What's going on everybody? This is Michael Stewart Isaacs
and this is your next edition ofEntrepreneanda.
Yes, Entrepreneanda, your new favorite podcast series that
outlines how you as an entrepreneur can become the best
version of yourself. And we're so excited that you
have joined us again. Today is October 16th, 2025.

(00:23):
That makes it Dividends Thursday.
Yes, Dividends Thursday. So excited to consider our
dividends and what we deserve inregards to our income.
And we want to make sure that you understand on Dividends
Thursday, we're focused on the dividends that you should be
receiving from the earnings thatyou have in your investments out
there. You have investments that are
collecting additional money for you that you're able to earn a

(00:45):
dividends and you have that locked in.
Make sure you're on top of everysingle thing that you are
involved in, things that you're invested in.
And make sure that you are able to position yourself, that you
know what's going on in your portfolio so you can always
continue to continuously earn income.
And that's what we're all about here at Entrepreneur is how we
grow as individuals, but how we keep everything around us

(01:07):
growing. Also, got to take a moment to
take a shout out for my mother. Today, October 16th is her born
day. Yes, this is my mother's
birthday. I'm so excited.
She is phenomenal human being. We've been doing a lot of great
things in the last few days to celebrate her.
I'll have some stuff on my social media platforms that you

(01:27):
can check out, but definitely wanted to make sure to give her
a shout out and some love on herbirthday.
So that is always a great thing to celebrate our parents as much
as we can. And we try to do that here to
the tribe to make sure we do what they tell us to do, honor
our mothers and make sure we honor our fathers.
And with that said, we have to make sure that we talk about

(01:47):
what our topic is for today. As we always go through each day
with Entrepreaganda, we're trying to break down our system
that we want to make sure it's our system as a tribe.
We want to know that we have tools and understanding that go
beyond the average person out there.
And as a listener here at Entrepreaganda, you get to be a
part of our tribe. And today's episode is focus on

(02:09):
serve the story. Yes.
So we breakdown within our mindset development yesterday.
In the last few days, we've beengoing over the ways to the code
power and really make sure we understand who we are and the
things that it takes for us to be who we are.
But within our system, we also have a concept called prestige.
And when we look at the prestigeof our lives, we have to

(02:29):
understand there's aspects of itthat we have to make sure that
we serve the story. How do we serve the story that
the world is trying to hear? How do we serve the story that
we're trying to tell and the story that others are trying to
tell? How are we a part of the story
of the life? So when you think about what
you're doing as an entrepreneur and you really want to ask
yourself if you're thriving and if you're growing to the next

(02:52):
level, how are you serving the story?
So we want to talk about those things and really break them
down for you here in Entrepreneur, because why that
is what we're doing here is really making sure that your
mindset, that your character, that your habits as well as your
structure are where they need tobe to be the best version of
yourself. We only want world class

(03:13):
performing entrepreneurs out here.
And the only way you can do thatis with the right kind of
incentive. And so as a tribe, we make sure
that you get all the energy you need so you know which direction
you really want to build in and grow so you can serve the story.
And we're really going to go into that deep because we want
to always start with the headlines.
And so when we look at each of the headlines that are going on

(03:34):
out there, we break them down around the principles of
entrepreneur. So that way you have an
opportunity to know how you can utilize entrepreneur in your
life and make sure that your entrepreneurial propaganda
journey to really be able to reshape your story, to claim
what you're building and really build Providence in this world
is able to grow. And we want to make sure that

(03:56):
you have everything you need to be able to achieve that.
So with that, we do want to talkabout, as we always like to
touch on the different things going on in the marketing world,
the AI technology world. We talk about the licensing
industry and we really break that down because how better to
understand how to serve the story than hear how headlines as
well as the moves that other people make in business help for

(04:19):
us to serve the story. One thing I want to talk about,
it's a story that came across the headlines in regards to the
SKIMS brand. Yes, Kim Kardashian SKIMS brand.
So Kim Kardashian is a perfect example of what Aunt Began is
about. Not so much about how she got on
and how she's built her wealth, but ultimately how she knows how

