination that you

(02:32):
start thinking differently and projecting differently.
So you're getting different results.
All of that was leading us up tothis new series that we're about
to launch in our mastermind. And that's what we want to call
the Second Chance Theory. Yes, vice victory formula and
that is a part of our character development, right?
If you had a second chance to rebuild your character, to take

(02:55):
the lessons of your past and give it a new definition in
regards to how it shows up in your life, what would you do?
And that's what we're going to talk about today because you
deserve a second chance out there and we want to help you
figure out how to uncover that. If you have your mindset
together from the five piece of self determination over the last
several episodes, now it's time for you to to get ready to get

(03:17):
into a new character. And 1st we have to give you that
second chance to become that character.
So for those who may not know mycareer, I've worked in several
different industries over several years as an entrepreneur
since the age of 13. And I've worked in a way that
I've been around actors in Hollywood.
I used to work with the SAG Foundation and I was able to
learn so much working with actors even too with the what I

(03:41):
do with the microphone. I've been radio trained.
I've also been a voice over trained to make sure that we can
project and give you the information you need at a level
of great teaching as well as themake you feel it.
I want you to feel the energy, right.
But one thing I saw with actors was how they diligently would go
over scripts or they would be a part of greater films or

(04:02):
television series. And there was always a Bible
associated with the storyline ofthe movie or film or Series A
person was involved in. And then each actor always went
into these deep dives into the character development based on
the character they were assignedto be a part of in a role.
And so in our lives, we have to start looking at it that we're

(04:22):
showing up for a different role in our lives.
When I step into entrepreneurship and you have to
write the perfect script that will give you a second chance at
that audition to be able to change your life forever and
walk into the stardom that you're supposed to walk into.
But first we have to go through a deep dive of our character
development. And that's what we're here to
help you do in Entrepreneur. Is that OK with you all out

(04:45):
there? I hope it is so as we dig into
that, we have we break things down into our system each day.
So we're actually giving you some solid training that will
really help you build to the next level of what you want to
do as an entrepreneur. With that, today we're going to
talk about the second chance theory, the Light's victory
formula, which gets you to your second chance.

(05:05):
And we break it down into three main parts, which is redefine
your vision, which is what we'regoing to talk about today.
And then we're going to go through the next steps of that.
So the whole formula itself, so that equals light victory is
redefine your vision, plus the firm, your values, plus pursue
your voice. And so each day over the next

(05:25):
few days, we're going to talk about that within our master the
class. As we always do, we'll bring in
the headlines to really help you.
Again, today's episode is all about redefine your vision,
right? If we're going to find the
perfect character, if we're really going to hone into our
second chance and start on the path towards life's victory,
we've got to redefine our vision.

(05:46):
And so here at Entreganda, we'rehere to help you as a tribe to
build that way. And we want to make sure that
you are a dynamic, powerful entrepreneur again, that
everybody wants to be in business with.
And if you've been with us for the last several days and you've
really been working towards getting your mindset right, then
this character development is going to be right up your alley
and it's going to take you to the next level.

(06:07):
One thing I've been able to do over the years with my clients
and people I've taught this system to, I mean, it's life
changing and profound when you believe you can create a second
chance for yourself and truly get into where your life's
victory is because of your life's victory isn't like
everyone else's life's victory. And the vision that we're
redefining today is the image that we see in our mind that no

(06:28):
one else sees today of who we are and how we want to posture.
It's always break it down and say, what would you do today at
any age that you are today, be it 253035, what are you going to
do for the next 10 years of yourlife?
Meaning, what are you, if you're25, what are you going to do for
your 35 year old version of yourself?
Do you see the vision of who that person is?

