It's likely you'd rarely even heard the word "conservatorship" until it became part of the daily news regarding Britney Spears. As of the date of this episode recording, Britney is under a conservatorship which means potentially all of her financial and medical decisions are made by other people, NOT her.

How is this possible? Why did this happen? And can it be stopped? What would you do if you had little or no control over your money or your health choices?

My guest is Alexandria Goff, also known as ‘Ali,’ the founder of Goff Legal, PC, a law firm based out of Northern California.

Ali is known for her in-depth knowledge and expertise with wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney, and conservatorships.

Will Ali show me how to "Free Britney?!" Listen to find out!

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist

It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
