🌟 GUEST: Gail F. Woods is the author of “Smile of Depression … Learning to savor the strawberries and flush the sh*t!” Smile of Depression is her emotional memoir of her lifelong battle with undiagnosed clinical depression and her lifelong quest for finding much needed peace and good health. In 2016, after retiring from 20 years of teaching in Texas, Gail and her husband Dan packed up seven suitcases and relocated to Costa Rica. Gail is also a retired educator, journalist and writer who now uses her life experiences to inspire others to go after their dreams. Lastly, Gail is also the former copy editor, staff writer and ghostwriter for the Evolutionary Business Council and Wildfire Workshops.
