(00:36):
We recently surveyed over 400people on our email list about
what stops them from movingabroad, and their biggest
challenge by far is money.
How do I make money?
How do I sustain myself whileI'm living abroad?
How do I find remote work?
How do I make enough to qualifyfor visas?
In this video, I'll be sharinghow we make six figures a year

(00:57):
from multiple streams of income, earning mainly in dollars while
living in different countries.
This is based on over 10 yearsof experience living in
different countries, workingremotely, and I have to say, it
seems like we finally hit asweet spot.
Hi, I'm Justin, and on thischannel Entrepreneur, expat.
We talk about everything to dowith moving abroad, setting

(01:18):
yourself up for successfinancially and in other ways as
well, and really just enjoyinglife, enjoying the fruits of
your labor and getting out ofthe craziness that is the US and
Canada and other.
Places if that's something thatyou're interested in, make sure
to hit that subscribe button andnotification bell so that you
don't miss a single video.

(01:38):
And if you would like to takethings further and chat with our
team about moving to Mexico orother countries in the world,
we've got teams now in over 12different countries, then you
can just go to entrepreneurexpat.com/consult and we can
advise you.
On what the next steps would befor you, for your business, and
for your money.
Because we're all aboutdiversification here, multiple

(02:00):
streams of income and being ableto invest in other countries.
You can also check out ourmoving abroad checklist below
this video as well.
We'll link that up.
Now, full disclaimer, we aregonna talk about some of our
results, some of the things thatwe do, uh, obviously our
opinions on things.
This is not a guarantee ofsuccess.

(02:20):
Uh, we would have to talk to youone-on-one.
You could do that through aconsult in order to actually
come up with any sort ofpersonalized advice or
recommendations.
In addition, this is not legalor professional advice of any
kind.
Make sure you consult yourqualified tax person or attorney
or whoever it is that has thatstamp of approval from your
local government.

(02:41):
This is not legal advice, notfinancial or accounting advice
or anything like that.
So over the course of the lastthree years, we've built
multiple streams of income thatsupport our international
lifestyle.
Previous to that, we mostly didbusiness consulting online, and
we still do a little bit ofthat.
We've added in some otherstreams of income though.
And since we have a goal ofreaching financial freedom in

(03:03):
the next few years, we wannatake advantage of earning in
dollars while spending in alower value currency.
That way we just have morecashflow free to invest and to
buy property and land and thingslike that that we're looking at
doing in the near to mid future.
And we've both, my wife, Amanda, and I have been working a
hundred percent remotely.
On our own separate businessesfor over a decade.

(03:25):
And now what we're doing iswe're adding in more avenues to
earn money a little bit morepassively so that it's easier
for us to travel, explore newcultures, meet more people, and
do things that perhaps wecouldn't do before when we were
just way more active in ourbusinesses.
So here are some of theverticals that we are currently,
uh, making money in, and each ofthese streams kind of feeds off

(03:49):
of the other.
There's a lot of sort of cross,uh, integration here between a
lot of the different things.
That we are doing.
So number one is businessconsulting.
Amanda and I have beenconsulting businesses on their
marketing, on their sales, andon their systems and technology
for over 10 years each.
We still make money doing this, and this alone can bring us
multiple six figures per year inrevenue as we've made in

(04:12):
different years, depending onhow hard we were working and the
sorts of clients that we'reworking with and all those sorts
of things.
And it integrates into a lot ofthese other brands because.
For instance, entrepreneur,expat.
There are a lot of clients thatcome to us from that brand who
maybe are looking to move abroadand they say, well, I need a
remote source of income first.
They realize that maybe onlinejobs, uh, or remote jobs are not

(04:36):
necessarily the best solutionbecause a lot of those are not
letting people actually workremote from anywhere, even
though they're remote.
You gotta be, you know, in, inthe US they're not fully remote.
Right.
So Entrepreneur Expat is numbertwo.
We sell digital products.
We sell courses to help peoplecreate location, independent
income, and to plan their moveabroad.

(04:56):
We also offer white gloverelocation service packages for
those who just want them tohandle.
The details of that process forthem, and to give you a little
bit of an idea of what we chargewith some of these different
services with businessconsulting, at a minimum, if
we're working with somebodyone-on-one, it starts at around
$5,000 per month.
Uh, we don't do too much likehourly consulting or anything

(05:18):
like that, but if they areworking with us, that's
generally the minimum.
We also have mastermind programsthat we've run in the past that
are anywhere from a thousand upto$5,000 per month.
For those sorts of things.
And then for entrepreneur expat, the relocation services will
typically start anywhere fromabout$10,000 and up.
And that's on a per personbasis.

(05:39):
That depends on what's included, how many people are going, what
additional services they need.
Do they want to have like thefull package experience and have
white glove service.
We're trying to move almosteverything more towards that and
kind of centralize and, and uh,really just create.
Full packages, right, foreverything we're doing.

