¿Qué te dicen?
¿Te dicen cosas buenas o te dicen cosas malas?
Lo interesante de esto es que todos, en más de una ocasión y por más de un motivo, las hemos escuchado. Y no, no soy profesional ni de la psicología y mucho menos de la psiquiatría, pero sí que soy un ser humano común y corriente como lo eres tú o cualquier otra persona que conozcamos que haya sentido sus efectos.
¿Qué son estas voces entonces?, ¿es acaso nuestra conciencia hablándonos?
Quizás lo sea, quién sabe. Lo cierto es que esto recibe un nombre bastante conocido hoy en día, un tópico del que muchos hablan porque afecta prácticamente a todas las personas. Aquel individuo que diga que nunca lo ha experimentado, simplemente está mintiendo.
Debido a esto, hoy quiero que toquemos ese tema, porque como emprendedores estamos constantemente expuestos a las dolencias que causa este síndrome.
¿Y de qué síndrome estoy hablando?, pues del síndrome del impostor, qué es y cómo evitarlo.
Compartiré contigo mi experiencia personal con el tema y además hablaremos de los 4 personajes que todos tenemos o podemos ser no solo en la historia nuestra vida, sino en la de los demás. Porque al final de cuentas la vida de todos es una historia que debemos procurar escribir bien para inspirar a otros a contarla.
