New Home New Adventures.
Hello and welcome to this little update on why I’ve been a  little quiet since my last podcast and what I’ve been up to in the last month.

Myself and the girls (horses) have moved to another area of the UK.

A move was on the cards but to be honest, I was not sure where it would be.

Well here I am and after taking a little while to settle, I’m now looking forward to seeing where this road will take me.

Sometimes you have to take a leap of faith (even if it’s not initially where you wanted to go)  there are reasons that at this time I may not be be able to see and  this is the next step in my particular journey.

When you ask the universe to deliver, it may not always be in the way you expected but I can assure you more often than not, it may be far better than you could ever imagine.

Have a wonderful day,
Regards Ronnie

Ronnie (00:01):
Hi.
Welcome to this little updateepisode for Equine Voices.
My name is Ronnie, and I'm yourhost.
So for those of you that areregular listeners, you may think
I've been a little quietrecently.
But, yeah, I wanted to tell youthat I've actually moved to
Lincolnshire.
Now Lincolnshire is where Imoved from 23 years ago when I

(00:26):
moved down south.
I moved there to start flyingfor a company called EasyJet.
I used to fly for a small, well,it's not small now, but it was
at the time a smaller airlinecalled Eastern Airways.
And then I moved down south tostart work with EasyJet, which I
loved.
I loved them both.
You know, it's 1 of those jobsthat I was told, you'd never be

(00:48):
able to do that.
You know, you don't havelanguages, you're not tall
enough, and that was like, okay.
I'll show you.
Sometimes that's enough to getyou going and I loved that work.
I did love it, spending a lot oftime in an aircraft you know,
it's not the healthiestenvironment.
And I just missed being outside.

(01:12):
So I took the bullet quite a fewyears ago.
I think it's about was it 15years ago, 14 years ago.
Crikey.
How dare it look?
Anyway, I took advantage of anopportunity that came up, and I
thought, right.
This is the time.
It's now or never.
I'm going to leave and follow myMy passion and do my animal

(01:36):
communication, which I did.
I left.
But I did take a bit of time toget going because I'm self
taught, and the confidence to dowhat you do at that time it was
easier to just make excuses notto do it, but that was in the

(01:57):
past.
So fast forward to now, I'vemoved back to Lincolnshire.
Now it wasn't my first choice.
In fact, I had no intentions ofmoving back this way, because
I've lived here.
You know?
I've lived here a lot of mylife, and I know it, and there's
a whole world out there.
But moving was on the cards.
Moving was on the cards.

(02:19):
I just wasn't sure where I wasgoing.
I knew I was moving.
I wasn't sure.
I knew I was moving.
It was time to move on.
And I was gonna head to Suffolk.
And that was a greatopportunity, and I went down to
have a quick look, and I wouldhave loved that, but it might
not have worked out for otherreasons.

(02:43):
It's not that it would have beena wrong choice.
There would have been challengesas there were and are here, but
it would have been differentchallenges.
It's not a case of right wrongchoices.
It's what's best for you.
I'm a great believer infollowing my intuition.
So even though my head and myheart was like, I don't wanna

(03:04):
come back to Lingatia.
I've been here.
My intuition guided me to comeback.
And I was really Having tosurrender to that because when
you think something in your headand there's reasons behind it.
It can become a bit of a battle, and you almost have to surrender

(03:24):
okay.
I surrender.
I'm gonna follow my gut and seewhat comes.
And it's never failed me in thepast.
In fact, because of that reason,I'm doing what I do Today, the
opportunities have been there, the people I've met online all
over the world, my podcast, andlots of other amazing,
beautiful, wonderful things andsome beautiful people I've met.

(03:46):
So many beautiful, kind people.
The people here that allow me tostay, my friends from way back
when I lived here, and Ourchildren group together, so I'm
staying on the farm, and I'mvery blessed and grateful for
that.
And my horses are here.

(04:07):
Where I will be next, I have noidea, but today I'm here.
And my lovely landlady,Geraldine, where I came from
with the girls, So that's wherethe girls were in Hertfordshire.
She was very, very kind andbrought my horses down, and I'm

(04:28):
so grateful.
So lots of people have helped meto get here I don't know how I
would have done it.
I would have done it, but it wasA bit of a challenge for various
reasons.
So I am eternally grateful forthe little angels that helped me
get here.

(04:49):
Eternally grateful because Ididn't have to do that and they
did..
So kindness has come from manyareas, many areas.
So I just wanted to keep youupdated for those of you that
are interested and just to letyou know Well, I've been a
little bit quiet.

(05:11):
Now I've got a podcast with TomMayes again at the end of
February.
As long as the Internet Worksbecause it's not it's not very
fast at all, So so We'll seewhere we go with that 1.
Anyway.
The horses are fine.
They're settled in.

(05:32):
They weren't to start with, Theywere unsettled even though
Blessa Toots was really good.
She got on the lorry.
I was so proud of them both.
And when we arrived, it wasfreezing cold.
And There were cows whichthey've not met before, so that
was really interesting and veryunsettling to start with.

(05:56):
But we've moved into a smallerpaddock where the cows can
actually come up to them andthey're not as big as they
thought they were because theywere on a hillside.
So Now they've got used toseeing them, which is great.
It's great.
And I just wanted to say thateven though you get lots of
Support and help you know, itdoesn't matter how prepared you

(06:18):
are for a move.
Even though I knew it wascoming, I didn't know where or
how.
So that was maybe not quite asprepared as some people, but I
knew I was going.
As soon as I knew where, then itwas wheels in motion.
But even though you're prepared,It's still an emotional roller

(06:39):
coaster for you, and it can befor your animals too.
And, yes, I did talk to them, and they knew what was
happening, and I kept theminformed all the way along.
We don't need to say that theyeven got their concerns and
worries, and they're leavingtheir home behind.
And that's been Tootsie's homefor the last 9 years.
She's a horse that's, since I'vehad her, this will be her third

(07:02):
location, and she's 21.
And I had her since she was 4.
So she's not a horse that'smoved around a lot because for
me, that's important stability.
Doesn't mean it's right orwrong.
It's just that's what'simportant to me, to have a horse
out 24 7, shelter, andstability.
So that to me is reallyimportant.
So when I see them unsettled, that knocks my stability over

(07:27):
too.
But I had my own emotions, so,Obviously, they pick up on you,
but what I'm trying to say isthey have their own too.
It's not all about you, butGenerally, it is.
It's a big input.
Big input.
Okay.
So that's it really just wantedto keep you updated and say hi.

(07:49):
So until next time.
Thank you for listening and forall your support and staying
with me on Equine Voicespodcast, and speak to you soon.
Bye for now.
