After years of battling with depression, suicide and other disorders, Charnay started using a variety of physical and mental practices to promote self healing. Sound bath benefits include reduced stress, lower cholesterol and blood pressure, improved sleep and more. Although some may call her a spiritual leader, she believes she is only a vessel for others on their own unique spiritual journey, creating a safe space for people to grow.
