Yep, you know I'm sayingfocusing on the mental and
spiritual when it comes tofinance, essentially the spirit
of finance, and you know, hey,we hope everybody had a great
holiday.
You know, christmas, new yearand everything.
If he's out there celebrating,we hope it was done with the
people that you love, family.
We've been really excited toget back in this chair to wrap

(01:48):
That's right.
We got a lot of great thingscoming for you guys.
We're gonna make a, we willfinally make that special
announcement uh, next episodelike yeah, not season finale, we
gotta give them a season finale.

Speaker 1 (02:00):
We know this is our concept, this is what we usually
do.
We give you guys a recap.
We just kind of want you to uh,kind of go back and and
understand what each episode wasabout, and that's the best way
to learn is to to keep repeatingit, repeating it.
So maybe, uh, you missed anepisode or you didn't catch

(02:21):
something on the episode, andand what we're gonna do is, uh,
for every single episode, we'llbring you key points of of each
episode, based on the literal, the mental, the spiritual.
So that means we're gonna pickone of those yep out of that
episode that's one that we thebest one that we liked, and then
we're gonna elaborate on in,then we're gonna move on to the

(02:42):
next.
So that way, if anythingtantalizes you, you can go back.

Speaker 2 (02:46):
You can go back and go check it out and we're going
to give you the t-shirt fromeach episode.
That's right.

Speaker 1 (02:50):
That's right we got this this season.
We're giving you a t-shirt forevery uh single episode, so that
way you know whatever you guyshear, especially, we're going to
make sure, uh, you know, thoset-shirts come available to you
coming soon, so that way you'llremember it and like, oh, that's
from that episode.
I wanted that t-shirt so youcan go out there and cop it.

(03:13):
So so.
So, with no further ado, anton,we should just jump right into
it.
Let's get into it all right, all right.
Well, the first episode ofseason three of this season was.
The title was Plan or Die,straight up.

Speaker 2 (03:30):
That's pretty straightforward.
That was pretty straightforward, right.

Speaker 1 (03:35):
And we think the most compelling out of the literal,
the mental, the spiritual, wasthe mental of the episodes,
which says self-education,knowledge is power.
Take time to read articles, listen to podcasts like us, like

(03:55):
the one you're listening to now, or watch videos on financial
literacy the more you know, thebetter decisions you can make.
And then just just to throw outthe t-shirt on that.

Speaker 2 (04:11):
The t-shirt was you can't have steak on a chicken
wing budget I know, I know, Iknow we have people can relate
to us on that.
You know what I'm sayingBecause we do sometimes live
outside of our means and havinga plan will allow us to have
that confidence when we're goingin.

(04:32):
And whether it's just everydaylife, what you want to eat for
dinner, or even thinking aboutthe future retirement, family
and stuff like that.

Speaker 1 (04:41):
So that's important, man, plan or die Straight up
Right, and the self-education ishard for a lot of people, but
guess what that's on you?
Yeah, that's yourresponsibility, that's why it's
a mental focus, that's why wefelt that was the best out of
that episode.
But again, you want to hear thewhole episode.
You go back and then you couldplay it on on your streaming
platforms or whatever.

(05:02):
You want to play it on.

Speaker 2 (05:03):
Yeah, yeah definitely , and, man, I gotta say this
because this is in my heart, man, I, I you know, mike, I love
talking about relationshipsbecause, it's just I mean,
everything that we do is justit's, it's further developed by
the amount of the quality of ourrelationships, right, and
whether it's business orpersonal.
And you know, having a plan itreally does a little.

(05:25):
It's, it's solid, it makes thatfoundation concrete.
Having a plan, which one?
Because if something ever getsoff, you just go back to the
plan, that's it okay, well,we'll sit down, let's get on the
same page.
What was the plan?
Okay?
Has the plan changed, yes or no?
And it has.
If it has changed, how has itchanged?
And let's get back on the samepage.
If it hasn't changed, let'sjust remember what we got, what

(05:46):
we started this thing for, andlet's get back on this road,
right, right.
So I, I just I love that.
So that really just hits myheart.
So I want to, I want to.
You know, I just wanted torepeat that for one quick second
.
So very valuable stuff plan ordie, go back, check it out.
Then we go to episode two.
Ben, don't break, right, lovethat title and you know it.

