bit of a nomad, so these episodes come to from
wherever I'm living or traveling to at the time, so
I'll share with you what's going on in my world,
from book tours, animal encounters, delish meals, nature adventures, health

First of all, Happy Halloween if you're someone that celebrates Halloween.
This is I'm recording this, and then we are jumping
straight on the road for our own Halloween adventure, which

Boss and I are really excited for. Can't wait. So basically,
it's the day before Halloween here in America, Halloweens tomorrow
we're celebrating with some friends. We're going to our first
ever corn never done that before. We are going to
get a bit dressed up, which will be a bit
of fun. So yeah, I can't wait. So I thought

i'd do a quick little update on the week that
was and then send you on your merry way. And
we have a Halloween Spooky special coming out on Monday,
so settle in for that one. That'll be the Boss
So and I, which is always so fun and fun
to write, fun to record all that jazz. But anyway,
the week that was basically the Boss and I, since

we got back from Wyoming, have not stopped socializing, and
we decided we had our mate's birthday last weekend and
we were like, that's it. And we knew we were
going away to celebrate Halloween this weekend, and so we're like,
that's it. We're having a week of just health and wellness.
So I've been on the green juices, trying all these
different green juices all over Los Angeles. I've been in

walk mode, went to your hot Yoga. What else have
we done? Yeah, like when I'm catched up with Buds,
I'll catch up with him for a walk, which has
been really, really nice. So I've made a big list here.
Oh yeah, So bosted his famous homemade chicken soup this week.
Like I said, I got two yolks. Actually went on

a sunrise hike. So the suner it's basically Halloween. Even
though it's thirty four degrees today at Celsius, it's Halloween.
So it's moving into winter. It's aucean moving into winter.
But as we know, La is like sunny nearly all
of the year. It usually gets pretty it can get
cold around Chrissy time, but it's still like super mild

and beautiful during the days. But right now it feels
like summer if I'm honest, like woke up in the
middle of the night sweating last time, like proper summer vibes. Anyway,
So the cool thing about that is because it is
later in the year, the sun is rising a little later,
so sunrise at the moment is seven oh eight am.
So my mate Brian and I went for a sunrise

hike and it kind of comes up this hike. It's
one of Brian's. I've never done it without him, but
basically it comes up behind the Hollywood Sign. No, you're
kind of like next adjacent to the Hollywood Sign and
up behind higher than you're like up high looking down
at Griffith Observatory. So it's another hike behind Griffith's Observatory

in Griffith Park. Also, that was really really nice. I'm
going through a real oats phase. I wrote that in
here lol. Also, since we've been in health mode, we
are ausis as you know, so often when we have
people for dinner that involves like a few venos or
a few whiskey. So we just haven't been socializing this week.
Haven't been out for dinners, haven't had mates, so we're

just fully locked in and just it's been Bosco and I.
So we've been watching shows. So the one that we're
watching right now is this Martin Scorsese doco, really good,
loving it. We finished Black Rabbit with Jason Bateman and
Jude Law. We started that a couple of weeks ago.

Liked it, just kind of like it's a heavy kind
of plot and so you kind of gotta be ready
for that kind of vibe that's on Netflix. And then
we also inhaled Blackbird, which is a psychological thriller about

a serial killer Larry Hall. True story, really cool, very
if you liked mind Hunder, you're gonna love Blackbird really
really good. And we started Last Frontier but it's an
epa week kind of vibe, so that's cool. That's all
shot in Alaska and it looks amazing, mighty cold, but
so beautiful. The terrain or I have a funny audition
story to tell you about. An audition came in this week.

It was for a cool product that I saw as
a commercial cool product for something that I like to have.
And anyway, I was like, great, I self submitted, so
that means you put yourself forward on a casting network.
And then I got the brief the next day and
it was to do if they sign you the full payment,

including in perpetuity, which means they can use it for everyone,
ever and ever even if your career pops off, they
can still use it. Imperpetuity was one hundred and fifty dollars.
And I was like, excuse me, dear friends, this is
not first So I didn't audition for that one. In
the end, I was just like, nah, I got know
my worth? What else is he? Oh? Boss and I
went and had got tattoos yesterday. Basically, this tattoo artist

we love in Los Angeles is moving to Settle, Seattle.
His name is Wolf. He's unreal, and so we snuck
in a couple a quick visit yesterday. Avo and Boss
got a psilocybin is that how you say it? Magic
mushroom on him, and then we got matching horns and
now we've got matching shark, which we've got first time.
Now we've got matching horns like bullhorns, very Western, and

I got this outline like stencil vibe of a cowboy
riding a bucking bronco, which I believe is this like
the symbol of wyoming. How cool, going through a real
western phase. But yeah, it was a lot of fun.
The area I got mine definitely stung a little more

than any of the other ones. So I've got we've
both got them in similar areas miners on the inside
of my arm, so that if my arm is face down,
you can't tell I've got tatoos, and then it's kind
of like a little story in surprise if I flipped
my arm over. So it's kind of I also thought
for acting as well, So it's just like one little
patch that you'd put makeup on if they wanted to

cover it up, or because we're really good mates with
the tatoo artist, I would just ask for him to
allow us to film with them as is. So just
something to think about. That's that's one of the options
they now do with actors. But yeah, it's kind of
cool because it's like quite hidden if my hand's down,
and then if my hand is up, you're like, oh,
there's a couple of tattoos. There so very addictive. Matt

Cami you're talking to this morning, is like we have
got to pull the handbrake up because I think, Matt,
how many boo, how many tats do you have? Now? Six? Seven?
He's got seven, I've got three. But it is addictive

loving it. I've already and you get more ideas, you
know what I mean. Now, I wanted to before we
hit the road, and this is quite a quick check in,
but I just want to quickly pull you a oracle
card and I'm just pulling one today just to see
what it says for you. It's dream big, let go
of small thoughts about yourself, see yourself succeeding. I always
check top and bottom of the deck. Top of the deck, friendship,

make a playdate, make a date for play make a
date for a playdate with one or more friends. Lovely
bottom of the deck, helpful person, someone wants to help you.
Think of whom that might be an initiate contact. That's

to have Halloween fun. So we are on the road
