Hey Friends! Today we are talking about Self Care and the importance of this awareness day. The episode is late because I need to do some self care and sometimes that's Sims 4. We give some hopefully helpful tips, and talk about the Seven Pillars of Self Care that we found on the International Self Care Global website. We also talk about some of the things our generation has faced that may have highlighted the importances of us utilizing self care.
