(00:01):
What's going on, everybody? This is entrepreneur again, and
I'm your host, Michael Stewart Isaacs, MSI, your favorite guy,
and I'm excited to be back for another edition of Entrepreneur.
Ganda, we have an exciting one for you.
Always trying to make sure that we give you great information
and keep you a part of this tribe.
Entrepreneur is striving to makesure that each individual out
there knows how to be the best version of themselves, and the
(00:23):
way we do that with entrepreneurship is
entrepreneurial propaganda. That means finding Providence
with the ability to to amplify who you are, the value of who
you are, what you started with in this world is valuable.
The experiences you have are valuable.
And we try to show you how to dothat here in Ontropiganda.
So today is October 17th and it is rental income Friday.
(00:45):
Yes, rental income Friday. So we're excited.
Rental income is always excitingfor those out there who have any
types of property or anything that they rent out to people in
a fashion to make income. It could be a vehicle, it could
be so many other, you know, items that you can imagine to do
rental income. We're always excited to bring
that to you every Friday. I think it's one of my favorite
(01:07):
days, but I think it's because it's Friday in general and we
all get excited on Fridays, right?
So Fridays are just an energeticday that in general just kind of
gets, let it be the natural. I guess we should call it the
day that everyone lets their hair down on Friday.
So definitely excited about it. And so as we're showing up today
with Aunt Begin, I'm excited to be here to just really talk
(01:28):
about our topic today. We're going to have a great one
for you. We're talking about show people
the unexpected. Yes, here on Rental Income
Friday, October 17th, we will show people the unexpected
because as we're breaking down the system of entrepreneur, we
focus on mindset. And mindset is a part of our
four parts. We have mindset.
We talk about your character, wetalk about your habit and we
(01:50):
talk about your structure. So when we think about our
mindset, we really have to breakdown what we call the prestige.
And so before we talked about power, the five PS of self
determination as power, prestige, principles, profit
protection. But when we're doing our topics
each day, what we're trying to do is go deeper into the system
(02:11):
of entrepreneur. We have the seven day game plan,
which is what helps us know whatkind of income is possible for
us. So we have a mental around how
our money should be coming to us.
And then thus that becomes, is ahabit that we create.
And ultimately we have the, the,the most important part, which
is our mindset. And so mindset drives
everything. So it starts with power and
(02:33):
powers know who you are. And so we did a series of
breaking that down into its various parts.
We talked about finding where you fit.
We talked about being the missing piece of the puzzle.
We talked about everyone wants to achieve their personal goal.
And so yesterday, as we tapping into further about your mindset,
we're going into the aspect of your prestige, right?
(02:55):
Once you have your power of knowing who you are, you have
the privilege of creating a reputation.
And so through that reputation, that's your prestige.
And so we kind of outline what that all means ultimately as we
look to our day-to-day and really figure out what we're all
trying to achieve out here. And so we want to go deeper into
what it means to really build prestige and really break that
(03:17):
down further into how that showsup into our mindset and
ultimately how we build. And so when we talked about it
yesterday, we talked about servethe story, right?
That was the first part of building your reputation.
So today we're talking about show people the unexpected.
Now that you know how to serve the story and you're really
trying to build your prestige, you need to show people the
(03:39):
unexpected. They have to see something
within you that they didn't see coming.
No one could have predicted it. And there's no way that anyone
can interfere with that thing that you're building, right?
So a lot of us are building businesses or brands or
redefining our personal situation in silence.
But ultimately, at some point, you got to show people.
And so show people the unexpected.
(04:00):
Show them something they've never seen before, Not you
duplicating what someone else has done private prior to you,
but really doing your own own thing, The original right,
really being an originator of something particular.
It could be a combination of things people have never seen
put together before. But it's always important to
show people the unexpected. And that's how you start to gain
your reputation. And then ultimately people start
(04:22):
to identify those actions or behaviors with who you are.
