Hello and happy full moon in Cancer.
It is January 2025 and we love afull moon meditation.
Cancer is a cardinal water sign and water is the symbol that
pertains to emotions. The strength in Cancer is

(00:43):
compassion and connection to allthings because emotions are
shared and at our best, we all have this ability to feel
everything and also to let it go.
The power within water is the flow and I think this is

(01:04):
something that we often forget. Emotions are very real and
emotions are very important and it is equally important to feel
as it is important to let go. So have a sip of water, get

(01:25):
comfortable, let's meditate for the full moon.
You can choose to sit down or lay on your back.
Whichever position you choose, make sure that you can
comfortably lengthen and align your spine.

(01:47):
So first, we're going to now focus down towards our tailbone.
We're going to tuck our tailboneslightly under, pull the belly
button in ever so gently, and start stacking the low vertebrae
over the tailbone. Inhaling in through your nose,

(02:10):
starting to lengthen the mid spine.
Aligning the belly button and the mid spine over the tailbone.
Inhaling in making sure the rib cage is aligned, feeling space
between each vertebrae. Inhaling the energy up, relaxing

(02:32):
and rolling the shoulders down and back, lengthening the spine.
Feeling a smooth line of energy from the tailbone up into
between the shoulders. Inhale that energy up through
the neck, through the head, and up out of the top of the head.

(02:56):
Our next inhale, imagine liquid energy flowing through the
bottoms of our feet, flowing up through our bodies, up through
our spine, and exhaling, pushingthis energy out of the top of
our head. We are creating an orb of energy

(03:19):
around us of liquid energy, inhaling, pulling this energy in
through the bottom of our feet, pulling it up through our legs,
up through our spine, exhaling, pushing it out of the top of our
head. Allow yourself to focus on this

(03:41):
liquid energy. Allow it to flow smoothly,
focusing on inhaling into your nose, exhaling out through your
mouth. And with each inhale, this
energy, it's moving smoothly andslightly more quickly, like a

(04:01):
river. And on your next inhale, allow
yourself to let this liquid energy seep into every cell of
your body. Feel the cells of your skin, the
cells of in your blood, in your bones, in your muscle, and allow

(04:28):
this smooth liquid energy to flow into every piece of
yourself. Inhaling in through your nose,
exhaling out through your mouth. And this energy is still flowing
through you, flowing through your feet, up out of the top of

(04:48):
your head, but very slowly allowyour body to begin to dissolve,
allowing your body to start flowing with this flow of water
that is coming through you. First feel the outermost layer

(05:10):
of your body, your skin, starting to flow with this river
of energy, and then your head isstarting to flow away, and then
your shoulders, and then your abdomen, your stomach, your
booty. Now your legs, your shins, your

(05:36):
feet, your toes. Allow yourself to dissolve into
this water and let the water pull you through a winding
river, moving smoothly and quickly, yet calmly.
There's nowhere you need to be. There's nowhere that you're

(05:59):
going simply floating through a river of time, inhaling in
through your nose, exhaling out through your mouth, and allow

(06:19):
this river to take you to the open ocean, flowing smoothly,
flowing easily, and allowing thepieces of yourself that were
once a human body allow them to disperse and spread across the

(06:40):
whole ocean. There might be pieces of your
consciousness that are on opposite sides of the globe.
Allow yourself to become the entire ocean without trying,
without forcing anything, simplythrough relaxation.

(07:02):
Inhale in through your nose, exhale out through your mouth.
Feel the edges of the ocean, theedges of the ocean which have

(07:23):
waves and high tides and low tides, and feel the center of
the ocean, which feels a little more still and yet there are
currents that are pulling in different directions.
Feel the vastness of the ocean, the dark parts towards the

(07:44):
bottom, the deep dark, the beautiful light, sparkling
Blues, the warmth. Feel the vastness of the
creatures that live within you. Feel the vastness of
temperatures, of the quality of water, of the speeds of the

(08:08):
currents, the types of waves along your edges with each
inhale. Breathing deeper in through your
nose, exhaling, relaxing deeper, allowing the ocean to move
naturally and organically. Inhaling in through your nose,

(08:37):
exhaling out through your mouth. And now feel parts of yourself
evaporating towards the top of the ocean layer, evaporating
into water vapor, floating up through the atmosphere, up into

(09:03):
the stratus, into the clouds. Feel pieces of yourself
congregating in the clouds, becoming more dense.
The temperature is starting to shift around you, the pressure
in the air until quite a bit of yourself is in this cloud.