(04:40):
to claim her name. She has a team around her that
are building the Kim Kardashian Incorporated and then having
various business structures within what they've built that
they make sure that every time Kim is involved, she serves the
story. And so she has expanded on her
Skims brand where they're opening up in the largest store
ever, which they're actually going to be building out in the

(05:02):
Mall of America. It's a 8000 square foot space.
So that's going to be a huge retail space for them to really
build up their empire, what they're building with SKIMS.
It's a very clever concept. You know, Kim understood her
brand. She understood that she was
someone who helped to encourage women to feel beautiful, sexy,
want to look their best. And and so she took that from

(05:24):
when she was young. She's grown up and matured
within the industry and then shefound entrepreneurial ways to
take leveraging her name to the next level and put herself in a
position to grow her business. And so, you know, definitely,
you know, Kim Kardashian, like Isaid, a perfect example of what
someone who is using the whole arch began to techniques to the
best of their ability. That's an example.

(05:46):
Another thing I saw in the headlines is Krispy Kreme is
debuting one of their locations in Spain.
So let's talk about Krispy Kremes.
We talked about licensing and with licensing, we talked about
franchising. And so when you franchise,
franchising is the ability to take someone's concept
particularly and works in the fast food or restaurant spaces,
but you're taking a particular style of food or an environment,

(06:09):
a feeling of certain types of products or food based services.
And you take them around different parts of the country
and wherever you live at. And then you can also take them
international. And so Krispy Kremes is
something actually started here in my hometown of North
Carolina. They're somebody that basically
built from a small country town to growing themselves into a

(06:31):
multi national corporation that's now able to be in
international spaces because they are one of the best Donuts
out there. And no, Krispy Kreme is not a
sponsor yet of entrepreneur, butdefinitely you want to enjoy the
Krispy Kreme doughnuts anytime and every time you get a chance
to. If you've never had a Krispy
Kreme doughnut, Oh my goodness. And I mean, again, when we talk
about brands, if you really talkabout someone like Krispy Kreme,

(06:54):
that's a brand that people recognize all the time.
And again, we talked in the theme of serving the story.
How many Krispy Kreme stories dowe all have out there, right?
How many stories do we all have that relate to these moments in
these experiential places that we find ourself in?
And that's part of what you're building as an entrepreneur,
whether you're building a company that has a location that

(07:17):
people can go to a building. If you're a Baker and you're
trying to take on your entrepreneur, right, how does
your bakery stand out and how's it different from everyone else?
What color schemes do you use incolorways and different things
that make sure people know is you, the special touches that
you have. Those things are so important to
what people do to know what you're doing and what you're

(07:38):
building. Another thing too, we want to
touch on, as we always touch on this technology and the AI
spaces and then the real world impacts has come much faster
with AI than we thought we wouldbestly when it comes to mobile.
Unlike mobile when a cultural adaptations proceeded across
transformations, AI is becoming a little bit more harder for the

(08:00):
consumer to really adapt as easyas they would like.
So so many things are happening within that space.
We have to keep our eyes out in regards to where is a AI really
going, right? It's a nice buzzword.
It's a concept being used behindchat bots.
Before, we thought AI would be robots that look like humans.
And I know they're working on these humanoid projects, but

(08:21):
there are all other questions about the full on adaptability
of AI. As they were saying, mobile
technology was something that gradually adapted, but people
were able to adapt to it fairly quickly.
But ultimately, AI is, you know, has to come on a little
differently and figure out how the consumer can really connect
and grow. And so, you know, you definitely
have to come up with your strategies as a company if

(08:44):
you're going to deploy AI because I've seen people try to
deploy AI in their businesses based on the suggestions of
people who are trying to sell you AI products.
But that doesn't mean your customer actually wants to see
you show up like that. So as much as I'm a proponent of
technology, I'm also, it's most important for me to really help
you understand how to deploy things the right way, right?

