Bex Reiff - Merchandise Manager

In this episode, hosts Eric Kilby and Mike Jay sit down with Bex Reiff who has spent many years perfecting her role as a merchandise manager. Many start in this role and transition to something else that is more of their forte. However, after exploring many other positions in the music industry, she discovered her passion in this very essential role. Not only has she sold merch on the road, Bex has overseen the concourse and all vendors on extremely large tours. She has also helped develop branding and logistics of merch behind the scenes as well as being a fantastic VIP coordinator for many one-of-a-kind backstage experiences.
