We’ve been told that silence is strength. That holding it in, pushing through, staying composed means we’re mature, grounded, grown. But in this episode, I’m calling that out gently.

This week, I talk about the moments I stayed silent to keep the peace and ended up erasing myself. I share what it’s cost me to be “the strong one,” and how I’ve come to see the real work as bringing my inner child back — not to hide her, but to integrate her. To let her grow with me.