(06:07):
It reminds me of just adversity, how it does come at us in
everyday, in our everyday lives, and anything that we're doing,
especially when you areentrepreneur, you're trying to
do something, big adversity isgoing to hit, you know, and you
could call it the universe, youcan call it, you know.
I choose to call it god, youknow.
But things that we want to do,we're going to be tested right

(06:31):
and I, for me, I believe it'sit's god making sure that I
really want that thing.
He's like you, sure you wantthis, because this is what goes
with it.
This is the responsibilitythat's involved, and you're
going to be forced to bend.
You know what I mean.
You're going to be forced to,to, to pivot and and have to
find new ways to, to solutionsand things like that.
It's not always going to workout the way you plan, that's

(06:54):
right.
You don't say it's not alwaysgoing to work out the way you
had planned.
Even if you got a master plan, okay, things don't always go
according to plan, and that'slife.
That's life.
That's life.
So you go, you're gonna bend alittle bit, but just don't break
, that's right.

Speaker 1 (07:08):
Don't give up right, don't quit all right, keep going
.

Speaker 2 (07:12):
Things gonna get hard , but persevere through it, and
then you know that's and that'sthe whole.
That's the thing we talkedabout freedom over fear, mike,
always, you know I gotta go backto that because I'm getting
chills right now.
So people because people havebeen asking me about.
People been asking me aboutthat lately.
You know what I'm saying andI've been telling them and we
will get into this in a littlebit.

(07:33):
You know what I'm saying.
That's the meaning, that is themantra.
It's on what's on the otherside?
Fear is that procrastination.
Fear is that hesitation.
Fear is that hesitation.
Fear is that I was going towork out today but I didn't.
Fear is that I'm going to startgoing to eat healthy.
I was going to start eatinghealthy but I didn't.
Okay, that is the equality offear.

(07:53):
Right, it's the thing that'sstanding in front of us.
But on the other side of that,on the other side of that
adversity, of that obstacle, ofthat thing we told ourselves we
were going to do, but we letourselves down by not doing it,
which is the perfect way todestroy our confidence.
The perfect way to build ourconfidence is keeping the
promises that we make toourselves, right.
And on the other side of thatfear is that freedom.

(08:14):
That's right, freedom we've allbeen looking for, which is why
we say freedom over fear.
All right, so, bend, don'tbreak.
The favorite one out of thisfor us was the literal All right
, don't break.
The favorite one out of thisfor us was the literal Alright.
Cut expenses creatively, notdrastically.
Love that.
Instead of cutting out all yourentertainment or enjoyment,
find ways to be resourceful.
Look for free events in yourcommunity, borrow from the

(08:37):
library.
Borrow from the library insteadof buying, which that's a great
idea.
Or start a swap group withfriends or neighbors.
That way you still enjoy lifewithout breaking the bank.
There you go.
That's good stuff, mike man.
Hope, our wealthy is justfeeling this out there, you know
what I mean.
Seriously, I mean Greg, I meanlisten to it, but catch it right
, catch it, don't just hear it.

(08:58):
You know what I mean.
Make it work for you in yourlives.
When I'm reading at night, I,when I pray, I say, I say allow
this word to, to, to take rootin my heart and expand in my
life.
Right, so I actually apply thethings that I learned, right,
right, so, uh, and in thet-shirt, of course, I love this.
I ain't broke Cause I'm.

(09:27):
I want Hallelujah, hallelujah.
It's already in you, bro, it'salready in us, man, these gifts
that we've been given, thesethings that we seem to do a lot
better than others, whatever ourspecial talent is, it's already
in you.

Speaker 1 (09:35):
You're not broke, that's right, and that's one
thing we talk about all the timeas a wealthy and right wealthy
ends.
We need to pivot all time.
Yeah, because we're not beingspoon fed one.
We're not.
We.
No one was born with a silverspoon in their mouth so you
can't just well, this didn'twork.
Let me just go in in thebackyard and pick from the money

(09:56):
tree.
That ain't happening, that's nothappening, so so, sometimes
you're gonna have to pivot, sometimes you're gonna have to
bend, sometimes you're gonnahave to bend, but what we want
to make sure is that you're notbreaking, and that's why it made
so much sense to to find waysto get around that.
That's what we're good at, youknow, because we want to bring

(10:18):
our upi up right underprivilegedincome up, yes, so so.
So, finding ways to make surewe're still enjoying life and
growing in the process.
You know we have to figure outdifferent things.
We have to be smarter about howwe go about life.
When things come up in life isunexpected.

Speaker 2 (10:40):
Yep, so that's right man bro, we got this episode
could go an hour.

Speaker 1 (10:44):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, we don't get, we don't get
through it, we're gonna getthrough it.

Speaker 2 (10:48):
I'm feeling this, though, man this is this, is
this is touching my heart, manjust going back in in and
recapping on these things andthat's why we tell them to go
back and listen to the fullepisode because you'll get the
full monty.

Speaker 1 (11:01):
That's right of what we're talking about now.
So, so that's why we're givingyou this recap.
All right, let's do it.
So let's go to uh, episodenumber three, episode.
It's like what love got to dowith it?

