Today's hot Seat is with Gabby Bernstein. Now, we had
a really limited time for our interview, so we had
half an hour together. And because I usually when I
interview people long form for the Monday episode, you know,
we've kind of got like forty five minutes to chitty chat,
and then we stopped the recording and we hit record

again for the hot Seat. But because it was I
had to get the whole thing done in half an hour,
we did the initial interview and then I just tacked
the hot seed on at the very end of the interview.
So that's why I want to give you this intro
so that you know we're diving literally straight into the

All right, Peru, Gabby Bernstein, would you say your taste
buds are sweet or savory?

Savory? Oh? Do you have a favorite last meal? Yes?
These like baked French fries from this restaurant I like
in Manhattan. Does it have like a certain seasoning or flight? Yeah,
as it did, it had like a I don't know
exactly what I really want to figure out what it
was really good?

Okay, sign me up, love a chippy. Do you have
a favorite city New York? Yeah, I mean can't beat it.
Do you have a favorite nature spot where you just
like where I live in the countryside, where I live
in the country. Like I said that, I guess that
the things that my favorite place are right two homes.
Speaker 1 (02:32):
So I help it. I'm rocking it. Do you have
a fear? I think I have like a lot of
the same similar logical fears that that people might have
I have. I have some some fears of the state
of the world right now as well. Yeah, I've got

I've got fear. Yeah. What is one of your favorite
qualities about yourself? My fuck it, let's go mentality just
like talk to anyone, meet anyone, do anything, like not
do anything, but like like go for it. If there's
something I want to do, I'm gonna go for it.
Your whole thing is like, let's not play small, let's
play be no playing small, just like big, like playing big.

That's yeah, that's my favorite quality about myself. I love it.

What is one of the best gifts you've been given
and it can be materialistic or.
Speaker 1 (03:22):
No Ah, great question, Oh, best gift, best gift, best gift,
m oh I don't know. I get a lot of
nice gifts from my husband, really nice gifts for my husband.
He gave me recently, like a picture book, like he

creates photographs and like puts them into these like like
almost like coffee table books. That's ep Yeah, that's beautiful.
Do you have a mantra at the moment or something
that you're living by? I'm yeah, yeah, Like, thank you
universe for supporting me, Thank you for supporting me. What's
what's a non negotiable for you? A lot of them?

Daily meditation, no negotiable? Is therapy is my not negotiable?
I don't drink. I haven't had a drink in nineteen
and a half years. Yeah, a lot of them. Yeah,
don't don't eat a lot of don't you really don't
eat sugar at all? Yeah?

Yeah, I'm a nutritionist. By the way, sugar is mad
love all the other stuff though, Okay, this is this

Many many. I recently saw what was it called with

even remembering, but I think it's my new favorite movie.

I ask all authors this, Now, you've written ten books,
which is flipping insane in the best way possible. It's incredible.
Which is your favorite of your books? Your babies?

anniversary edition is out now May in May, and there's
a new I wrote a new breakfast for it. There's
a brand new world cover. You know. I read it.
