9 Ma quando cominceranno ad accadere, fate attenzione, perché sarete in grave pericolo! Sarete trascinati davanti ai tribunali e picchiati nelle sinagoghe. Per causa mia, sarete accusati davanti ai re e ai governatori. Avrete così lʼoccasione di parlar loro del Vangelo, 10 la Buona Notizia che devʼessere divulgata su tutta la terra prima che vengano i giorni della fine. 11 E quando verrete arrestati e processati, non preoccupatevi di ciò che direte in vostra difesa. Dite soltanto ciò che Dio vi suggerirà in quel momento. Non sarete voi a parlare, ma lo Spirito Santo. 12 Il fratello tradirà a morte il proprio fratello, i padri tradiranno i propri figli, e i figli si ribelleranno ai genitori e li faranno morire. 13 E tutti vi odieranno perché siete miei. Ma tutti quelli che resisteranno fino alla fine senza rinnegarmi saranno salvati.