Speaker 2 (11:15):
that was part one, and that's the fight uh
financially financially.
Hey, quote, shout out to theyeah, yeah, and we definitely
played that song on that episode.

Speaker 1 (11:25):
We threw that out there what love got to do with
it.
And you know, and the out ofthe literal, the mental, the
spiritual, the spiritual one outon this particular episode,
which reads love can give you areason to keep pushing through
financial times.
You have to believe andknowingly and knowing that

(11:49):
you're providing for someoneelse or building a life together
that can give you a deepersense of purpose and resilience,
even when the numbers in yourbank account are low.
Love is what happens.
Love is what helps you bend, but don't, but not break what we

(12:14):
were just talking about, evenwhen your finance are stretched
thin.
And, like I said, that was inour last episode, you know.
So, when we got to talk aboutlove, you know and Tina Turner,
what love got to do with it.
That's what we were referringto.
You know, yeah, we have love, but you definitely have to have

(12:35):
the finance with it.

Speaker 2 (12:37):
I mean, of course, man, what's the number one
reason people break up?
I mean, a lot of people getdivorced.

Speaker 1 (12:43):
That's one of the number one reasons I actually
looked that up it.
Is it the number one?

Speaker 2 (12:48):
no, it's not it's not the number one it's number
three.

Speaker 1 (12:50):
I hate to mention the other two.
It's it's so terrible that ourcountry has gone to the like.
Domestic violence oh wow, it'slike it's it's crazy, but it's
number three and it's 45 ofdivorce in our country now.

Speaker 2 (13:05):
That is because of over finances, over finance so
it's still a big number.

Speaker 1 (13:09):
That's, that's a pretty jesus, it's still a big
number, so so the t-shirt readson that I.
I may not have six figures inthe bank, but I've got love on
credit and that's priceless.

Speaker 2 (13:25):
Love that.
I love these T-shirts, brother.

Speaker 1 (13:29):
Can't wait to put these all out.
Listen, love, yes.
What love got to do with it?
Yes, you got to have love.
That's the whole point of thatepisode is, yeah, love is there,
right, but financially, is thatthere?
Is that mindset there?
Is that the way we get thingsdone there as far as living, as

(13:50):
far as doing the right thingsfor each other or together as a
family to make sure financiallywe're okay?
And does the whole family pivot?
Does one understand each otherhow to support when it comes to
finance?
You know, and that's the wholepoint of the episode yes, thank

(14:11):
God, you have family membersthat love you, but when that
finance comes in, it puts astrain and a stress on the
family.
And then we hope, with thespiritual aspect, looking at it
spiritually, because sometimesthat's the resilience you need,
that mind set of.

(14:32):
Okay, let's pray on this, let'shope for this, let's put it out
in the universe, let's dowhat's right and then hopefully
it'll come back, or it'll justreadjust itself and get back to
what it is, so you can continueloving each other the way you've
always loved each other amen, brother, amen.

Speaker 2 (14:49):
And then, of course, we had to have a part two, part
two what's love got to do withit?
Part two something going onwith the prenup, prenup all
right that one ruffled a coupleof feathers.
Brother, I know it did and I sawthe numbers on this one, so you
know, I saw it firsthand allright people was definitely
digging into this one and, look,we wanted to give tools because

(15:12):
for most people, okay, ifyou're gonna have a conversation
about this, it's it'sdefinitely uncomfortable, yeah,
for most people, all right.
So we wanted to wanted toencourage some tools and some
some fundamentals on how toposition this conversation, to
even have it with someone thatyou love, so that it comes from
a loving place, because, if it'scoming, if I had a friend who

(15:34):
used to say, if you want me totake it wrong, give it to me
right.
Then he said I would take thewrong way, give it to me right.
If it's coming from a place ofsincerity and is genuine, is
coming from, then that personwill they, they, they have to
receive that if they truly careabout you.
Sometimes, uh, in all of us whoare in situations where we are
building wealth together, ifthere's, if there's nothing from

(15:57):
the start, I mean and when Isay nothing meaning nothing of
significance we're building ourwealth together, especially for
young couples, right, obviouslyyou're probably not having these
conversations because we didn'thave anything when we started
anyway, but you know what I'msaying.
But for the people that do havesomething and they may have
some type of fear involved inthat bringing lives together,

(16:18):
because there's two peoplecoming together, right, and
you're now going on your lifetogether, you know there's a way
to come from a place of loveand have that conversation, sit
down and then not, you know, notbe all broken up after about it
.

