She has been instrumental in investments like Fixie, Explosion, and Kurtosis, and was recently named a Rising Star by Venture Capital Journal. Oana is also the founder of ShesReady2.dev, a community supporting women in tech. With a background in machine learning engineering and a deep understanding of the software stack, Oana brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role at SignalFire.
