Generational Trauma Effects Everything We Do

Welcome to season FIVE of EQaboveIQ! 

It took me a moment to decide on this season's direction because of the current MADNESS in this world and my personal life too! I want to make this season impactful and PROFOUND! I used this word so much in this episode because I couldn't think of another word to describe the DEEP work we need to do to shift out of the hegemony we currently exist in. 

This season I will focus on Generational Trauma and how it affects our relationships, especially with our children.