Speaker 1 (16:30):
You know what I'm saying.
Now I read something and I'mnot sure of the specifics
statistic, whether it's minorityor black women, but it reads as
they have surpassed the incomeof the black man or the minority
.
That makes sense.

Speaker 2 (16:49):
These women are running companies bro.

Speaker 1 (16:52):
So you know, we understand nothing against women
.
They are emotional creatures, that's how God made them, you
know.
So having that prenup will helpthe both of you, because then
you can't.
At the time you did theagreement and you came together,
you signed a document.

(17:12):
It's for that time.
God forbid it ever comes up.

Speaker 2 (17:16):
That's true, and we're doing it when we're not in
an emotional state, exactly, and everything's on good terms.
Right, we're coming to anunderstanding now and then you
know.

Speaker 1 (17:26):
Well, I'll have to disagree.
I still believe, even with theman, it's still a little bit of
an emotional scenario to signpre-nup, Because it's not
something that is accepted insociety.
Really, it's just like oh, it'sfor rich people, no Right right
, it's for everybody.
And you see, see, you know thetalk about oh, prenup, he had to

(17:50):
get a prenup.
We have to normalize thisbecause this is the right we,
this is the generation thatwe're in.
Yeah, yeah, women are not justhome um barefoot and pregnant.

Speaker 2 (18:01):
That's not, that's not our society, that's not our
society anymore.

Speaker 1 (18:06):
so now we need to put things in place to protect the
boy, because real talk, if loveis there, then whatever.

Speaker 2 (18:15):
Right, what do we got to worry about?
Anyway, right, we're going tobe together forever, anyway.

Speaker 1 (18:19):
Forever, yeah, right, if that true love is there, but
you don't know what life isgoing to bring.
You don't know what you have todo, you don't know where you
have to bend, so you don't break.

Speaker 2 (18:28):
That's true.
We don't know what outsideinfluences we might be having to
deal with, so yeah, all thesethings are key.
So the mental and thank you forbringing that up, mike, because
that is very important and themental on this which was our
favorite is this Addressingfears and concerns up front.
Just like we were saying, having conversations about a

(18:53):
prenup forces you to talk aboutyour financial fears and
concerns before they becomemajor issues.
It's not about planning forfailure.
I'm going to say that again.
It's not about planning forfailure.
It's about having an honestdialogue about how you'll handle
finances together.
Love is all about transparency, and a prenup can help bring

(19:14):
everything out into the open.
That's what's up.
My only thing is I need toelaborate on that.
That's straight up, straight, right and t-shirt on this one is
love may be priceless, but aprenup makes sure that if it
ever goes on sale, you won'tlose your shirt.

Speaker 1 (19:36):
That will bring me back.

Speaker 2 (19:39):
That's a pretty good t-shirt if that don't make them
want to go listen to that?
I don't know.
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (19:45):
Now imagine you walking down the street wearing
that and somebody reads that, especially somebody who went
through it.
What?
I got a name like this oh myGod.

Speaker 2 (19:55):
Man I got a really good friend of mine.
Oh man, bless his heart.

Speaker 1 (19:59):
I mean he would probably buy a whole truck full
of things right here and juststart handing them out, just to
give up.
It makes him feel good yeah,I'm saving you.
I'm saving you, man here, justjust nope.
Nope, it's free, just take it,just take it this, this is all
on me oh, my god, oh man allright episode five.
So episode five the title wasyou can't get with this, you can

(20:22):
oh sorry, sorry yeah you canget with this rich or you can
stay with that poor.
So pretty much is the mindsetright.
Yeah, the mindset is what yougot to do to be rich or what
you're going to do to continuestaying poor.
That's right, it's plain andsimple.
So so you know and we we kindof got it off of the you can get

(20:45):
with this or you can get withthat.
That's where we got that from.
But the, the one that won outon this, was the spiritual, and
it reads whatever yours whenwhether you're someone sorry,
sorry when where am I Sorryabout that?
Sorry, sorry.
Where am I Sorry about that?

(21:05):
Whether you're someone who'slooking to hold on to what you
have or you're trying to plantthe seed for a financial future,
remember that it's all aboutperspective.
Yep, yep, yep, yeah.
Money is a tool that works bestwhen you understand what it

(21:29):
means to you and how it fitsinto your goals.
Money can be a source of stressor a source of opportunity,
sometimes both, but changingyour perspective and belief can
be the first step towards makingit work better for you.

(21:51):
That's good, bro.
So that's that's the spiritualaspect of that episode that we
felt that made sense for thisand spirituals are good, yeah,
so, so either either trying toget rich or staying poor.
Is that that you gotta look atthose two different perspectives

(22:13):
?
What are you gonna do to stayrich, or what are you gonna do
to get rich, or what are yougonna do this or what are you
doing and you're gonna stay poor.
Yeah, so we died?
We dove into that in theepisode, like, like we said, go
back to the episode and then, ifyou really want to understand
that concept, you'll see what wespoke about.

