As long-time members of To Be Magnetic (TBM), Rayna and I discuss how the TBM concept of tests has impacted our lives, how we personally have navigated tests, the notion of spiritual tests more broadly and what to do when we can't access Inner Knowing.

About today's guest: Rayna is a holistic psychotherapist and highly sensitive soul navigating the confusion and complexities of life on earth. She believes that humans are never healed with an “ed” at the end, but rather that life is a cyclical, ceremonial journey where we are continually asked to sit in the alchemical fire of transformation and to relax into deeper states of our authentic expression. Rayna believes that all painful symptoms of the psyche are wise messengers from the soul, signals that alert us to the parts of ourselves that require more attention and medicine.