(06:50):
And are you doing everything within your power today to make
that person happy with the decisions that you're making?
So some people might do negativethings, they may be on drugs,
they may harm their bodies in other ways, they may be with the
wrong crowd, a circle. And then you Fast forward 10
years, there's going to be a result for those decisions.
Or you can start to take on a new mindset like we've

(07:12):
discussed, start surrounding yourself with better
relationships. And now when you're building out
who you are and character, you're positioned in the right
way because why? You redefined your vision and
you took control of who you are today.
So the next 10 years of your life will be magnificent and
you'll look back and say thank you for the decisions you made.
So when we continue to build into that, we want to take it to

(07:34):
the headlines. But before we take it to the
headlines, let me take a moment to give a shout out to our
sponsors. Yes, our sponsor today is Qmax.
Yes, Qmax is God's greatest game.
For those who don't know, Qmax is a 40 deck card game that is
designed with multiple mechanisms just like any card
deck. Traditionally, Qmax allows me to

(07:55):
play multiple different gameplays, but Qmax is a little
bit different because why? It increases your cognitive
ability when you play each game as well as it helps you with
what we call quantum thinking. We have a game called Order
within Qmax that allows for you to differently and speed up the
way your mind processes information and if you want to
be a dynamic entrepreneur in theworld.

(08:16):
That's why we stand by Chimax here in Entrepreneur because we
want to be the best of the best.We work out on our bodies, but
it's rarely that we find things that really work our mind and
Chimax is that game that will dothat.
They call it the martial arts ofcard games, but we play it solo
or you choose to play against someone.
Every game feels different and it's always a win to the way

(08:36):
your mind starts to function. And once you have a mind that
can function high level, you'll truly be the thought leader that
you know you're meant to be. And in entrepreneurship, you
need that every day, especially as competitive it is out there.
So definitely want to give a shout out to Chi Max and thank
them for their sponsorship. If you're interested in getting
yourself a car deck, which we highly recommend here at
Entrepreneur, go to mosaic.com. That's mosayk.com, mosaic.com.

(09:03):
Chi Max has a lot of great things in store.
They're going to be doing some trade shows and conferences over
the next few weeks, so we're going to continue to keep you
updated. We just did a game night a few
weeks ago, a part of Chi Max when we did the content and
confidence event. So there's so many great things
that are going on in this universe of Mosaic entrepaganda
with the Chi Max game and so many things we're building.

(09:24):
We have a discourse channel for those out there as well.
So check out Chi Max's discourseserver as well as Chi Max
CHIMAX. But yes, back to our episode.
I do want to take time out rightnow because there is outside of
the normal headline that we talkabout AI technology or sometimes
we address what's going on in the industry that I'm involved

(09:45):
in, which is called the licensing industry.
And for those out there that know what we've been building
here at Orange, begin to talk about entrepreneurship from a
standpoint of utilizing your imagination.
And one of the things we do is talk about intellectual
properties. That's IP.
That's the thing that you take your ideas.
That could be it a drawing, it could be your writing, it could

(10:06):
be an invention you've created. It could be a name or words or
phrase that you put together like entrepreneur gander.
And ultimately what we want to do is show you how you can
really take those IPS to the next level.
But within the news headlines, before we go into the different
topics that we normally talk about, I do want to take a
moment to acknowledge the fact that there is a major hurricane

(10:28):
over the Jamaica currently. It's a CAT5 hurricane.
I wanted to, you know, shout that out because I, you know,
for those who know me, my familyis a multiple culture descent.
My mother's from Sierra Leone, West Africa, but my father is
from Jamaica and Jamaica means the world to me in regards to
just what my culture it means and the phenomenal people that

(10:51):
are in the Jamaican culture and family.
So I wanted to put it that out that we all say a prayer that
their safety isn't mine and any other Caribbean island places,
the Cuba, etcetera that may be affected by this storm.
We want to make sure to acknowledge Hurricane Melissa is
a Category 5 hurricane at the time of recording and we want to

(11:12):
make sure that we send some goodprayers up to make sure that
they are safe. So definitely didn't want to
overlook that because you know, it is important.
And as we're building out OrangeBegin that we want to make sure
that we we acknowledge every daywhat's going on.
So you all know that here at Entrepreneur Gander, we're up to
date and what's going on in culture as well as what's going

(11:33):
on in the world. And we want to make sure that
we're global citizens as we continue to build our bigger
pictures. So back to us going to the
headlines. Today's episode is again about
redefining your vision. We're part of our new series
that we're bringing out in our master class.
This one is about the pillar called character who our
character. We're looking for our second

(11:54):
chance. So we have our second chance
theory that it is possible. With that we have a beautiful
formula called Light's Victory Formula and it has elements in
there which starts with R to theV, which is redefine your
vision, right? So we want you to redefine your
vision. So with the headlines today, we
have some cool, interesting things going on.

