Ken Turner is a 29-year-old who is originally from Florence, SC. Upon completing his first year of college, Ken decided to enlist in the US Army as a Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) Specialist. He later graduated from Coker University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. He is currently pursuing his Master of Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance at LSU - Shreveport. Ken currently resides in The San Antonio, TX area. Ken’s hobbies include weightlifting, cycling, hiking, ATVs, jet skis, traveling, and podcasting
In July 2020, Ken and one of his longtime friends (GualaMeetsWorld) decided to get their voices out to the world. From this brainstorming, the 1409 Podcast came to fruition. They interview business owners, entrepreneurs, musicians, etc to shed light on their ventures, and to also learn from them during the process. GualaMeetsWorld and KT (Ken) record 3 times per week at 10pm ET/9pm CT live on Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter. The 1409 Podcast’s listenership has reached 40 states and 13 countries, across five continents. They always make sure that they stick to their own personalities during every episode. Each episode begins with a shot and is filled with laughter throughout.
In October 2020, Ken started Gemini Media LLC, in order to better separate personal expenses from business expenses. Gemini Media LLC will provide promotion, mentorship, and management opportunities for all future additions to the family. Gemini Media currently has 1409 Podcast and GualaMeetsWorld (Music Artist) as their flagship family members.