(09:05):
How do you deploy on time? How do you deploy based on how
you're connecting and with your customer base and your user
base? It makes the difference.
So that takes relationships to really understand those key
touch points. And that's why here in Onch
began that we break down a system that allows for you to
have a better guiding post of how you craft your game plan.
As we talk about our seven day game plan, which is going over

(09:28):
several ways for us to know the types of ways we should be
thinking about income coming into our lives and how we build
our wealth and our finances. But then we also have to
understand the overall structureand we talk about structure a
lot. We talked about the marketplace
monopoly. We've gone over that in previous
episodes. If you haven't heard that
episode, definitely go back. But the goal is that we have to

(09:49):
use technology in a way that really makes sense to not just
us, but to the customers that we're asking to use it.
So that way we can have a a goodway of getting more relational
transactions built with our customer base.
And that's what we're really pushing for here with Arch Begin
this. How do we get that point to you?
How do we use everything efficiently and how do we serve

(10:10):
the story? And that's what we really wanted
to talk about in that. With that, we want to take a
moment to thank our sponsor, ChiMaxx.
Yes, Chi Maxx is the ultimate strategic game.
They call it God's greatest gameand you want to make sure that
you get your hands on a Chi Maxxdeck.
Chi Maxx is a 40 card deck card game that's a card system to
really help those who are looking to improve their

(10:33):
cognitive ability. Do you have issues with your
memory? Would you like to improve it?
How better would your life be ifyou had a stronger memory
memory, But what can you use outside of technology that will
allow for you to be able to better interface with your
everyday life as well as your strategy and strategic thinking
that will allow for technology to work for you and you not work
for it? Well, Qmax is the game for that.

(10:54):
It's a game that plays out like a card game that's almost feels
like chess. It has so many different
variations of other things that you can do to really help you
improve your skill sets. It helps with math.
It helps with the comfort with understanding numbers and we
want to make make sure that you have this game in your
household. So definitely get you a deck of
Chimax cards. You can get it at mosaic.com.

(11:17):
That's mosayk.com. Again, mosayk.com Chimax is
definitely a game that you should have in with your family.
So today we want to touch on ourmain topic with serve the story.
So if we're really going to serve the story in life and
we're talking about what our reputation is, how we want

(11:38):
people to perceive us, how we want the headlines to read about
what we're building one day. The first step is about
authorship. The authorship.
How do we take our authorship ofour lives?
How do we take control of the authorship of our lives?
Well, it starts with what we talked about the last few days,
and that's your power. And as we broke down power, we
broke it down to where you have to find where you fit.

(12:01):
You have to know how to be the missing piece of the puzzle, and
you have to understand that other people want to achieve
their personal goals. So then from here, we're about
serving the story because that'show our prestige travels.
That's how our reputation travels.
When people understand how you show up and how you perform,
when they understand the thing that you contribute, that comes
off the actions that you do. And part of that is your

(12:24):
authorship. You are writing the authorship
of your life every day you do anaction, every time you show up
for a person, every time you area reliable for any particular
reason, anytime. You are a problem solver, you
are contributing to your authorship and you are serving
the story. So as someone who understands
here with our tribe and arch beginner that serving the story

(12:47):
is so important, it is more important that you understand
how to tailor your authorship toall of the opportunities that
are possible when it comes to you being able to build the your
ability to really grow as an entrepreneur.
And we want to be able to help you to outline that and really
build your mindset, your character, your habits, as well

(13:08):
as your structure. But a part of that, again,
always starts with mindset. Because once we get the mindset
piece together, and that's what we're going through each day is
that way so we can help build all of these systematic things.
And I promise you, by the end ofwhat you do here at
Anchapaganda, when we start to meet up and we start to grow as
a tribe, you're going to have all the different missing pieces

(13:31):
of the puzzle put together. You're going to be able to
understand industries that you can take your energy and know
how to contribute to those spaces and make sure those
people understand the value thatyou bring.
But that comes with you understanding how to serve the
story. And part of that is the mindset
shift that you are the author that you're waiting for.
You're the person who's going toadd yourself to the history

(13:52):
three books. You're the person that's going
to be able to make sure that theworld knows that you exist.
And the only way we can do that with Entrepreneur is with that
authorship is with the ability to serve a story.
And once you're in the story, then you last forever.
And that's our goal here is how do we keep each other lasting
forever? We want to build, just like our
sponsor, Chi Max, their logos, the Infinity, we want to build

