"I've tried talk therapy, yoga, hypnotherapy...nothing seems to be working." Does this sound like you? This week's episode is for you! It's not uncommon to have part of the battle of grief to be finding the best way to process and cope with it.
Join me as I continue my December series with Amanda Ferrat who provides EFT tapping to those walking and honoring a grief journey. In addition to sharing her own grief story, she will also talk about:

  • The need for a permission to grieve,
  • The wide range of emotions that come with grief and how to honor them and
  • EFT tapping and its benefits

If you'd like to learn more about EFT tapping and how it may benefit your grief journey, check out Amanda's episode, EFT Tapping: Inviting All Emotions of Grief, on my Exposing Grief YouTube channel.

Amanda Ferrat, founder of Value Yourself Counseling, is a certified Advanced EFT Practitioner and emotional wellness counselor that uses her compassion, empathy, intuition, and skills to help women break barriers and limitations to build new thought patterns and beliefs that allow them to embody their inner Badass and obtain emotional freedom. She pursued her entrepreneurial path after a long and complicated journey with grief, trauma, and physical and mental health struggles. Because her healing journey has not been easy, Amanda actively works to create a world where it is safe to be your authentic self 100% of the time. When not helping others, Amanda loves to spend time adventuring along the Oregon Coast with her dog Ludo, snuggle with her cat Esme, or add to her collections of crystals and craft supplies.
