LaCrecia Steward is an accomplished beauty industry professional with over 10 years of freelance experience as a makeup artist and beauty educator, 5 years as a trained lash tech and 3 years as a licensed lash tech. Creative and detail-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others achieve their beauty goals educationally and financially.

A proven leader and innovator in the industry, with a successful track record of building and growing businesses. The East Texas Native has had a passion for the beauty industry since she was a teenager. She worked at a local warehouse for 27 years but her heart & passion has always been in the beauty industry.

In 2017, LaCrecia began her lash journey as a side hustle but realized there was a need for training lash techs the proper way in East Texas. In 2021, she retired from her job to pursue a new career as a lash academy owner.

The bold move required courage, vision and a passion for change. The transition was challenging, but with dedication, perseverance, and an open mindset, LaCrecia is proof that a fulfilling and satisfying career in the beauty industry is not only possible but also rewarding.
