DR. JULIE ALLEN has a brilliant idea! First some history. Back in the 1930's, doctors made 'house calls' for 40 percent of their patients. By the 1980's, that number went down to 0.6 percent due to office-centered medicine and mega-health systems. So I ask? What would you prefer to have when it comes to having access to your doctor.
