Hey there, and welcome back to Feminine Initiative.
I'm your host, Jess WI. Hope you're having an incredible
day so far. In my episode last week, I
shared a revisioning practice with you that I came across in
Neville Goddard's work while I was reading his book Awakened
Imagination. I'm now reading The Power of
Awareness and not to sound cliche or anything, but I am
(00:32):
having so many awarenesses with it.
I don't know if you've read thatbook before, but wow, it is so
good. And a huge part of this podcast
and the content that I've been sharing has been about
consciously creating the life that we want.
And I've been bouncing around with my terminology, using words
(00:53):
like manifesting the life you want or creating the life you
want because I wanted to bring this idea and make it so much
more accessible and digestible to anyone who might be feeling
hesitant to using the word manifesting.
Because I mean, when I first gotinto the world of personal
development, I was adverse to the word manifesting.
(01:14):
I kind of thought like who? It's just like this woo woo term
that is just kind of like, I don't know, I felt like almost
like air fluff, like I couldn't really grab it and and know
exactly what it means. And so that's why I wanted to
use the word creating because I used to see it that it's very
much the same or either manifesting or you're creating.
(01:36):
You can use them interchangeably.
But while I was reading this book, The Power of Awareness, I
now see that it's not creating. Actually, that's not an
appropriate word. Instead, I see that we are
curating our life. And in today's episode, I'm
going to share the 1st and huge step that you can take today to
(02:01):
begin to curate the life that you want.
As a side note, I had this book now The Power of Awareness for
three years. A beautiful friend of mine
bought it for me and I started reading it like as soon as I got
it in the mail. But then I fell off within like
a few chapters. I kind of just closed the book
and got caught up with other things.
(02:21):
I picked up this book last monthand I'm totally loving it.
And I'm having so many perspective shifts and like
things are really clicking. And I just think it's so
incredible how we literally haveall of the tools here for us
right here. And I'm going to share a little
more about that in a second. But they're all here.
(02:42):
We're just not seeing them. As the common saying goes, when
the student is ready, the teacher will appear in whatever
form. It could be like an actual
person, or it could be a book ora movie or whatever.
It is a podcast episode. We just have to trust that our
timing is always perfect. All right, so let me read you a
(03:06):
sentence, a sentence from this book that completely changed it
for me and made things really click.
This sentence that I'm reading you is the last chapter.
No, sorry. It's the last sentence in in the
chapter on free will. And it reads, you can create
nothing, but your assumption determines what portion of
(03:29):
creation you will experience. And as I read that sentence, Bob
Proctor's voice immediately cameinto my head when he used to say
nothing is created or destroyed.Everything already exists in the
here and now in one form or another.
And that may not be an exact quote, but it's my
(03:50):
interpretation of it. And I first learned who invented
the airplane from Bob when he said the way to fly airplanes
has always been here, we just needed to learn how.
And the Wright Brothers brought that idea into physical form.
Again, it's not a direct quote, but the principle is there.
The idea was always there. We just have to bring it into
(04:14):
this manifest, that physical reality.
We need to curate it. My belief is that consciousness
is complete. My belief is that there is one
universal consciousness and thatwe are all individual
expressions of that one consciousness.
And if it's all one, everything exists within the One.
(04:38):
Everything is already complete, if not in one form or another,
nothing is created or destroyed.Then that has to mean that our
dreams, our biggest dreams, the results that we would love to
have, the life that we would love to live, if we can imagine
(04:58):
ourselves there, it's already done.
It already exists at a certain level of consciousness or
frequency, but it's already there.
So we actually don't have to create it.
It's already created. We just have to curate our life
experience to that result. We just want to pick and choose
(05:19):
and pull from our physical experience what is congruent,
what is truth to that frequency that we want to get on that end
result. We need to get onto that same
level of consciousness. And so if life is all one
consciousness and we're all operating at different
frequencies, so we can look at life as a giant radio.
(05:42):
And you may have already heard this analogy before.
So if our life is like a giant radio and let's say that we are
tuning into the rock music station, but we want country and
so on a radio, all we need to dois change the dial to the
country station and then we willbe listening in the country.
We're just changing the frequency of the channel.
(06:04):
But let's say that while we're changing the dial, we end up
hopping on channels that have nomusic.
It's just like that white staticnoise.
Well, on that Channel, it doesn't mean that there's no
music there anywhere. All we have to do is just keep
tuning the dial and eventually we're going to reach that
(06:25):
country music station. And so there isn't a point
anywhere that we get to that says that that other channel no
longer exists. Like it's all there for you.
Sometimes you can feel like you're in this void, but you're
not. It's just this certain frequency
that we're on. And so this is this was a huge
(06:49):
kind of revelation for me. The results we want are already
here. Any result we want.
