There’s a question that has suddenly started to pop up in my DMs and inbox. A lot of you are asking about how to safely use lubricants when trying to conceive, so I thought it was time to answer your questions.
If you’re trying to conceive, you want to make sure you’re doing everything possible to maximise your chances. Something that a lot of you are certainly starting to consider is the effect that your standard supermarket lubricant could have both on your fertile cervical mucus as well as his sperm.