(06:00):
So everything is taken care of,start to finish.
So for a family that might beanywhere from about$15,000 up to
20 or 30, or even a little bitmore, depending on if they're
looking for legal help or realestate help or guidance, beyond
just getting them a visa inanother country.
So like I mentioned earlier, what's cool about this is that a
lot of our business clients comein from entrepreneur expat

(06:23):
because they need.
The ability to make that remoteincome.
Perhaps they were making sixfigures already in a job, but
they need to translate that intoa business.
So wanting to move abroad isreally a great motivator for
saying, you know what?
I'd like to have a business thatideally one day can run mostly
without me, but at the veryleast I can run it from anywhere
and have clients from anywhere.

(06:44):
So that's a, uh, a little bit ofthat cool integration that we've
seen.
what's cool is a lot of ourbusiness consulting clients
become interested in relocationservices and vice versa, so
there's a ton of crossover.
For example, somebody watchesour channel entrepreneur expat.
They realize that they needremote income and a business
that runs.
Nearly without them, or at thevery least, they can bring it

(07:04):
with them, right?
They can run it from anywhere.
It's portable.
So people that are watching ourchannel are like, Hey, we'd like
your help building that remoteincome stream, building that
business.
So they sign up for the businessprograms as well.
And then a lot of our businessconsulting clients see that
we're.
Traveling and, and working andliving in other countries and
they say, oh, that's reallycool.
You know, maybe I don't justwant your help making money, but

(07:27):
maybe I want your help actuallymoving to a place where I'm not
gonna have to spend as muchmoney or where there's better
investment opportunities.
Like here in Mexico, there'ssome investment opportunities
we've come across and that we'restockpiling money away, that are
generating anywhere from 15 allthe way up to 30% per year
returns.
And that's not even getting intolike real estate or land or

(07:47):
other things.
That we're going to do prettysoon as well.
Now number three is web hostingservices.
So I've got an IT background.
I've been working in it to someextent for over 15 years.
I've got experience in serveradministration.
We're actually about to purchasesome server equipment in Miami
and have it co-located in a datacenter there.

(08:08):
Um, partially because we havethe, the clients to support it
and pay for it, and we're, we'rejust increasing the quality of.
Of services, and it's actually alot cheaper than spending a
bunch of money on cloud serviceslike Amazon or Google.
When you've got dozens or moreclients and dozens and dozens of
websites and projects and thingslike that of your own, it's
sometimes cheaper to either buyor lease.

(08:30):
The hardware for those kinds ofthings.
And we've got a nice littlerevenue stream from hosting as
well.
So we've got a couple thousanddollars a month coming in just
passively from web hosting andmaintenance and related
services.
So depending on the type ofservice you might provide in, in
the web hostings.
Space you might be able tocharge anywhere from about$50
per month per client all the wayup to a few hundred dollars per

(08:53):
month if you're also doingmaintenance or design work or
additions to the site, uh, oranything like that.
And then that plays into thesecond income stream that we
have, which is that a lot of thebusiness coaching and consulting
clients also end up moving overtheir platforms and their
websites to our web host becausethey realize, Hey, we could pay

(09:14):
you guys a couple hundreddollars a month to just manage
and maintain all of this so thatwe can focus on our core
business.
Now number four, Google AdSense.
So we only just recently startedexperimenting with this on our
YouTube channel because, hey,why not YouTube shows ads
regardless if you don't pay forYouTube premium?
Uh, and they were showing ads onour channel to people.
So we said, all right, wellwe're gonna, now that we have

(09:36):
the ability to monetize this, now we have money starting to
come in.
So every, every couple weekswe'll get$5,$10, things like
that as a super thanks from allof you.
Which by the way, thank you verymuch.
That means a lot.
It's kind of cool to just seelike little random dings of.
I have a few dollars here andthere from people, so we very
much appreciate that.
Keep sending your money.
We love it.

(09:57):
Um, it pays for our, it pays forour thermal spa dates and San
Juan Koala.
Uh, so we'll get, you know, 20,$30 a month sometimes just from
those super things and thingslike that.
And now we're building it up toseveral dollars a month.
Uh, per channel.
We've got a couple differentchannels that we run in terms of
like ad revenue.
It's not a ton yet, but hey,we'll take it because we know

(10:17):
that in 6, 12, 18 months, asthings grow the way we do,
that's probably enough money topay for our housekeeper or to
pay for all of our, all of ourfood out.
It's not our, our primary incomesource by any stretch of the
imagination.
Maybe we're averaging, you know,15 or$20 a month right now from
things like that, but it's goingup.
Quickly, and we're super happyabout that.

(10:39):
Of course, we make a lot moremoney selling digital products,
selling uh, services and thingslike that, like I mentioned
earlier.
But it's great because if you'vealready been doing YouTube and
you've already got videos upthere, even the old videos like
they're paying us money, it justkind of compounds.
So it's a cool little passiverevenue stream.
Number five, mindful successpath.

