Welcome to the first Faith Friday SOLO Episode. I am excited to bring this word God gave to me to share with you that will change your life. The information I provide in this episode helped me to break free from depression, anxiety, and the mental strongholds that satan tried to use to take me out.

The 4 ways to overcoming mental health challenges include:

  1. Keeping your faith and belief in God - no matter what.
  2. Get a support system around you and stick close to the people that can help you the most.
  3. Worship God daily and stay in your Word. This is vital. The Word is life and worshiping God gets our focus off our problems and puts our attention on God.
  4. Keeping your vision in front of you. Vision for your future will keep you when other things won't. Be reminded today of who God has called you to be and the vision He has shown you for your future. There is greatness inside of you and He has a wonderful plan for your life.