(09:26):
Take a deep inhale and pulling in more water into this cloud
and as you exhale, relax, release.
Allow this cloud to naturally start raining, raining back down
into this vast ocean. Inhale, pulling this water vapor

(09:54):
back up, evaporating into the atmosphere, pulling it up into
the clouds. Take another inhale in pulling
more water vapor upwards. Exhale, release rain back down

(10:16):
into the ocean. Allow yourself to relax and let
the water cycle flow naturally. Perhaps pieces of yourself stay
in the ocean, and pieces of yourself are being evaporated
and are raining back down. Without controlling anything,

(10:39):
without thinking too hard, allowyourself to breathe naturally,
relax and allow the flow of water to move peacefully and
with ease. Inhale in, exhale out.

(11:23):
Next, inhale. Allow all the pieces of yourself
to start being evaporated into the sky, inhaling more and more
pieces of yourself in every partof the ocean, starting to
evaporate upwards, floating upwards into the clouds.

(11:48):
Inhale, congregating all the pieces of you.
On your next inhale, like a magnet, you're going to pull
every piece of you into this cloud, and as you exhale, allow
the cloud to release and begin to rain.

(12:11):
This rain will start rebuilding your body in your human form.
The rain will start almost like a laser printer, rebuilding all
the little pieces of you, your bones, your nervous system, your

(12:33):
organs, your blood, your skin, your hair, slowly raining and
rebuilding this body that previously dissolved.
Inhaling in through your nose, exhaling out through your mouth,

(12:54):
and allow the rain to do this naturally.
Relax and allow the rain to keepcleaning you, building you as
you focus on your inhales and exhales.

(13:18):
And here in your human form, we are going to continue to push
this energy, this liquid energy through our body.
Inhaling the energy in through the bottom of our feet, exhale,
pushing it out of the top of ourheads, creating a fountain of

(13:40):
energy. Inhaling the energy in through
our feet, exhale, pushing it outof the top of our heads.
Allow this liquid energy to movesmoothly like water through your
body. Inhaling the energy in exhale,

(14:05):
allowing all the things, all thetension, all the things you were
thinking about to be released, allow the water to flow through
you freely. Sometimes we get so wrapped up

(14:33):
in our day-to-day and our thoughts that we forget that we
have a direct connection with the creative source of reality.
Sometimes, if we can relax and let go of ourselves, so many

(14:58):
opportunities open up to us and our bodies know how to care for
themselves. All we have to do is relax.
Take a deep inhale in through your nose.
Fill your entire body with air. Hold it at the top.

(15:21):
Feel every cell in your body fill with oxygen.
Exhale out through your mouth. Empty your body.
Allow your breath to resume its natural rhythm.

(15:42):
Feel this flow of liquid energy flow smoothly through your body,
relaxing, letting go. You have all the answers within
you. You know exactly what to do.

(16:11):
The kindest thing you can do foryourself is to take some time to
breathe, to feel, and to let it go at your own pace.
You can start bringing your awareness back to your waking
life. You can wiggle your toes, wiggle

(16:32):
your fingers, allow your eyes toflutter open.
You can bring your hands to yourstomach, perhaps one hand to
your heart, one hand to your stomach.
Feel your blood pulsing in your body.
Feel the cells in your body alive and working.

(17:01):
You have so much power. You are an extension of the
creative source of the universe.Don't forget to slow down.
Be kind to yourself, you got this.

(17:24):
I hope you have a happy full moon in Cancer.
See you next time.
