There are many ways to process and navigate grief. In last week's podcast episode (Creative Expression in Grief), I identified movement as a creative way to express grief. That movement may take the form of yoga; but not just any yoga, yoga geared towards processing grief.

Join me this week as I talk with my guest, Page Park, who is a certified yoga instructor. She speaks to the benefit of partaking in yoga while processing and honoring a grief journey. In addition to sharing her story and how yoga has helped her she will also highlight:

  • The importance of regulating the nervous system,
  • Finding an escape while honoring your grief journey and
  • Experiencing compound grief

If you'd like to learn more about Page and what working with her might look like, visit her website Tulsi Rose Yoga. For grief yoga specifically, click here. You may also follow her on social media @tulsiroseyoga.
