Hoy quiero seguir con los temas de crecimiento personal, porque simplemente no podemos ofrecer a otros aquello de lo que carecemos.
Tenemos que entender lo siguiente:
De nada sirve que el mundo entero crea en ti, si tú no lo haces primero.
Y para lograrlo, existen técnicas y hábitos específicos que debemos conocer y dominar con el objetivo de aplicarlos y generar el impulso que nos conduzca hacia el logro de nuestros objetivos, y sobre todo a la permanencia en este estado de mejora continua.
Hace falta disciplina, y esta se define como la ejecución de aquellos actos o tareas necesarias para lograr lo que queremos, incluso en los momentos en que simplemente no deseamos hacerlo.
Iniciemos entonces por lo sencillo, comencemos por conocer las 3 cosas básicas que diariamente puedes hacer para superarte.
