Are you expecting a loss in your life (whether it's the loss of a loved one or a big life change/transition)? Did you know grief can show up in the time you're expecting a loss? It's true! It's called anticipatory grief. You may have heard this term mentioned a few times on my podcast up to this point which is why I wanted to dedicate a whole episode to it. Join me as I talk about:
