Bon matin !
Si la formation professionnelle redevient un axe prioritaire en Europe, il l'a toujours été au Québec. Et c'est peut-être pour cela (et pour le plein emploi) que chaque année, des milliers d'étudiants étrangers rejoignent ce petit coin d'Amérique du Nord pour s'inscrire dans l'un des nombreux Centres de Formations Professionnelles (CFP) québécois.
Une fois n'est pas coutume, je vous propose aujourd'hui un podcast à 3 voix :
- Sylvie Bisou est en charge de recrutement et de la rétention des étudiants auprès de Québec International (si vous ne connaissez probablement pas cet organisme, vous avez surement déjà entendu parlé de leur initiative "Québec en tête"). Elle nous explique pourquoi Québec recrute tant d'étudiants, comment ça marche, quels sont les débouchés et perspectives
- Magaly nous fera part de son expérience, car, dans le cadre d'une reconversion professionnelle, elle est venu au Québec pour y suivre une formation pro en décoration. Ses surprises, ses réussites, ses difficultés, elle vous dira tout :-)
