"Bird in Hand" follows Bird Rowe (Alisha Wainwright) as she takes a trip to visit her mom, Carlotta (Christine Lahti), a hippie living in rural America. Bird comes with exciting news of upcoming nuptials and the pair scour the area for a potential wedding venue. However, unbeknownst to her mother, Bird is on the hunt for something entirely different.
