BIO
Nikita is a corporate job runaway. She decided to drop ship on the conventional life her parents planned for her to pursue her passion for health and fitness. The gym was where she discovered how to overcome the fear and anger she experienced in her childhood. She built a strong, confident version of herself which helped her build the life of her dreams. She now empowers other women to do the same through her online coaching business Lift, Love Laugh.