(22:33):
And the T-shirt that came fromthe episode was money talks, but
it's up to you to decide whatit is saying.

Speaker 2 (22:43):
Man, that's good.

Speaker 1 (22:44):
Money talk, but it's up to you to decide what it's
saying.
Ain't that the truth?

Speaker 2 (22:50):
some people are gonna get that on the way home and
that's cool.
Yeah, they listen to this.

Speaker 1 (22:56):
Going to work and they're gonna get it when
they're coming back home from.
I gotta hear that again.

Speaker 2 (23:00):
I love it, man, all right, episode six all about the
benjamins, all right.
So this and obviously you knowthe title is what the title is
right.
So you know, and we weretalking about, uh, we were
talking about the different, uh,the different financial
entities of that and all aboutthe benjamins, what that means.
But essentially the mental allright we went into was financial

(23:25):
confidence.
Knowing that you have a policyof accumulating cash value
creates a sense of financialsecurity which changes how you
think about spending and saving.
And we went into that becausewe were talking about all about
the benjamins and cash value, life insurance and different

(23:46):
financial instruments that can, essentially, you can put into
these types of vehicles and youcan be sheltered from things
like market loss.
Okay, if something were tohappen to you, your family will
receive a lump sum of money toget through life or whatever it
is, pay off bills, pay off ahouse.
These are things that a cashvalue insurance policy can do

(24:07):
for you because it is aninsurance policy on your life,
but it's also something you canuse while you're still alive.
Market goes up, the interestgained is supercharged.
If the market goes down, thefloor is zero.
The plan does not lose money.
All right, properly structured, properly funded and given time
to mature.
Remember those three rules, allright, and have it done

(24:27):
ethically and morally.
Make sure you keep up your endof the bargain, which is making
the contributions consistentlyover a period of time.
It is not a day one piggy bank, okay.
This takes time to mature, somake sure you understand that
and know the logistics of it.
All right, and have somebodythat you trust in your corner
who's advocating for you.

(24:48):
All right.
Obviously, if you want to getdeeper into that, you guys
already know you can reach outto us.
Uh, we're, we're, we're here tofight for you.
All right, so, but that was oneaspect of it.
We talked about a few otheraspects too, but that was the
one that was.
I'm dealing with that every day, every day.
All right.
So then the t-shirt.
Saving money is like planting atree it might not give you

(25:10):
shade today, but tomorrow you'llbe sitting under it drinking
Kool-Aid.
Ain't that the?

Speaker 1 (25:17):
it's the Kool-Aid, it's the Kool-Aid, but.
But real talk, ladies andgentlemen, wealthy ends.
You know, it's all about thebenjamins.
Think about that, you know, when we're hoping to have a
master class soon with that.

Speaker 2 (25:31):
Oh, that's definitely coming soon and we've been very
careful about how we're goingto put it together right right
to be impactful, and we wantedto really focus on our wealthy
ends.

Speaker 1 (25:43):
Uh, of the people who are looking at the UPI and how
it works with thatunderprivileged income, how it
works with their underprivilegedincome.
Yes, it's all about theBenjamin.
So the only way you're going tobe able to make it work for you
if you understand how it works, right.
Right, that's true, we couldtalk about money all day, but

(26:04):
most it's so sad.
Most people go to work, theyget a paycheck and they're
paying bills.
You know how many times youhear that's what poor people do
Go to work for bills.
That's unfair and we want tochange that.

Speaker 2 (26:18):
We want to change that dynamic.

Speaker 1 (26:20):
We want you to understand.
We want you to reach out topeople.
If anything, we want people tounderstand yes, it's all about
the Benjamin, but how does itwork?
You can't just say it's allabout the Benjamin and you're
not Biggie Smalls.
You wasn't making that kind ofmoney.
And even Biggie Smalls, whoknows, like we hope that some of
that money went into the rightplace for it to be about the

(26:44):
Benjamins.

Speaker 2 (26:46):
We can only hope, and rather it rather is
underprivileged or underserved.
The bottom line is that there'sa lot of us out there who have
been far underrepresented, yes,in the marketplace, when it
comes to anything finance, allright.
And we, we really have tofigure out a way to make like,
like you say, you know where youit's just, it's talked about
all the time and it's notuncomfortable, right, all right,

(27:08):
just desensitize it, becausethere's some things out here
that's being desensitized andit's the wrong thing, okay, so?
So let's desensitize somethings that are gonna really
help us in life.
Okay, all right, all right.
And then we, oh, number seven, that was all you bro, number
seven, listen, seven, listen, itstill stands.