(12:15):
One thing that I've read was Mandela's, the company behind
Oreos and Cadbury says that the company is pouring $40 million
into building a new AI tool takes out everything from TikTok
videos to Super Bowl ads. The Oreo makers bets slashes
reduction cost by 30 to 50% and have AI generated commercials

(12:38):
ready for 2027 Super Bowl. So companies are starting to
deploy AI to get rid of what they would traditionally spend
in large, you know, ask, you know, marketing budgets and
shoots and everything. Now they can use AI.
They can also source celebritiesand other for people to be
utilized to digitize their face or take their images and

(12:58):
likeness and they can still pay them, but ultimately they can
make commercials and you know, different landscapes a lot
efficiently and more cheap. And let's think about it the
same way. These major companies are able
to invest millions of dollars into these tools.
There are tools that you can useeveryday that can to help you
build your business. And so that's the thing we
talked about arch beginning whenwe redefine our vision, every

(13:22):
single one of us out here at thesound of my voice with on
Spaganda, we all have the chancein this new era to redefine who
we are in terms of how we're building our businesses.
We can now save our budgets and you know, there should be no
barrier of entry anymore. So every tool that can make you
build something that is phenomenal within your local

(13:43):
community, within your your county, within your state,
within the country, within the international marketplace is
available to you if you utilize the right tools that get you
there. But you got to redefine that
vision that that is a part of the makeup of whatever it is
that you've been holding inside of you that you want to bring
forth. And if you've already started on

(14:04):
the journey, we want to make sure that you're empowered to
make sure you continue to adapt to all the changes that are
happening. But understand, when you build a
brand, when you build your personal name and who you are,
even though you may redefine thetools you use, you may redefine
the teams you work with, what you're building should last.
It should have a level of consistency and permanency.

(14:25):
One thing about being a brand, the brand concept comes from
back in the days when people used to have livestock and the
livestock would gets escaped from being herded or wherever
they were, whether it be a sheep, whether it be a cows.
And so people who are farmers orthose who were cattlers of the
actual livestock, what they would do is they would actually
take a hot steak, get it hot, put their logos and symbols on

(14:49):
it, and then they would literally brand the animal that
way. If they ever got lost, people
would know who to return it backto.
That is the nature of what we'rebuilding out here.
We're finding ways to take our hot skewer and start branding
who we are all over the place. So people will start to see who
you are and you can utilize AI tools as that hot skewer to get

(15:10):
you there. And that's a part of redefining
your vision that we want to outline here at Orange Baganda.
Let's go through some more headlines that were interesting.
Also, NVIDIA gets a new rival. Learn how to make pro info.
They have a new rival in regardsto some of the things that
they're building in their their infrastructure.

(15:30):
A lot of people don't know that Qualcomm stock source 15% as it
announces a new chip to compete with NVIDIA.
So now that you have these rivals out here, NVIDIA has been
taking up a lot of the market share building with open AI.
You know you have the Stargate project that's happening in
Texas. You have so many things that are
going on around the country of different data centers that are

(15:53):
revamping themselves to be prepared to have the latest
chips inside that can handle theprocessing speed that AI is
going to require. Especially when we all get out
here just to do basic things like create the next meme,
right? You would think with AI everyone
will be creating life saving, you know, medicines and those
things. But we're all looking out here.
The majority of AI is probably going to be used for meme

(16:14):
culture where people are going to make memes, to make funny
videos to get the algorithm on their side.
And then they can, you know, build out.
And you know, you think someone like a Mr. Beast, for example,
who's been shooting videos, who's invested all this money
into his, the way he's making these productions.
But guess what? In the next few years, a young
kid could throw Mr. Beast in terms of popularity and success

(16:38):
just simply utilizing AI tools. It sounds far fetched whenever
you see someone with such a lead, but there was a time when
Mr. Beast didn't really have much going on but a few, you
know, 1000 people watching him on YouTube.
Then he started giving money away to people, and then all of
a sudden when he redefined how he was grabbing numbers and how
he was building, it changed his whole business model and he's