(14:14):
something that lasts forever andwe want you to be able to grow
and build something that lasts forever.
Are you writing the authorship that's going to get you to that
position or We want to help you continue to build that Here at
Entrepreneur each week, we're going to keep coming back.
Each day we make sure to drill in a little bit more on things
that will help you to know how you can serve the story and

(14:35):
continue to build your prestige within your mindset and in the
way that the world perceives you, which is what slowly starts
to put you in a position to build better relationships.
And that's what we want to help, you know, the steps that it
takes to get there. So with that, I want to take a
moment if you want, I want more information on what we're doing
here at Aunchpaganda. Please check out our social

(14:56):
media platforms. We're on Instagram,
Aunchpaganda. You can find us as well as you
can find our X platform, Aunt Reganda.
We're going to be putting more content up there to share some
insights, some of the people I follow, the things that I
learned from to help put together what we're building.
I am the CEO of a company calledMosaic.
We take the pieces of different data points and information and

(15:18):
we're able to put it in a way that we draw new correlations
that help individuals really start to master and overcome the
things that stand in their way. And the founder of an
organization called I Am Brilliant.
And that's what we start with isconfidence.
How do we get you to a space of confidence?
This weekend? I'm a part of an event called
Content and Confidence. It's a media day event where

(15:39):
we're focused on really helping individuals to build up their
repertoire, making sure that they they have everything they
need to be ready to enter into 2026, close out the year strong
and make sure that we really getthe sales, marketing and
intellectual property understandings that we need to
grow our business. We're going to have financial
literacy courses going. We're going to have head shots

(16:01):
and product shots. This is what you need as
entrepreneurs. How do I put myself out there?
And that's again, going back to serving the story.
How do I serve the story? How do I bring my authorship to
the every situation? And that's what we're building
here. Here is that understanding the
words that we need to know what we need when we walk into the
room. You want to know people know
you're different, you sound different.

(16:23):
I want to hope that my voice andmy tone helps you.
So when you walk into spaces, you have the confidence that you
need to really be the best version of yourself.
And no one will ever deny what you're building because why?
You are the author, you're the one writing the story.
So take it to the greatest levels that you want to build.
Write the best endings, but makesure you understand that

(16:44):
sometimes in the middle of the story, it may have some ups and
downs or some adversity, but that's the part that the people
love to tune into. How does they, how does this
person overcome? How do they get through?
How do they build from, oh man, they got brought down?
How do they build back up? So that's what we're really all
about is how do we get you to that part of your authorship and
you understanding how to serve the story from your reputation,

(17:07):
from your prestige, and ultimately never forgetting your
power because you have the otherelements of building that.
And this is how we start to structure a stronger mindset.
And that's what we're doing withthese master classes is that
we're breaking down one of our systems.
So we gave a general overview over the last few days of what
entrepreneur was, all the different components from

(17:29):
mindset. We've talked about the five
piece of self determination. So that's what we're doing now
is going through it a little bitdeeper.
And then from there, we'll continue with everything that
will go deeper for you to build your character, your habits, as
well as the ultimate structure that you're trying to have.
So that way, by the time you continue to listen to each
episode, you'll get a little bitof pieces of more information.

(17:51):
You'll see how I will correlate it to the headlines.
And as we start to bring it all together, I promise you, you're
going to be a better, fastest, wiser person.
People be like, what? What is it?
What's different about you? What's going on?
Well, I want you to tell him that you found the greatest
podcast that everyone should be listening to.

And I know together through my voice on this mic and everything
we're doing, we're all going to build some great opportunities
for the long run. And I'm excited to see how those

(18:33):
things Foster and grow. So thank you so much for taking
time. We want again, take a moment to
thank our sponsor, Chi Max Chi Max is the ultimate strategic
card game, God's greatest game, the martial arts of card game.

get you help here with Entrepreneur.
It's how am I media ready to tell people about my message at
any given time beyond just a basic 32nd elevator pitch or

(19:59):
basic 3 minute? Pitch competition, you're able
to really drill down and really know how to always assert
yourself. So you are the best person that
people want to know in a room. And that's what Orange Began is
about is how do you stand out insuch a way?