Speaker 1 (27:26):
Guess what the government did give 19 days.
So what's today?
It's the 11th.
You got eight more days.
The BOI we spoke about this.
It was a PSA, a public serviceannouncement.
We felt we had to do an episodefor this, because if you do
have an LLC, the guys who areout there trying to be wealthy
and who decide to get an Scorporation or an LLC, llp, all

(27:52):
those different type ofgovernment, state government
entities, and they haven't beenregistered with the federal
government.
That's what this is about.
It's the BOI is the beneficialownership, ownership information
.
Now, it did go back and forth.
They, some people, went tocourt to say, hey, we shouldn't

(28:13):
have to do this.
This violates our you knowwhatever amendment it was
constitutional right amendment, you know where, where
confidentiality will be exposed,so on.
But guess what?
They don't care.
You know they're fighting the.
The government made it a law andthat's it.
It's gonna happen.
So, either way, just do it,because this one it was the

(28:35):
literal, very simple.
It takes five to ten minutes todo it.
Do it now, yeah, or go to jailand pay.
That's the literal.
So if you don't do it andyou're going back and forth.
Should I do it?
Should I just do it?
Just do it.
It's like you have no controlover this.
This is bigger and way aboveanybody's pay grade, and so on.

(28:59):
This was Congress who put ittogether, put the law together,
said this is going to happen, wecan't fight it, we can't fight
it.
Together, said this is gonnahappen, we can't find it, we
can't fight it.
So you know, just do it.
So you're not not either payingfor it, because the fines will
be ridiculous.
It's 591 a day and it could goall the way up to the point
where they put you in jail ifyou don't do it for two years.

(29:21):
So yeah, go out there.
Pretty simple to me.
If, if Finson is the website, finson, slash B-O-Y, just go,
and if you haven't done it,please do it.
Please do it Because you gottill the 19th to do it.

Speaker 2 (29:35):
And don't get swindled by somebody trying to
charge you money.

Speaker 1 (29:37):
I've seen some companies charge people $200,
$300 to do it for them.
It's free.

Speaker 2 (29:41):
It's free.
You can go do it for free Right.
Buy yourself Finsengov Right.

Speaker 1 (29:44):
Five minutes, okay Five minutes, five minutes
Finsen F-I-N-C-E-N slash B-O-Idot gov.
There you go, simple, just godo it.
Go do it.
All right, enough said.
Hey we'll give them the t-shirt.
Oh to the spiritual scripture onthis one it's luke 12, verse 2

(30:06):
and 3 what's done in the darkwill come out to the light very
simple period.
So so don't don't put yourselfin a situation where you're
trying to do something in thedark and then it's going to
become out to the light, becausethis is what happens if you're
trying to do it in doctorabsolutely.

Speaker 2 (30:24):
And then, on episode eight, we're wrapping it up
financial freedom versusfinancial shackles with my first
asset.
It's just more.
For most people, this is goingto be your first major purchase,
which is, uh, always going tobe your home, all right, the
biggest asset you'll take on,the biggest debt we usually take
on, is going to be our firsthome, all right, and we
elaborated on this.
We broke a lot of this down.
Mike had a genius platform forjust breaking it down very

(30:47):
simple and make it putting it inthe steps for you guys.
So we broke all of that downand we came with the mental on
this, which is a favor for bothof us, and that is be open to
sacrifice.
All right, we're talking aboutthe spirit of finance in this
season, remember that.
So this is all about thespiritual, okay, the mental here
Be open to sacrifice.
Living in a smaller unit withinyour own property or taking on

(31:13):
landlord responsibilities mightrequire some sacrifices, but the
short term inconveniences leadto long term stability.

Speaker 1 (31:22):
Wow.

Speaker 2 (31:23):
Can't say that enough .
Telling you, brother and I andI love that because I don't
think a lot of us thought of thepossibility of having a duplex,
living in one half renting outthe other half.
You know we can, you can find, you can find some opportunities
like that out there and bewilling to go a little bit
further to to benefit more, andnot only more but but faster,

(31:45):
right in the future, right right, you have compound gains going
right okay, because you'rebuilding equity on your, on your
own situation.
Plus you have, uh, some.
You're building equity onsomeone else's situation in that
case all right, and the t-shirthere.
Why buy a house that only paysyou in memories when you can buy
one that pays you in?
Rent and that's the truth.

(32:07):
Good, so why?

Speaker 1 (32:08):
why have a single family home?
That that yeah, you're buildingall these memories.
But guess what you pour is?

Speaker 2 (32:15):
it's crap.
Yeah, you know, you pour iscrap.

