El tema de las expectativas en muchos sentidos tiene una conexión con otros que afectan nuestra salud mental. Los juicios a priori, la ansiedad, la frustración, el apego, la nostalgia melancólica, el miedo e incluso el optimismo simplista y el fatalismo puede que tengan en parte un código común con ellas. Desde mi propia experiencia, reflexiono sobre ello y abro el debate.
