Living tissue and double organs (like kidneys or lungs) are human natural resources. Living human tissue is a renewable resource. It can be donated to ensure the sustainability of patients in need.

Living tissue could be blood, stem cells, bone marrow, etc. Each has life-saving properties. Living tissue donation is safe and won’t leave the donor “depleted” because tissue regenerates itself.

In the era of sustainability, it’s worth mentioning that there are also human natural resources and some are renewable. Living tissue donation supports sustainability and saves lives.