And that's an important mindset shift for yourself to really
understand how to really orchestrate that within your
discipline of who you're becoming.
And that's what we really want to shape here as a tribe.
So as we all always really kind of breakdown all the different
aspects of what we're building, we're really going to talk about
(04:43):
some real cool things in our topics today.
I think some of the headlines that I've been looking at, it
just been amazing just to kind of hear all the unique things
going on in the marketplace. And so as we do, we like to
break down the marketplace for you with our different concepts
within entrepreneur, right? Because again, today's rental
income Friday, you know, our topic today is about show people
(05:04):
the unexpected. As we've been building as a
community, we've decided to calleach other a tribe.
So we're building together. We're looking to take our gifts
and our skills and talents and really grow.
For those who don't know me outside of what I do with the
podcast of entrepreneur, I'm theCEO of a company called Mosaic.
Some people call me Mosaic. And then ultimately I also am
the founder of an organization called I am brilliant and I
(05:27):
founded out with my lovely wife Shameka.
And what we do is we create empowerment content that really
show people how to transform their lives and really showcase
it through what we've been building for over 10 years.
We've been doing it within community, we've been building
it independently, but we've beenbuilding it with a lot of
strength and building value. And that's a lot of what we're
talking about with this entrepreneur began to kind of
(05:49):
root movement is how do we create value out of nothing.
So many people think you need money to make money, But as I
call bluff on that, what you really need is to strike
people's attention and create value.
And if you create value through attention or data, there's so
much you can do in this new age.And that's what we're helping
you to learn to foster. So the best way to prove that is
(06:09):
with the headlines. And that's why we're going to
break down some of the headlinesthat's been going on.
So we'll start over with the NFLteams and not the only ones
playing with the planning with an eye for February.
So NFL teams, of course, are preparing for February.
Who's going to make it to the Super Bowl?
We already know who the big Super Bowl act is.
You know, some people have had controversy over Bad Bunny being
(06:33):
the Super Bowl halftime performance, but there's so many
people were celebrating that. But also there are companies
like Liquid Death that are making big plans for Super Bowl.
And I, I met some of the team atLiquid Death before through the
world I'm in called Licensing. And they're a real cool team.
They're doing some cool, amazingthings.
It's not advertising for them, but there's really amazing
(06:53):
people. So have a great brand concept of
what they're building over at Liquid Death.
So they're doing some plans withSuper Bowl.
So these are some of the the ad media headlines that are going
on. Meta also has opted out of the
first party brand safety screening by the Media Rating
Council, a move that mirrors a broader tone shift playing out
across much of the media ecosystem.
(07:15):
Basically, people are starting to not feel like they have to
regulate themselves as much anymore or censor themselves.
We're kind of creating an environment where I guess, you
know, however you want to slice it, if the First 1st Amendment
is freedom of speech, sometimes we bring freedom that can
sometimes upset us. And really, people can say
negative things as much as people can freely say positive
(07:38):
things. So, you know, freedom is a
unique concept. You know, that's something I
definitely want to touch on. We'll probably look at further
episodes to break that down, butthat's going on in the headlines
also too. Of course, Google still has some
antitrust proceedings that they're looking to hope get to
wrap up. So of course, under the new
administration, outside of previous ones, they're a lot
(07:59):
more lenient with the companies and tech companies that have
been able to, you know, kind of get along to get along in terms
of helping them structure their agenda.
So if you help me and scratch myback, I'll scratch your back,
right? And that what they say happens
in the world. So I know that seems sinister to
some people, but honestly, that's how the world operates.
We're all human beings trying tofigure out how to work with one
(08:20):
another within these agreeable structures that people can say
are fair or what's not fair. And so again, this is where we
look at our lives. Everything we've ever seen in
life is always someone showing the unexpected, right?
These unexpected actions, these unexpected consequences,
different people having different opinions on how
someone should innovate and grow.
