🔹 Why just 5% weight loss can dramatically improve ovulation and pregnancy chances
🔹 The truth about popular diets (keto, intermittent fasting, Mediterranean) and fertility
🔹 How to reset hunger and satiety cues for long-term weight and hormone balance

If you’re trying to conceive and struggling with weight-related challenges, this episode is packed with expert insights and practical strategies to help you take control of your fertility journey.

About Stephanie

Dr. Stephanie Fein went to medical school at University of California, Irvine and did her internal medicine residency through UCLA. She continued on there doing a research fellowship and earned her Masters in Public Health.  She found her passion while working in their weight loss clinic helping people reverse disease and change their lives.

The combination of discovering that weight loss improves fertility and having a rough start to motherhood herself lead Dr. Fein to work exclusively with women dealing with fertility issues to optimize their chances though weight loss without guilt, deprivation or frustration.
