It's time to get fucking authentic. A good morning while
we're saying good morningbecause we are actually staring
out the window right now. From alittle cabin we rented in the
Adirondack Mountains, littlemountains, the good ol
mountains. Yep. And we wanted tocome on and say, you know, we

didn't want to leave you guyshanging this week without any
kind of an episode. But we justwanted to let you know that we
are not going to do a fullepisode. We're coming on here
and sharing with you that we arehere. Taking time for ourselves.
Taking time for ourselves. Yeah,we haven't gotten away we always
get away. We're always goingsomewhere. But we haven't taken

an extended period of time awayfor ourselves. So that's exactly
what we're doing this week. Weare up here in the mountains. It
is beautiful weather. The sun isshining. The Fall colors are
fucking unbelievable.
Unbelievable. Yeah, this is atrip Nancy has wanted a very
long she's been wanting to dofor a long time. And we finally
decided to come out east herewhich we're always out west. It

hasn't led us down for sure.
Just reminding everyone that yougot to do a little bit of self
care self love. Yep. Self Care,self love. Take time for
yourself. Yeah, that's one ofthe lessons we've learned is to
actually get out there and dosomething, enjoy the adventure
