From working with the CEO of Priceline, she started to realize there was more to business for her. As she progressed into real estate, she started as a marketing expert for Lokal... A broker in Cleveland. She quickly gained traction with investors looking to partner with her from her "white glove" approach. After getting licensed, Erin's career quickly gain traction and she quickly realized this was her calling. In the midst of COVID, she takes us through how she pivot and shifted from a buyers agent to a listing agent/investor focused realtor. With an eager outlook and a knack for the hustle, she will be closing 11-14 million in 2022 and is excited for her 2023 year.

Aaron Lively created a multi-million dollar appraisal management company from scratch. Having quite the triumph story, he left home while in high school with nothing but grit and hustle. After obtaining his GED, he went out to get his masters in Education. His entrepreneurial endeavors were sparked by his cars' transmission going out and realizing he was destined for greatness.  Now being licensed in 30 plus states, he is an expert in the appraisal field. We discuss the common pitfalls and misconceptions on appraisals, how agents should price comparable's and everything in between.
