Hello and welcome to Feminine Initiative.
I'm your host, Jess WI. Hope this episode finds you
well. I can't be the only one who's
feeling this, so I'm just going to go out and say it.
The world feels really heavy right now, doesn't it?
The energy is heavy. There is so much negativity
circulating right now, so much hatred.

(00:30):
I'm not going to start naming things because I'm sure that you
are feeling it. I'm sure that you have noticed.
It's like chaos. There is just so much out there
and our attention is being drawnto so many different areas.
It just feels all so consuming at times.

(00:50):
And so I wanted to create this short and easily digestible
episode and share 4 practical action steps that we can take
today to take back our power, realign ourselves and stand tall
in our energy, our purpose. Stand in confidence with what we

(01:12):
are bringing forth in our life and holding that vision on the
screen of our minds being an energetic match to that which we
want action number one that you can take today when you were
feeling like there's all too much negativity going around is
to make the unfollow button yourfriend.
As I'm saying this, I'm specifically thinking about

(01:33):
Facebook, but I'm sure on other social platforms you can
unfollow as well. You can curate your news feed to
all of the positive things that you actually enjoy seeing.
Any account that brings you negative thoughts, negative
energy that just makes you feel ick, you can unfollow them.
They will not know, but you willhave given yourself a piece of

(01:55):
mind and any account that you unfollow, you can follow them at
any point in time. We often talk about how the
algorithm could be something negative, but this is looking at
the algorithm is in a positive view because you are telling the
algorithm what you are interested in seeing.
Also on Facebook, any posts thatyou don't like, you can click on
the three dots and say that you're not interested.

(02:16):
And then the ones that you are interested in, again, click the
three dots and click, I am interested in this.
And so you are going to be creating your own feed of
positivity. The things that light you up
make you feel good, make you feel empowered.
And so make the unfollow button your friend and really clean up
your news feed on anything that makes you feel less.

(02:37):
Then and again, you can change this at anytime.
This is to recalibrate your energy.
And when you feel good, you can always go back and follow these
accounts. Action step number 2 is to
create yourself a daily ritual, if you don't already have one
and commit to it. And this ritual could be
whatever you like, whatever heightens your frequency.

(02:58):
Maybe it's stating your gratitudes or doing meditation
or journaling or EFT tapping or yoga.
Whatever it is and for however long it is, commit to it.
This is for your own sanity and your own well-being and so make
yourself a priority. And if you don't already have a

(03:18):
daily ritual, then be prepared to experience a little bit of
resistance because you're going to be building a new habit, but
commit to it anyways and go through it anyways.
You're choosing your uncomfortable right now, but the
more that you do this ritual, the better that you will feel
action. Step #3 is to turn off
distractions and get outside. It is beautiful outside right

(03:41):
now. This is honestly my favorite
time of year. It's perfect to be outside.
There is no bugs. The weather is a little cool so
you can wear a cozy sweater. Get outside, spend some time in
nature, turn off the screen for a little bit.
The blue light on our computer screen, phone and TV's are
taking up so much energy in our brain.

(04:02):
And so give your brain a break, turn off the screens for a
little bit and bring yourself outside.
Nature is neutral energy, so this is the perfect time to get
grounded. Leave whatever worries and allow
yourself to be recharged, recalibrated by nature around
you. If you can get outside yourself,
that is preferable so that you really have no distractions and

(04:24):
you're just in nature. But this could also be calling
up a friend and going for a walkjust to be able to get outside
and soak up that natural light. Action step #4 is to breathe
into your heart. Your heart can transmute any
negative energy and turn it in to love.
And so instead of fearing the negativity outside, instead of

(04:48):
fearing the fear, fearing the hatred, we can bring it all in,
invite it all in, befriended because you are a powerful
alchemist. And through your breath, you can
transmute all of that fear, all of that doubt, all of that
worry, and transmuted into peace, love, joy, and the

(05:09):
outcome you desire. Let's do one together.
On your inhale, breathe in what's worrying you.
The fear, the doubt, the worry, the chaos.
And on your exhale, breathe out love, hope, ease, peace, trust,
abundance. Alchemize that fear.

(05:30):
Don't fear it. You are here to transmute that
energy. You are standing in your power.
You have your mind focused on where you're going.
You're building faith and trust in that outcome, knowing that
the outcome that you desire is just as real as the outcome that
you are fearing. It's just a matter of where are

(05:51):
you putting your energy? And remember that you are the
powerful creator of your life. And so if it feels good, commit
to these 4 practices so that youcould return to your own power,
return to alignment despite the chaos that is happening around