(10:59):
So that's a second YouTubechannel that Amanda recently
started for fun and because shehad some free time.
This is more about personaldevelopment and it also brings
in passive income throughdigital course sales.
We've had almost$20,000 in saleson that just in the last few
months.
Through different clients thathave come in and either bought
courses or upgraded to coachingpackages and things like that

(11:21):
because she creates a brandthere.
She engages people and thenthey're interested in working
with her one-on-one or in groupprograms or things like that.
And of course the digitalcourses, it's just a little bit
of that sort of sleek money.
So we'll, we'll wake up in themorning and see, hey, there's a
$50 sale, there's a hundreddollars sale, there's a$30 sale.
Uh, so on average we're making,uh, another couple thousand

(11:44):
dollars per month from that, butthis month we had some private
coaching sales.
From that as well.
And that's probably gonna startto be closer to maybe even
5,000,$6,000 per month or morejust in the next few months.
And by the way, uh, YouTube is areally, really great source of
leads and attention to fuel anysort of business.

(12:06):
So if you're looking to learnhow exactly we use YouTube to
make money from our differentYouTube channels, then
definitely check out ourworkshop.
You can buy it now and haveaccess to it instantly.
It's on demand.
It's called YouTube masteryworkshop.com.
We'll include the link on thescreen here and below the video
too.
Um, but you definitely wannacheck that out.

(12:26):
And of course, a lot of thoseclients and customers of Amanda
also eventually becomeinterested in business
consulting as well as relocationservices.
Number six, managing Airbnbs.
When we moved to the Lake Alarea, our neighbors started
asking us to manage theirproperties for Airbnb and other
vacation rental platforms.

(12:47):
I actually used to manageAirbnbs in LA and other cities
in California for over twoyears, and I already.
Knew how to make it successful, how to optimize, how to make
things run smoothly.
And it's kind of cool because weare now hosting our relocation
clients from entrepreneur expatright here in these little
condos, a few houses.
Down from us here, near, nearChip Paul with a lake view.

(13:10):
We have people that come and,uh, we'll do massages as like a
thank you gift sometimes for ourclients.
Uh, you know, just a littlelike, you know, here's we're,
we're taking care of you.
Uh, we'll, we'll even stock thefridge with groceries for some
of those VIP relocation clientsand things.
Like that.
So it's kind of cool we get tomanage the process, have a
little bit more control over theprocess.

(13:30):
They're staying here, we canmake sure they get to their
appointments on time.
We even have a relocationfacilitator that works with a
Chapala office right down thestreet from us.
So it's very, very cool.
And again, you see how it allsort of interacts, uh, all these
different things interact withone another.
And it's not like we're adding abunch of extra work in.
The Airbnb business only reallytakes a couple hours a week to

(13:51):
oversee and manage, but itbrings us passive or nearly
passive income and it also givesus assets essentially that we
have access to where we can putup these relocation clients.
Number seven, I'll occasionallytake on contract work for very
specialized tech projects.
I've got a lot of experiencewith infrastructure and hybrid
cloud and Prox and VMware andother virtualization platforms,

(14:15):
uh, because.
Almost everything else that wedo is mostly automated.
We have really good systems.
We delegate a lot of that.
I have some more free time.
I like to keep my skills sharpin that free time and I figure,
hey, I might as well, uh, add tothat income source by taking on
other projects because hey, ifwe can add another 20, 30, 40,

(14:36):
$50,000 a year in consultingcontracts, then that just fuels
all of.
The money that we're investingin makes that grow even faster.
We can invest even faster.
And there's just so manyopportunities here that I'm
seeing and I love to do it.
I mean, I love technology.
Amanda was joking the other day.
She's like, you know what, ifyou're just gonna break our

(14:56):
internet just to be able to fixit again,'cause you want to keep
yourself busy, then you might aswell go and do it for other
people and get paid.
And I'm like, that is a fairpoint.
Maybe I have a little too muchfree time on my hands.
My experience is that when itcomes to finding these remote
projects these days, youdefinitely have to have a very
specialized skillset like I dootherwise.

(15:17):
Honestly, the job market forremote work or contract market
for remote work is kind oftrash.
Now, if you'd like to learnmore, if you wanna double down
on your skillset for how toactually make money abroad, you
can actually purchase our ExpatIncome Accelerator.
If it's still available at, uh,the time that you're watching
this video, you can get it onsale.

(15:38):
And, uh, as I'm recording this,it's only$97 You're gonna find
out how to do in depth some ofthe things that I just mentioned
in this video in terms ofcreating multiple remote income
streams that you can do fromabsolutely anywhere.
So just go to entrepreneurexpat.com/income and we'll pop

Right here for you as well.
