An evening of solitude to read Before the Shadow

At the end of a long, solitary walk, you spot a bookshop, where you peruse the first chapter of David Green's Before the Shadow, a prequel to the Empire of Ruin series. After reading your fill of the epic fantasy, you head back out into the evening light, though you're eager to return to the bookshop next time.