We're not limited. If we can imagine it, we can see
it in our minds. It's already an aspect inside
that universal consciousness. It's complete and it's there for
the taking. And so how can we curate it into
(07:11):
our current experience? This is what I wanted to get
into. One way, and this is something
that you can start doing right now immediately, is by picking,
pulling, choosing, selecting thethings in our physical reality
that match our desired reality. We are literally made to do
(07:35):
this. The human body has been made to
manifest, to reach higher levelsof consciousness.
There's a network of neurons at the base of our brain in the
brainstem called the reticular activating system, or Rs for
short, and it's responsible for filtering the sensory
(07:56):
information in our external world.
So what we hear, see, smell, taste and feel, and it presents
to our conscious mind only thosethings that are aligned and
important to us. So it acts like a gatekeeper
between our conscious mind and our subconscious mind.
Our subconscious mind can process up to 11,000,000 bits of
(08:20):
information per second. This of course, includes bodily
functions like our heart rate orbreathing, blinking.
I mean, as I'm sharing this right now, I'm like moving my
hands. So my subconscious is taking
care of that. I don't have to consciously
think about doing all of these things.
If we did, it would be like information overload.
And so our subconscious takes care of all of that, but it's
(08:42):
also picking up and processing like what is happening all
around us. Our conscious mind, on the other
hand, can only process up to 40 bits of information per second.
So we're going from 11,000,000 that's available to us 240 and
this explains a lot why subliminals are so powerful.
(09:04):
Our subconscious mind can literally pick up an image
that's flashing on our screen soquickly that we can't see it.
Our conscious mind doesn't pick it up, but our subconscious mind
is picking it up. They used to do that in the
movie theatres, like at a break time, they used to slide through
a photo of popcorn. So without actually being aware
of it, a lot of people would just go and buy more popcorn
(09:26):
because they were their subconscious mind would pick it
up and then they started thinking, hmm, popcorn would
sounds really good right now I'mdue for a refill.
May would go and buy more popcorn.
And also why audio subliminals are so powerful because when the
words said in the affirmation said are at such a low volume
that our conscious mind can't pick it up, but our subconscious
(09:49):
mind can still hear it. I think it's something like our
subconscious mind can hear like 40 to 60 decimals below what our
conscious mind can actually pickup.
And so all of that is just goingright into our subconscious
mind, which is then controlling 95% of our life.
Anyways, that's that's an aside.It's just so interesting.
(10:09):
And if you are looking for subliminal audios that support

go check out. But all of this to say that our
subconscious mind picks up so much more information than our
conscious mind can pick up. And the dictator between what
our conscious mind picks up is what is help on our Rs.
(10:33):
Can you remember a time that youwere shopping for a new vehicle
and when you finally decided on the vehicle that you wanted to
make the colour, you started to see that vehicle on the road
everywhere. Maybe you started to think, Oh
my gosh, everybody has this car.I thought it was so unique.
I thought it was going to be theonly one, but look at how many
there are. It wasn't that nobody drove that
(10:55):
vehicle prior to you buy in thatvehicle, but it's that prior to
that moment, your brain didn't know that it was important to
you. So your Rs prioritize other
things for you to see while you were out on the road then that
vehicle. But as soon as you told your
brain that yes, this is this vehicle is important to me.
(11:19):
This vehicle, I see myself driving this, I want to drive
this one, Then you started to see it everywhere.
Your brain will never make you aliar.
Whatever you choose to focus on is what your Rs will work
towards curating from your experience.
It will pull from the 11 millionor so bits of information that
(11:41):
your subconscious mind is gathering.
It will pull those that are congruent with what you said you
wanted to see, with what you wanted to focus on.
So right now, can you decide what it is that you would like
to see in your world? I have a frame in my house and
(12:01):
there's a quote on it from Abraham Hicks that says today it
is my dominant intent to see only those things that I want to
see. So what is it that you would
like to see? If you take a moment to imagine
what it is that you desire, the result you want, and TuneIn to
what you would see here and feelin that moment.
(12:25):
You can also TuneIn to what you taste and smell, but that's a
little harder. So focus primarily on what you
see here and feel and your Rs will get to work to cure rating
those things in your environment.
You may see more people driving the new car that you want, for
(12:45):
example, or you may see people with the business clientele that
you want, or you may see them onthe vacation that you want, for
example. And this is all proof that
you're Rs is working for you. And a second, like very
important part to this is to choose how we want to perceive
what we're seeing. So do we want to perceive it in
(13:07):
a positive way, like proof that our Rs is working for us instead
of allowing it to create envy within us?
Because I feel like oftentimes when we see others living the
life that we want or living the results that we want, it could
send us due to past programming in a state of lack or a state of
(13:31):
envy. And our emotions are always such
our greatest teachers because it's always telling us a story
about ourselves. So for example, feeling envy is
a belief that what someone else has, we can't have.