Speaker 1 (32:17):
So so buy, buy that if you're new out there looking
for a property, or and again, the master class is gonna.

Speaker 2 (32:27):
We're gonna incorporate something about this
in the master class once itcomes out, I promise you, we're
gonna make this happen, we'regonna make that part of it and
you can go create some more uhmemories with that extra rent
you're getting right and theequity that builds on it you
don't have to stay there forever.

Speaker 1 (32:42):
We're talking about three to five years of sacrifice
, most definitely, and then youcan go get your spot, and then
now you have an asset that'sgrowing exponentially.
So real talk.
Go listen to the episode if youwant to know more about it, but
that's what we're talking about.
All right, all right.
Episode nine.
Episode nine Drinking theKool-Aid on a monthly debt.

Speaker 2 (33:08):
This was big man, because we were talking about
the holidays of every month andhow it'll drain some of us.
They always got somethingspectacular happening.
Gotta go spend money.

Speaker 1 (33:17):
Listen.
We don't even have to gothrough the episode, but I want
you to go listen to the episode, because then we mention every
single month, every month, howthe man got you going into your
pocket to drink the kool-aid.
That's right.
It's causing monthly debt, yeahso you know every month
something comes up.

(33:37):
We just had christmas.
I bet you a lot of y'all youknow your pockets are kind of
empty right now.
I'm telling ghost town hey look, we talked about that with um.

Speaker 2 (33:43):
You know, with the multi-level marketing true lies.
You know, I'm telling you ghosttown.
Hey look, we talked about thatwith um.
You know, with the multi-levelmarketing true lies.
You know, I'm saying people, get, people, get into our heads
and get into our hearts so wedon't focus on what's going in
our pocket or, in this case, coming out of our pocket exactly
.
You know what I mean?
Because they get you.
They get you right in the heartthat's how it works.

Speaker 1 (34:04):
So the, the one, that uh one out of it.
This one was, uh, the.
The subject was a spiritual uhuh practice.
Gratitude, appreciation, marketers wants us to believe
we're missing something, butgratitude reminds us.
Reminds us we already haveenough Gratitude and

(34:28):
appreciation, right journalabout gratitude and appreciation
can help you stay grounded.
Yeah, gratitude andappreciation can help you stay
grounded.
Like I appreciate youappreciate yourself and everyone
else around you and what youhave and what you need, but not

(34:52):
for the things you want.
I love that man.
That's really good.
You know, I always say, alwayssay, I appreciate you, I
appreciate you.
Think about that.
Appreciate what you have.
Don't get caught up with everymonthly debt that the man has
set for you.
Don't drink the Kool-Aid.
Do what you're supposed to do.
Just focus on the gratitude ofwhat you have, the appreciation

(35:12):
of what you can do, thegratitude of what you have, the
appreciation of what you can do,and then move forward and keep
building your life as a wealthyAbsolutely what you can, what
you can celebrate, celebratewhat you can't, you can't and
just move forward.
Don't, don't push yourself andthe t-shirt that came from that
don't let your bank accountspring forward with the seasons,

(35:34):
only to fall back into debt.

Speaker 2 (35:42):
That's good.
Good, that is good.
Man, I love that.
I love that.
See that?
This is why I don't want.
I don't want to read these, didn't want to read these
t-shirts until we came acrossthem, because I wanted to hit me
like it hit me the first dayand I love that.
That's so true.
And you know, we we are likeyou said, mike, appreciate.
The appreciation part is so keybecause you already have really
I mean, think about it, bro wealready have everything that we

(36:02):
need.
Yeah, we do.
At least in my own life, Icould say that I'm so blessed,
you know, and I know there's alot of people out there who
don't have the things that theyneed.
You know, and we have to getout here and we have to win and
be fruitful and do our best withour time so we can create
opportunities to help morepeople.

(36:23):
If we're that concerned aboutthe people who don't have
anything, then, we need to makesure that we go out here and we
create environments where peoplecan go out there and win more
and do more and be more.
If we're that concerned aboutit, you know what I mean.
If it's hitting you like that, well, guess what happens?
If you go out and you getabundant with your life, now you
can create opportunities forthese people and really help

(36:46):
them.
Right, you know, I'm sayingprayers are cool, high fives are
free, but if we createopportunities for people, then,
hey, you know, we, all of asudden, we are starting to give
these people a voice.
That's right, all right.
So I love that.
And in this, episode 10.
Yep, well, episode 10, right.

Speaker 1 (37:02):
Right, right, right, all right.

