The MEB, established in 2021, aims to improve the quality of care and experience for all stakeholders within EyeCare Partners. It operates through a collaborative leadership model, combining provider leadership with administrative expertise, and includes various committees focused on enhancing productivity, job satisfaction, education, efficiencies and research.
The episode highlights the MEB's accomplishments in 2024, including its transition to MEB 3.0 and closer collaboration with the EyeCare Partners Innovation Center (EPIC). Looking ahead to 2025, the MEB plans to expand educational opportunities, enhance mentorship programs and improve network efficiency. Drs. Foster and Weston emphasized the importance of engagement from EyeCare Partners providers to make a tangible difference in the organization.