(08:41):
And the public, you know, ultimately being the the judge
of it all. But they kind of sit back and
wait for other people to make grand eyes, you know, decisions
for us all. So it's a unique world we live
in. That's why I love working with
us as a tribe to kind of go through the headlines.
I thank you all too for any of your feedback because you know,
you all helped guide us towards what headlines to talk about and
(09:02):
we all love AI. So let's jump into some AI
headlines. Microsoft has turbocharged as
Windows 11 with hands free AI copilot.
So a lot of people have talked about Microsoft is preparing to
discontinue Windows 10. So you definitely need to
upgrade out there. But they're also doing some cool
upgrades with Windows 11 to really incorporate a lot of the
(09:23):
Copilot AI, making sure that hasan activated the assistant and
you know where you're able to really, you know, have a hands
free kind of environment to get them to do research information
and be able to recall it back and almost making it more
conversationalize. So I play with some of the
Copilot tech and it is pretty cool with some of what they're
(09:43):
doing over at Microsoft. But they have a lot of lead into
the AI space. Of course, with their deal with
Open AI being early investors, they are able to share a lot of
the information and insights that Open AI discovering through
chat and all these other innovations.
So Microsoft gets to build theirteam and build their products
around it before their deal is over with Open AI.
(10:05):
So there's so many things to that story, but definitely keep
your eyes out for what's going on over there.
We also look at you can now train Claude for anyone who
doesn't know about anthropic Claude, Claude is an awesome
system. I love using Claude, but Claude
is now can you know have skills or something called skills for
Claude is being introduced. And this is just to help people
(10:27):
do tasks like spreadsheets, creating presentations,
following brand guidelines. So ultimately, you can program
Claude to really help you as an entrepreneur to enhance your
brand goals and what you're building.
It's helped me a lot in terms ofa tool was I'm really like your
brand ID and your IP is yours. But when you can take an AI or a
(10:49):
large language model and input like your manifesto of what you
would want something to be within your business, your
bylaws, your agreements, the processes and procedures, the
SOP that you all follow, whatever you're building within
your business, AI can be dumped with all that information.
And that's what really this is about with entrepreneur.
We're really about, we're at thetime now where everyone can
(11:12):
amplify their voice, then their unique message and not feel
challenged by other people existing.
That's why we love our tribe. We're growing this thing.
We're going to be a million plusstrong here.
Listening to AUNCH began to why?Because we know there's enough
space for all of us, but we needa rallying call.
We need something that's going to push us to that next level to
be the amplified version of ourselves.
And that's why we have to show people the unexpected.
(11:33):
And that's what we're doing hereat Aunch began.
And that's why we have to have the right tools like AI to help
us to bolster that. Also in the headlines, open AI
is reportedly pitching ChatGPT as a login the company.
So just imagine that just like over the years, and I know I'm
guilty of it, I instead of always creating a new password
login with the website I'm at, I'll choose to use my Google
(11:55):
login with my Gmail to be able to get into different worlds.
And then from there you have to agree to give your information.
So ChatGPT is looking at creating a login system so those
who have chat accounts can startnow logging into other platforms
and just imagine the amount of data they're going to amass from
that alone. So Chad, GBT and Open AI,
(12:16):
they're doing some great things to truly still stay a leader
within the AI space in terms of creating the infrastructure
equated to the railroad system, right?
They're building the railroad that everyone's going to have to
eventually come on. And once the Stargate, you know,
facilities open and all the different, you know, data mines
and different spaces that are growing across the country, you
(12:37):
looking at crypto, you looking at all the different AI
applications. There's so many things I was
looking at. I was just in a training
yesterday where I was talking tothe investors in regards to the
quantum space. And there's a lot of innovation
going on with quantum computing and some of the current quantum
tech that's being implemented now.
