Many times as women or "people-pleasers" we find it hard to say no for so many reasons. We feel guilt, we don’t want to disappoint anyone, we believe we can make all situations and relationships happy if we “work at it.” However, standing in our power means having the courage to say no or say good-bye to people, places, jobs or relationships when they are no longer serving us and we dispel some of the myths and fears about this being self-serving or selfish.
We also dive into some common scenarios and give tips on how you can learn to embrace this more to stand in your own power and find that inner confidence.

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist
It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
