Hello, internet! I am pleased to introduce you to the new show: Fart Theory. It's a show that brings together people from different backgrounds to talk about farts. We'll explore questions like:

  • How do people respond when they accidentally fart in public?
  • How are farts something we all have in common, and how are our individual differences, well, different?
  • What can farts teach us about how we relate to ourselves, other people, and life itself?
  • How much fun can we have trading notes and fart stories?

So, in one of life's many comedic plot twists, a lovely woman named Barbara asked if I wanted an affiliate link to her meditations about a week before I even realized I was launching a show. If you could use some kind words spoken to, about, or around your body, I can't recommend these tracks highly enough!
*The relaxation track is free; the paid self-love track is a classic, although the stomach ones are, well, relevant. Have a blast!πŸ’¨