(16:59):
leapfrogged, becoming one of themost popular human beings on the
planet because of the Internet, because of AI.
It's going to happen again. And it may not even be a live
person. It may actually be AI avatar
that becomes the most popular figure in the world that we're
all falling in love with. So there's so much going on in
the space. It starts with these AI, these

(17:20):
chips that power the AI solutions that are out there and
again, Qualcomm is stepping up their game to compete with
NVIDIA. So keep your eye out on that.
For anyone who's into the stock market, we talk about dividends
Thursdays. We talk about the stocks a
little bit, so feel free to keepyour eyes on that as well.
Also, too, Anthropic releases a clawed for Excel.

(17:40):
So anyone who is doing Excel documents, accountants and
anyone out there building those types of businesses that listen
to entrepreneur, you know clawed, which is a anthropic
product. It's something I use for my
business. I work with my business plans.
I use it to help me when I'm building out the show here at
Entrepreneur Ganda. It definitely is a phenomenal
tool. So I would advise you all to

(18:01):
check it out and see how that can help you in regards to what
you're building out. Also to AI startup Powering
Chat, GP TS expertise reaches a $10 billion valuation.
So Mercor, which is connected toAI Labs, which AI Open AI with
no main expertise for training their fundamental AI models, has

(18:24):
raised $350 million for a $10 billion valuation.
So again, another company that has the algorithm build out,
they're building AI. Companies are getting these huge
valuations for investors. Investors are making big bets
from certain companies to make sure that they are the next
great thing. And, you know, again, no one

(18:44):
knows for sure who's going to come out in the end.
It may seem clear right now, butit's no telling right now.
It could be anyone's race when it comes to the tools that will
get us all saying all. I would say it's all depending
on the next big headlines, you know, where the press starts
talking about it or some kind ofcontroversy.
You know, ChatGPT was able to grow because high school and

(19:06):
college kids were using it when other people weren't aware of it
to write their papers. And then the teachers got wind
of it. And then most media got wind of
it. That teachers were offended by
it. And then that made ChatGPT get a
media work rise. So there's no telling on when
the next big thing will happen. But I promise you out there, if
you redefine your vision, it'll all come together a lot more

(19:28):
smoother. So definitely keep your eye out
on those headlines is always more.
If there's anything I miss, please put that in the comments.
I love to learn what you all arereading out there.
Any links that you have to help me educate myself.
We're always about improving here in Orange Paganda.
So I appreciate you all for taking a moment with that.
Also too, You know, one thing I want to go through today outside

(19:51):
of what we're doing because we're again, we're talking about
the character, right? The whole series that we're
building this time for the that we really want to touch on is
about your character. So within your character,
sometimes you have to create a dichotomy within oneself, right?
You have to have the self that is set up that knows about what
he wants to do for their family. You got to know what you're

(20:11):
doing for your personal self. And then you have to have the
person who has the energy for self, but the self that is
knowledgeable and educated and building on expertise for what
you do professionally. And you have to create a clear
dichotomy within this character to create that full on
profession. Nationalism that you need to
really build so you can really have a longevity in whatever

(20:32):
field or career you're chasing. Everyone knows that we don't
want to deal with characters that feel untrustworthy and
don't feel like you really have built a rapport with them.
But if we build characters that feel like heroes, that feel like
people who get it done, you havethe right to redefine the vision
of who you are in character. And that's what we're trying to
bring home as we build, as we talk about your brands and your

(20:55):
business and talk about where itcan go from here. 1 of the
things I talked, you know, entrepreneur throughout my
company. For those who know, I own a
organization called I Am Brilliant.
Myself and my wife Shameka, we've been building it for over
10 plus years. We're about to celebrate our 10
year anniversary for I Am Brilliant.
So we have some great slew of content that we're building,
including launching this entrepreneur podcast powered by

(21:19):
I Am Brilliant. But what we're building out is
something that really is built within the licensing industry.
If you want to learn more about I am Brilliant in our work that
we do in both promotional work, we do presentations.
You can learn more at I am brilliant.org.
But what I like to break down for you all, for those who may
not be aware of the lucrative nature of an industry called the

(21:40):
licensing business, right? So if you really want to
redefine your vision, let me show you where you need to be
taking your energy. So as we talk about the
licensing industry, there was some phenomenal lines that came
out that was talking about the top ten global licensors of
2/20/25, right? So every year there are
companies who well known home name brands, corporations that

(22:03):
we all know. But a lot of the products that
you see at Walmart, a lot of thedifferent things you can buy
with the Pokémon logo online andon Amazon may not necessarily be
made by the company themselves. They give permission to other
people that produce socks or something else to use their
logos and essentially they're able to make money and then they

(22:25):
pay them a percentage called a royalty.
We talk about that on royalty income Sundays that can help
them generate a greater revenuesover the long term.
So let's go through the top ten global licensure of 2025 S #1
without no doubt is the Walt Disney Company.
Yes, Mickey Mouse has always reigned supreme when it comes to

(22:45):
global licensing, but we can't forget that Walt Disney Company
also owns the marble franchise. They own a Star Wars, they have
so many Pixar characters, you name it.
And every year they have a new big movie or several different
movie projects prior to that, movies companies, everyone from
McDonald's to, you know, different product based consumer

(23:07):
product based companies. They all partner with these
organizations to be a part of the rollouts and promotions for
all these films. And they have huge teams that
collaborate to make all this happen.
And it's so amazing to see thesehuge corporations and how they
work, but what they do is honestly, they find these
entrepreneurs or these internal entrepreneurs who take their

(23:28):
energy, manage out teams, and then they find ways to take all
these different divisions and they make them successful.
And there's someone like myself who's building a little baby
conglomerate with everything I own.
I celebrate the day that with AItools or building out teams that
we can build into these spaces. But again, number one was Walt
Disney Company and they brought in $62 billion estimated with

(23:52):
their global licensing efforts. The second company, some people
may have heard of this company, a partner in this company is
Shaquille O'Neal. This was called Authentic Brands
Group. They're they're, they've made an
estimated $32 billion in global licensing in 2025.
And they own several characters and different, you know, brands

(24:13):
that you may know throughout theyears, everything from Marilyn
Monroe, you name it. Authentic Brands has so much in
their catalog, so definitely check out Authentic Brands if
you've never heard of them before.
Also #3 is people people Incorporated, formerly dot Dash
Meredith. They made estimated $26.7

(24:34):
billion in regards to revenue for their proper intellectual
properties that they, again, allof this is is just them
licensing out. That means allowing someone else
to borrow the images, the logos, the popularity, and go out here
and make income from it and thenessentially cut them.
A royalty for usage of these particular brands #4 is NBC

(24:56):
Universal with $17 billion estimated #5IS Hasbro with $16.1
billion estimated. Number six is Warner Brothers
Discovery with $15 billion estimated.
And that's a big estimation for them because they're in the
midst of looking to sell all of their assets to a bigger

(25:17):
company. There's companies like Sky Dance
that seems like they want to buythe whole entertainment
industry, and then there's othersuitors that are looking to
purchase all of the assets from Warner Brothers Discovery.
So keep your eyes out for that and see where that goes.
Also too, you have The Pokémon Company International with an
estimated $12 billion in global licensing, as well as the number

(25:42):
8 spot goes to Blue Star Alliance with the estimated $10
billion. Number 9 goes to Mattel with 8.8
billion dollars estimated. And then the last #10 spot goes
to San Senero, which is the company that has the Hello Kitty
franchise and they have several other brands that you may know

(26:04):
as well. But yes, San Sanrio is the
company that has #10 spot $8.4 billion Sanrio.
They're the people who make Hello Kitty again, making
amazing income from the licensing industry, probably
from creative characters that have stories, They have movies,

(26:25):
they have cartoons. But anytime you see it on hats,
T-shirts, mugs, key chains, bookbags, etcetera, they're never
the ones making it. They're giving permission to a
third party company who manufacturers those particular
products. They take their logos, they get
permission, and then they go sell it at retail or online and
then keep up with their books. And ultimately they owe a check

(26:47):
to these companies for the usageof their name.
And it's a beautiful industry isa phenomenal business model.
If anyone's looking to redefine your vision, licensing industry
is where I would encourage you to go.
As myself, building my own character as ACEO, it's been