Speaker 2 (37:03):
The price of happiness?
Is money, the key to yours?
We're asking the question Wow,and this was huge right here,
brother, because in the middleof the week I was, I believe, I
called you yeah, you did, and Isaid, man, we got to do this
happiness episode.
Of course, we had to bringPharrell on for a couple of
minutes.

Speaker 1 (37:20):
Shout out to Pharrell .

Speaker 2 (37:21):
Because this happiness thing and I constantly
am pondering this question inmy own heart my happiness like
what?
Is it even Right?
You know what I'm saying.
What is it even Right?
You know what I'm saying?
Because there's never going tobe a euphoric moment in life.
Every single second of everyday.

(37:42):
Even my mom told me when I wasa kid I was a happy kid, jumping
around all the time, I alwayswanted to be entertained.
She's like she's like son, stopthinking.
You have to be entertained allthe time, son, there's not going
to be a euphoric moment ofevery second of every day.
There's gonna be some days,right.
But again, if you go back, listen, if you have a plan, you

(38:04):
have a focus, you have a dream, you have a goal and you're doing
a little bit more towards itevery single day.
Once we even kind of get to aconcept where we can understand
that type of thing because Iknow, as kids we just you don't
want to be happy and all yeahthat's all you want to be, yeah,
yeah, you want me.

Speaker 1 (38:18):
I mean, you're a kid, I'm gonna have fun, enjoy it
yeah, enjoy your childhood.

Speaker 2 (38:22):
But you know, as we start to get older and we do
start to see what life throws atus, understand that just
because you're not having aeuphoric moment in that dream
that you set out to do doesn'tmean doesn't always mean that
it's not for you.
It just means you'reexperiencing some adversity
right now, right, all right.
So be willing to push throughit and be at your best that you
can, all the time andconsistently try to get better

(38:45):
so that these moments that comedown the road it might look the
same as it did before, but nowyou know what to do, right.
Right, because you know how topush through.
All right.
And again, some of y'all getthat on the way home, but I was
speaking from the heart, sothat's what it is.
All right and the mental was ourfavorite on this one Practice
financial gratitude.
Gratitude isn't just for thebig things.

(39:05):
Be thankful for the smallfinancial wins, or even personal
wins, all right, like saving ongroceries or hitting a budget
goal.
You know what I mean saving ongroceries or hitting a budget
goal?
You know I mean walking a mile,whatever.
You know working out right andbetter.
All these things are wins ifyou're keeping the promises that
you make to yourself.
That is a win.

(39:25):
Right all day, right all right, then, the t-shirt on this one
was trust is not only somethingyou feel about somebody, but
something you should be puttingon paper oh, sorry, sorry I
actually switched up there, yeah, so true, true, excuse that's

(39:46):
another one.
That's another one actually, youknow, I still like that I like
that, okay, so true happinessisn't for sale, but it's
definitely in your budget.
There you go.
I love it.
There you go.

Speaker 1 (39:57):
That's great, right there, man.
Yeah, we were working aroundwith so but we we stuck on.
True happiness isn't for sale, but it is definitely in your
budget.
I love that.

Speaker 2 (40:08):
That's actually man, that is like one of them.
I always say they're myfavorite ones, though.
So I feel like, yeah, well, that's the whole point, right,
we like all of them.
They're all my favorites, right, right, what is your favorite?
All of them?
So, hey man, there you have it,right, yeah?

Speaker 1 (40:25):
so that's.
That's pretty much all theepisodes we're all cut up and
then the season finality that'sgonna be next week that's gonna
be next week, but we, we'regonna announce, uh, the winning
t-shirt for this season, forthis season yes, all right, yeah
, and we're finally going tomake that.

Speaker 2 (40:39):
We don't want to tease you for one more week, and
then we're going to make thatbig announcement We've been
promising you like half theseason.
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (40:47):
But for this season, the winning T-shirt that we
looked at from the top to thebottom.
I don't know, Anton.
I don't know if you agree withthis one.
I thought I don't know, I don'tknow.
I know you, you like a lot ofthem, yeah, but but.
I think this was just suitablefor our wealthy ends, and who

(41:08):
people out there who understand, because, hey, life, life
doesn't give you this all everysingle day.
So here goes the winningt-shirt for this season that we
picked was you can't have steakon a chicken wing budget and you
know, I think you should haveyour favorite and I should have

(41:29):
my personal favorite I do lovethat one, I definitely love that
one, but this one right here, the true happiness, isn't for
sale, but it's definitely inyour budget.

Speaker 2 (41:39):
Uh, for me, that just hits you somewhere that hits
you right there I can just putmy head on the pillow and call
it a day after that one.
You know what I'm saying.
Well, there you go, I'm gladI'm glad that it's hard for us
to decide right, and you knowwhat?

Speaker 1 (41:53):
