Pim is a Nutritionist (MSc), certified Cravings Coach and sugar addict in recovery. For the last 20+ years she has been helping clients get healthy by changing their diet and lifestyle, while being unable to quit sugar herself. Five years ago, she discovered that her cravings were not related to the food that she ate or any deficiencies in her diet. She was eating emotionally, despite not identifying as an emotional eater. She got help from an experienced weight loss coach who dealt with cravings management and she is now at a place where she can control her eating at all times and teaches others to do the same by re-programming their brains to respond to cravings differently.
