In this episode I talked about 4 main lessons I learned :
- people don't always share the same meaning as the promises that they make to you.
- balance is everything. Aim for balance knowing it's a moving target.
- Not all the advice out there applies to me! A lot of it is for privileged people :)
- The deeper the hurt, the higher our capacity to feel joy.
- limiting beliefs are what keep us at the shore.
