They discuss what coping mechanisms work best, and what they think should change in the world of mental health. In a very intimate and courageous way, Jacob walks through his recent suicide attempt and the aftermath of what that was like for him and the people around him, as well as all he would have missed out on had his life ended that day. What a light we would miss in this world if he wasn't here, and the same goes to all of you.