A lot of it is something that people have to be prepared for
(12:58):
in cybersecurity and so many other places because you know,
quantum is about the cryptography and the ability to
crack crypto. You know, crypt holds quicker,
but there's also ways to use it in the inverse to also protect
things in a greater way. So, you know, any of my, you
know, tech people out there, definitely, you know, check out
some of what's going on in quantum and how that's going to
(13:19):
relate to where a lot of where Stargate and a lot of these
other computer companies and theprocessors and, you know,
everything they're building is coming to be able to foster that
ability for things to move at almost a split second speed.
And then we get to that, you know, you know, Agentic kind of
learning in regards to the way the AI is working.
(13:40):
I mean, it's going to be amazingwhat the future looks like for
our kids and there are grandkidsin regards to where the tech is
the only thing I always say in talking about tech and you know,
again, show people the unexpected.
So why not, right? You got to understand the tech
revolution is amazing where it'sgoing to always be sprinkled
down across different spaces, but always the top innovations
(14:00):
always happen in major cities, right?
So as we are going to really kind of shift into our other
topics, I do want to take a moment into giving a quick shout
out to our sponsor, G Max. So G Max is the greatest game
that you will ever play. They actually call it God's
greatest game. It's a card deck that has 40
(14:21):
cards in it, beautifully made, has a beautiful signature color
palette, but it has some other amazing applications in regards
to how it plays. G Max symbolizes itself with the
Infinity, which represents infinite potential, and G Max
has infinite potential to help you grow to your infinite level.
If you truly want to not only bethe next biggest thing in the
area that you're touching on, but you want to be the best of
(14:44):
the best, Chi Max is the productto get you there.
It's called the martial arts of card games.
It's something that you play with your family, your friends,
and it's something that it's a quick game.
So it's nothing that ever takes a lot of time, but it does a lot
of impact towards how it helps your mind get sharpened.
My children play Chi Max every day before they go to school,
they come home, they play Chi Max, and then they get to their
(15:05):
homework. Because what it does is it opens
up your mind to so many possibilities and how the game
plays is so the only way to understand T Maxx is to get a
deck for yourself. Go to mosaic.com, that's
mosayk.com, mosayk.com and get you a deck of T Maxx.
Thank me later. And also to make sure you like
and subscribe to T Maxx YouTube channel.
(15:26):
Check out some of the shorts up there.
See how the game is played and make sure you get yourself a
deck of T Maxx. Now back to our regular
scheduled program. As we're talking about showing
people the unexpected, we want to make sure that we continue to
talk about some other cool headlines.
I didn't want to overlook as well because there's a lot of
things going on in the licensingindustry.
(15:46):
A lot of IP they're saying rightnow, you know, with a lot of the
deals that are happening with Sony and you know, Disney and
some of the IP that's about the exchange between the Marvel DC
comic world. You know, we're wondering
nowadays, is it over hype and overdone?
Now, I'm a kid, you know, as a growing up as a kid, I myself
love Marvel's DCI even today, still watch them with my
(16:09):
children. The question is, will that
continue over the next 5-10 years as they're putting more
money into these sagas, into these storylines, trying to find
the epic, you know, storyline, But or have we seen enough
Spider Man movies? Have we seen enough, you know,
Superman movies? Have we seen enough of the same
thing done over and over again? Now I know of course, we're all
(16:31):
waiting for an X-Men introduction again.
Who can't love these, these movies and these shows?
They have a great saga coming out where they're about to do
the whole Doom saga with Marvel's.
I mean, a lot of amazing contentis coming out of this IP.
Hopefully that'll lead to them being able to do more products,
more collaborations. You know, I mean, you look at
(16:51):
intellectual properties and those grand eyes movies, They
always have to remember anythingyou do out there for the tribe,
understand as an entrepreneur that show people the unexpected.
Think about every movie you've ever enjoyed.
You've never asked anyone to make it.
They just decided to make it at one point and you just said, OK,
I'll watch it. Right.
So everything that we're doing out here from an IP intellectual
(17:14):
property idea standpoint, no oneasked you to do it.
Now you got to show people the unexpected.
And then if you make sure that it has some level of benefit
from them, it could be a whole new springboard to opportunity.
And with that being called, I want to call that the
trampoline, right? So today we want to talk about
the trampoline effect, right? How do we trampoline our
situation and build and what we're building here on Spaganda?
(17:37):
When we talk about these concepts that we're building,
we're trying to make ourselves the trampoline for your
opportunity. I want you to be able to see
what we look like first as a flat surface, but Noah's, the
second you step upon it, you're going to 1st sink in.
Then all of a sudden you're going to then recall based on
all the different methodologies we have within Anja Ganda.
And then all of a sudden you're going to start to bounce and
(17:59):
bounce and bounce and realize asyou're on the trampoline,
because we're going to get you to jump the heights of things
that people have never seen before come out of you and come
out of this community. We're making sure that you show
people what they've never seen before.
When you start doing those kick flips and the flipping and
everything right when you're thetrampoline, you easily show
people something they never knewcould come out of you.
(18:21):
And that's what we're really trying to make sure here that
you feel in what we're building with Entrepreneur is a way that
you can bounce to your greatest heights and your greatest
opportunities because why you deserve to build and grow at
every level of what you're seeing in your life as an
entrepreneur. And I want to make sure that you
get to that level. And that's what we're building
as a community and as a tribe that we understand that we're
(18:43):
here to support one another. We're here to give the game
where the game is missing as pillars.
We talk about mindset, characterhabits, as well as your
structure. And the way we give it to you
every day is with the relationship and with love.
So I come on to this mic to break it down for you.
Hopefully you've been listening to previous episodes to really
intoxicate yourself of what the potential of entrepreneur could
(19:06):
do in your life from a day-to-day standpoint.
I made a commitment to make thisthing consistent.
So I'm going to stick to this this method because I've been
teaching entrepreneur for over 15 years to my clients, my
partners and other people. And they've seen so much
greatness come to their lives because they found their
entrepreneurial propaganda. And So what I want to do now is
(19:26):
democratize it, make it something that you all can
listen to. I want to show so you the
unexpected in me so you get to know who I am and really
understand that I'm here for youand for the community.
And as we build our tribe together, we're all going to
grow and help one another. So that's how I want us to be,
the trampoline. We want to be the place that
once you step on the surface, you go down for a second, all
(19:48):
the springs are so prepared thatthey're going to propel you so
much fire and so much you're going to go up.
And then you got to find new tricks that you got to do.
You got to start doing the kicksand the flips and everything
that can show people who you arebecause that's what we're about
here. The trampoline.
How can we be a trampoline for you?
That's how we want you to tune in each time with Entrepreneur
so you can continuously build and grow with us.
(20:10):
And that's what we're here to do.
And everything we're doing is really just to empower you.
So I hope you really felt what we're really trying to, you
know. In part with this episode, we
have some really, really cool headlines.
There's always a lot of cool things going on in technology.
We have some great episodes thatwe're going to be building over
the next few days. Tomorrow's episode, I promise
you, I've already been cooking it up.
(20:32):
It's going to be amazing. It's going to really touch on
some cool concepts that really open your mind to the structural
reason why we're even in the situations that we are as a
country, as a society, as a people.
And once we can really start to break down root cause, which is
what we call it here at Orange Beginning, we got to go to the
root cause. As I promised in previous
(20:52):
episodes, we're going to break down terminology.
We're going to craft some of ourown unique shared language here
as a tribe. But ultimately, we want to get
to the root cause of a lot of the issues that are out there in
the world. But we also want to get to the
root cause and how some of the world is structured so you can
have a better understanding. As we're building that eye for a
marketplace monopoly, we're taking our time towards that end
(21:14):
goal because we first have to build up who we are as a person.
We got to get our character right so we can walk into every
room with the confidence we deserve to have.
And we're always seeking good life's victory.
But then ultimately we have our day-to-day habits that make sure
that anything that we're building can last and we want it
to last for you. And again, that's a part of what
we're doing to show people the unexpected.
(21:35):
Show people you can last. Show people that you're going to
always be the first to rise and the last to lead.
Show people something that they never thought was possible in
terms of who you are in character.
And that's what we're really about and showing people the
unexpected. And again, we want to be your
trampoline. We are the trampoline for you to
bounce off of. Know that we have all the
strengths of support that you need.
(21:56):
Every one of our systems and pillars is something that's
going to be able to hold your weight and make sure that you
can bounce to new heights. So be ready to do the acrobatics
that we want to see out of you because we want you to show
people the unexpected. We want you to continue to tune
into Orange Began to tell a friend to tell a friend that you
found a podcast that does something different for your
ears and for your mental. And I want you to continue to be
(22:16):
here with me. My name is Michael Stewart
Isaacs, I'm MSI, your favorite guy.
I, I can't tell you how much it is a pleasure of mine to show up
here every day to be able to give you all this energy and
really continue to build with usas a community.
So thank you so much Tribe for listening.
We want, again, as always, give a quick shout out to our
sponsor, Chi Max Chi Max is God's greatest game, the
(22:38):
ultimate card game, strategically helping you to
build your mindset from so many levels.
So you'll be able to build your cognitive ability, your memory
skills, as well your comfort with mathematics, which make
sure you have comfort with making money.
And if we can't make money, we can't make income.
And that's what we want to be able to do here as a tribe is
make sure that we have the ability to create infinite
(22:59):
income because we have the rightmindset, the right character,
the right habits, as well as theright structure to make sure
that once we make it, we cannot lose it, right?
It's one thing to have something, but it's a lot to
lose in. We don't want to ever allow
ourselves to lose what we've built.
So let's continue to grow. Let's continue to show people
the unexpected. Make sure you follow me on all
major platforms. I'm Michael Stewart Isaacs on
(23:21):
YouTube channel as well as you can find me on my Instagram as
well as follow the entrepreneur page.
Let me tell you all this is amazing, right?
So we have our X platform for entrepreneur.
We've had for several years. We have our Instagram
entrepreneur entrepreneur page, but we now have a, an official
discord page. Yes, Mosaic entrepreneur.
We have a discourse page. So make sure you check out the
(23:45):
Discourse channel, it'll be at Mosaic, MOSAYK, as well as
Entrepreaganda. You can find us on Discourse.
We're up there. We're building, we actually have
a Chi Max server that we've justbuilt, so that's actually going
to be amazing. So we're going to start building
up our Chi Max community. Entrepreaganda is your platform
to talk about the Chi Max world as well.
(24:06):
Chi Max is a great sponsor. We also play the game ourselves
here at Entrepreaganda. As a team, as a staff, we make
sure we use Chi Max as a tool toreally keep us sharp and on top
of our A game. So we want to make sure all of
you all have that same advantageas listeners of March began to.
So we're working on some cool promo codes coming for the
holiday seasons. We got Black Friday coming up.
(24:27):
So many things we're preparing for.
We hope you're preparing and everything we're saying to will
get you that energy. I'm getting ready to get on the
road. I'm heading to an event in New
Bern, NC called Content and Confidence.
It's a media day event. We're going to have a lot of
different presentations going on.
We're doing AT Max game night today, Friday, October 17th,
(24:49):
rental income Friday, so we going to have them Chi Max games
going. So it's our first ever Chi Max
game night. So we're excited to be in the
building. The founders of Chi Max will be
in the building, so we're excited there as well.
We'll have a lot of great peopleout, so we'll get some feedback
on how that went as well too. And then we have the full event
on Saturday, October 18th. We'll still bring an episode to
(25:09):
you all preparing for that, but also we want to make sure on
Sunday we'll give you some, you know, play by play of all the
things we've learned, some of the gyms as we learn from the
presentations. My job is to bring everything
that we're building here across all my companies that we have,
as well as what we're doing as apodcast and building our tribe.
I want to share my experiences, share a little bit of the
(25:30):
