Speaker 1 (00:00):
You are listening to Faith Unmuted.
The place where Christian womenget the opportunity to press
the button and say what theywant, how they want and exactly
how they feel.
The one place where, together,we can collectively walk through
our truths, liveunapologetically and stop hiding
.

Speaker 2 (00:34):
Continue, continue to live.
You're going to be okay In thisjourney of life.
What I've found as long as Ikeep moving forward, I'll be
okay, I'll be okay.
I did a workshop once.
I wrote the material for it andit's called Rising to your
Destiny, and I began to talkabout how destiny comes in

(00:56):
phases and stages.
You know, like there's a partwhere, when I was younger and I
was a young mom, I wasfulfilling my destiny at that
time in that space as a mother, and then it kept moving on to
different things in differentareas.
And so I believe that there'sareas where we rise to our
destiny and we have to continue.

(01:19):
And so what I've discovered wasin continuing that I'm okay and
you will be okay too.
So continue to live, continueto move forward, continue to

(01:39):
embrace you, continue to loveyou, continue on the path of
progression, even if you may getknocked back, even in the
middle of all of your challengesthat challenges can be going

(01:59):
around and around you Continue.
Find that sweet spot, that areato where you could say this is
what I feel good about.
I don't have everything in mylife perfect right now, not at

(02:20):
all.
I wish I could tell you that,but I can't.
I've got some challenges I'mfacing, but I'm facing them, I'm
continuing, I'm learning, I'musing the tools that I have, and
the one thing I'm not doing iscompromising me is compromising

(02:51):
me.
I've drawn a line and I've saidthis is me and I will continue
to show up as me.
I will continue to be me,whether you like it or not.
And so I want to encourage you, woman, I want to encourage you,
human, to just continue on thepath of life, embrace yourself,
love yourself and even healyourself.

(03:12):
Yeah, look at your journey andlook at it and see where it's
brought you to where you areright now, and look at it and
see where it's brought you towhere you are right now.
You know, in the play the ColorPurple or the movie, there's a
part of the movie and I justremember it from Whoopi Goldberg

(03:37):
that said you know, I may bethis and I may be that, but I'm
still here, you know.
I think she said I may be blackand I may be ugly, but I'm
still here, and that's all of us.
We may be all of thesedifferent things.
Our lives may not be perfect,it may not even be where exactly

(03:57):
you want it to be right now,but guess what?
You are still here.
So continue, be intentionalabout continuing.
Make some decisions.
Just one decision can totallychange your life.
So what's that one decision Forme?

(04:18):
That one decision was takingthat journey back to discovering
me, or to rediscovering me.
That one decision was adecision to say that I am my
most important investment and Ihave to make sure I'm OK before

(04:39):
I can serve anyone else.
And so now I can continue toserve Because I'm good with me.
So I want you to continue.
I want you to think about whatdoes continuing look like for
you?
For me, continuing looks likeloving even the unlovable.

(05:08):
That's hard, that's really hard.
I can't believe I said it outloud too, you know, because I've
got a lot of unlovable's in mylife and continuing to love the

(05:29):
unlovable, that person, thatreally makes it hard for you to
love them.
Continue to serve, even in areasthat may not appreciate what

(05:51):
you're doing.
And I say that because you maybe called to an area to serve.
Know, first of all, that youare called to serve there.
Don't go into something thatyou're not.
And I say that because you maybe called to an area to serve.
Know, first of all that you arecalled to serve there.
Don't go into something thatyou're not called to be there.
That defeats your purpose.
But if you know that you'recalled and it's discouraging and
it's and you don't feelappreciated in that arena,
continue to serve and lean inand create the environment there

(06:18):
that you want created.
Be that example of what aperson of love and integrity and
transparency looks like.
Make a decision to be you 100%of the time, 100% of the time.

(06:42):
Show up as you.
Continue to share, continue topromote, continue to give, give

(07:07):
of yourself.
Continue, because this is yourlife and you just have one life
to live and you don't have tosacrifice your life for someone
else.
You just are really called tolive your life.
Continue to get in alignmentwith your creator, with your God
.

(07:31):
That's the path I'm on.
I'm on a path of continuing.
That's the path I'm on.
I'm on a path of continuing.
I'm on a path of fulfillingpurpose 365 days of the year.

(07:54):
I'm on a path of rediscoveringnew things, or discovering new
things and rediscovering myselfand my values, and what is it I
really want to do?
I'm on that path.
I'm on the path of living mybest life and living it in
purpose, doing exactly what Iknow that God has called me to

(08:18):
do.
That's the path I'm on.
I'm continuing, I'm continuing.
Continuing for me feels so goodand I really feel fortunate and

(08:39):
blessed and thankful that I getto continue this life, that I
didn't count myself out and Godhas placed me in a position
where he didn't count me out.
He said, no, go get some help.
I'm on the path of continuingbecause he's connecting me with
other people who are continuingas well, and so we support each
other and we help each other.

(08:59):
Ah, so good, so good, so good.
Continue to build community.
Don't stand on an island byyourself, on your own.
Continue to realize and embraceyour worthiness.
Continue to know that you aredefinitely enough, as a matter

(09:19):
of fact, that you are more thanenough.
Continue to do the great thingsthat you're already doing and
have already done.
Continue to be the wonderfulmother that you are, the wife,
the spouse, the significantother, the daughter, the friend,
the leader, whether it's inyour business, your company, a
company in church, wherever itis that you are, you're a leader

(09:42):
at school.
Continue there's life andthere's joy and there's peace in
continuance.
Continue to show up and show upas you yeah, I speak to myself

(10:08):
as I speak to you when I saythis In the areas that you find
most difficult to continue in,in the times when you feel as if
you just want to stop and notdo it anymore, those times where

(10:30):
you just want to say I quit,I'm done, finish, finito.
In those times, do me a favorand lean in and say no, I've got
too much.
I've got much to offer, I'vegot much to give.
I still have a life ahead.

(10:50):
Lean into that, lean intoliving your life.
So continue.

Speaker 1 (11:03):
That's what I want to say to you, do the work.

Speaker 2 (11:08):
Look at yourself in the mirror, say you've got this
Girl, you've got this.
Don't wait for anyone to tellyou it.
Tell it to yourself first andbelieve it.
Continue in your meditation andin your mindfulness.
Continue in your meditation andin your mindfulness.
Continue in your health andyour wellness journey.

(11:29):
Continue to bless yourself andsee that you are a blessing.
Continue, continue.
Continue on your financialjourney.
Don't quit.
Continue in your business.
Continue to love that child, because that child needs your

(11:52):
love, and continue to be free,be free, be free, be free, be
free.
Continue to live as that Godthat's in you is so big and he

(12:19):
wants you to live big.
You know what I mean by livingbig.
Big isn't, you know, livinglarge, and people say, oh, I'm
living large.
No, no, big is living your lifelike you have been called to
live it.
Living big is serving.

(12:44):
Living big is giving it's.
Living big is serving.
Living big is giving it'sliving big it's being happy,
it's being friendly, it's beingjoyous, even in the most
difficult times doesn't meanthat you're not going to cry.
Doesn't mean that you're notgoing to have bad days.
Means, however, when you'recontinuing, when you're living
big, that you can maneuver andnavigate through those days

(13:10):
every day, every day.
So, once again, continue to beyou and I'll continue to be me,
and I'll continue to be me.
