Amol is the co-founder and CEO of Patient Prism which offers an AI platform that more than 8,000 dental and healthcare offices leverage to enhance sales performance and uncover operational insights around capacity, pricing, and much more. “Patient Prism takes an understanding of a conversation between a potential patient and a clinic and analyzes what prevented the patient from moving forward -- either from the marketing lens or the sales lens or the operations lens -- so practices know what to fix.” One of the most common problems is that the clinic did not have an appointment when the patient wanted one, so Nirgudkar thinks building capacity is critically important to the growth of the dental space.