And so whenever we feel that within ourselves, it's just an
indicator of like, hmm, I want that.
(13:54):
And I think that by them having that, there's not enough for for
me or by them having that, I can't now do it.
And so when we could see that and like reframe any of those
feelings and instead choose to see the desirable results of
others as proof that we are so much closer to our desires than
(14:15):
we think, that our brain is working for us because what we
say goes, our brain just wants to serve.
And again, if nothing is createdor destroyed, the version of
you, the version that we would love to be living, the life that
(14:36):
we would love to live already exists.
She's already here. She's just on a different
frequency. And all we have to do is get
onto that frequency. And it isn't work to get there.
It's not like an uphill battle and a whole bunch of to do
lists. We can literally get there in a
(14:58):
peaceful, natural feeling state,simply allowing ourselves to be
moved, feeling the feeling of having, living the end result
and telling our Rs to get on board, telling it what it is
that we want to look for. It could be such a peaceful
experience getting there. Now, I'm not saying there's not
(15:20):
going to be any contrast, but again, we choose how we want to
perceive everything. There's always going to be
contrasting experiences in our life.
This is universal law. But we don't have to get really
down about it. Again, we can see the contrast
as proof that we're right there.We're almost like getting over
(15:41):
that hump. We're just about to get over the
hill on the other side. It's here for us.
We can choose to see everything is an indicator that we are
there. And when you tell your Rs what
you wanna see by imagining the life that you desire, you may
also begin to see new opportunities that you didn't
see before. Like maybe new openings to form
(16:04):
collaborations now seem obvious to you.
Or maybe there's new openings inyour conversations with people
where you can share your offers that you didn't really see that
before. You didn't even have the
confidence to share that before,but now you're open to it.
And so now you're seeing all of these areas where you can really
(16:24):
show up and start like being that version of yourself.
And then you'll be drawn to new things.
Whether it's you want to learn something new, you have a new
interest in something, whether you're drawn to a book, a
course, a certain person, or certain events or outings that
will all prepare you for the life that you want.
(16:44):
You can totally and completely transform your life when you
tell your Rs what to look for. And yet at the same time as I'm
saying this, I want to let you know that your external world
may not change at all. Meaning the car that you desire
(17:04):
is already there. Even if you're not seeing that
particular car, it's still there.
This reminds me of the, I don't know if you've ever seen the, Oh
my gosh, it's like the meme thatwas going around on social media
and it was where there were two people on a train and the train
(17:26):
was going around a mountain. And so the window on the
mountain side was just like, you're just seeing the Rockwall.
And then the window on the otherside of the mountain you were
seeing like the beautiful view from the mountaintop.
And there were two people sitting on either side of the
(17:47):
window. And so the one person who is
sitting and looking at the rock,the Rockwall was sad.
And his, you know, I mean, it didn't say what you could just
see in his face that his life was probably like a lot of, you
know, hitting rock walls or hitting rock bottom.
And then the person who was sitting on the other window
(18:08):
looking at the beautiful view from the mountain top was just
like in awe, so happy and so excited.
That person, like either person could have just shifted their
view to experience a different reality, right?
But just because the guy was choosing to look at the rock
wall doesn't mean that the beautiful view wasn't there.
(18:29):
It was just out of his range of view.
And so the life that you want, the peaceful, the joyful, the
happy, the love, it's all here. The life that we're experiencing
is a mechanical process. It's mechanical based on what
we're instructing our brain to look for, based on what our RSS
(18:53):
is curating for us, what it is filtering out of the 11 million
or so bits of information that is available to us, we're
filtering out just those 40 that's creating our actual
experience of reality. So we have direct control over
what we want to experience in the world.
(19:14):
And our Rs is like the gateway for it and it's ready.
It will work for us right away when we give it the new
instructions of what we want to see in the world and when we
prioritize that in our life. And so if today you will allow
yourself to imagine your desiredresult fulfilled and make it an
important priority in your life,like energetically speaking,
(19:38):
assume that feeling that you have achieved it, everything is
fulfilled. You will begin seeing and
hearing and maybe smelling, tasting and touching.
If you've included that in your vision, you will see that in
your life. And this is proof that your
(19:58):
desires are on its way to you, that you are elevating in your
frequency. You are curating your experience
to match your desired life. You may begin to experience this
right away, literally right away.
Soon after you apply this technique and you do this
visualization and you tell your Mrs. what it is that you want to
(20:21):
see. You can even say it out loud
like this is what I'm choosing to see.
If it doesn't happen today, it may take a few days, but if you
will focus your thoughts on the results that you want every day,
honestly, within three days you'll begin seeing proof of
that in your world. It happens that fast right away
(20:43):
and I'm so excited for you to try it.
